Quarterly Gross Domestic Product for Third Quarter of 2011 - Flash Estimate
- According to the flash estimate the quarterly gross domestic product for the third quarter
of 2011 increased in the real terms by 0,6% as compared to the same quarter of 2010.

One of the goals behind the process of harmonising the official statistics of the Republic of Croatia with the EU statistics is to shorten the deadlines for the calculation of the quarterly gross domestic product and the earlier publication of the first results of the calculation of the quarterly gross domestic product.

The quarterly gross domestic product estimate for the third quarter of 2011 shall be published in the First Release of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, No 12.1.1/3., on 20 December 2011, in printed form and on the CBS’s website..

GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT

Quarterly Gross Domestic Product estimate
- the real Gross Domestic Product for the
third quarter of 2011 is by 0,7% higher
than in the same period of 2010
- based on the quarterly estimates,
the annual GDP for the year 2010
showed an decrease of 1,2%,
as compared to the year 2009

CONSUMER PRICE INDICES

Prices of goods and services for personal consumption, measured by consumer price indices,
- in December 2011, decreased by 0,4% at the average as compared to November 2011
- increased by 2,1%, as compared to December 2010
