Information on obligation defined by
      Article 5c of the Public Provision Act
      On the basis of Article 5c of the Public Provision
      Act (Official Gazette, Nos 110/07 and 125/08),
      we notify that Ivan Kovač, Ph.D., Director General,
      is not engaged in the management, nor is he the
      owner of business share, share of stocks or any
      other rights by which he takes part in the
      management, that is, the capital of any business
      entity with more than 20%, and therefore, there is
      no business entity with which the Croatian Bureau
      of Statistics, as a placer of order, would not be
      allowed to sign a contract on public provision, as
      defined in Article 5c of the Public Provision Act.

Release Time
      According to the Release Date announced in
      the Publishing Programme and in the Calendar
      of Statistical Data Issues, publications of the
      Croatian Bureau of Statistics are released at
      11:00 a.m. precisely, both in electronic format
      and hard copy, thus abiding by the Principle of
      Timeliness of the European Statistics Code of
      Practice, i.e. standard daily time set for the
      release.
