FOREIGN TRADE IN GOODS OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

January – May 2009¹⁾

According to the provisional data, in the period from January to May 2009, the total export of the Republic of Croatia amounted to 23 496 million kuna. At the same time, the import was 46 696 million kuna. The foreign trade deficit amounted to 23 200 million kuna.

In the period from January to May 2009, the export amounted to 4 181, import to 8 304 and foreign trade deficit to 4 123 million US dollars.

In the period from January to May 2009, the export amounted to 3 174 million euro and import to 6 306 million euro, while foreign trade deficit amounted to 3 131 million euro.

The coverage of import by export was 50.4%.
