FOREIGN TRADE IN GOODS OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

January – December 2008¹⁾

According to the provisional data, in the period from January to December 2008, the total export of the Republic of Croatia amounted to 69 142 million kuna. At the same time, the import was 150 362 million kuna. The foreign trade deficit amounted to 81 220 million kuna.

In the period from January to December 2008, the export amounted to 14 112, import to 30 728 and foreign trade deficit to 16 617 million US dollars.

In the period from January to December 2008, the export amounted to 9 576 million euro and import to 20 818 million euro, while foreign trade deficit amounted to 11 242 million euro.

The coverage of import by export was 45.9%.
