FIRST QUARTER OF 2010¹⁾

Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u  prvom tromjesečju 2010. iznosili su 1 392 785 727 kuna, od čega je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila 994 267 846 kuna ili  71,4%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila  398 517 881  kunu ili  28,6%.	In the first quarter of 2010, the total purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products amounted to 1 392 785 727  kuna, out of which the sale from own production of business entities and parts thereof was  994 267 846 kuna (71.4%) and the purchase from private family farms was 398 517 881 kuna (28.6%).
U prvom tromjesečju 2010. u odnosu na isto tromjesečje prethodne godine vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva smanjena je za 12,6%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje smanjena za 8,2%, a vrijednost otkupa smanjena je za 21,9%.	In the first quarter of 2010, as compared to the same quarter of 2009, the total sale and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products decreased by 12.6%, where the sale decreased by 8.2% and the purchase by 21.9%.
U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prvom tromjesečju 2010. grubo obrađeno drvo sudjeluje s 21,7%, sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 20,6%, svinje, žive s 13,5%, goveda, živa s 12,2%, perad, živa s 8,4%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene sa 6%, kokošja jaja s  4,3%, vino sa 4,2%, žitarice sa 3,4%, ostalo povrće, svježe s 2,6%, a ostali proizvodi s 3,1%.	In the first quarter of 2010, in the structure of the total purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products, wood in the rough contributed with 21.7%, raw cows' milk with 20.6%, pigs, live, with 13.5%, cattle, live, with 12.2%, poultry, live, with 8.4%, fish, fresh or chilled, with 6%, hens' eggs with 4.3%, wine with 4.2%, cereals with 3.4%, other vegetables, fresh, with 2.6% and other products with 3.1%.

Prodaja i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva prate se mjesečno na obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.		Sale and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are collected on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i usluge povezane s njima) i ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.		Reporting units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms), are legal entities and parts thereof classified into section A Agriculture, hunting and forestry (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged in processing and purchasing of agricultural, forestry and fishing products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.
Izvještajni obrazac je sadržajno usklađen s Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).		Questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008.
Obuhvat i usporedivost		Coverage and comparability
Obuhvat je selektivan, uključene su pravne osobe s 10 i više zaposlenih te obrtnici.		The coverage is selective. It includes legal entities employing 10 or more persons and tradesmen.
Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.		The PO-31a/M form explores the sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.
Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.		The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from family farms with the aim of a further sale or processing.
Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva I ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne predstavljaju ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.		The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average producers’ prices of agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Izvještajni obrazac sadrži količine, vrijednosti i prosječne cijene.		A questionnaire contains quantities, values and average prices.
Obrasci PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M obuhvaćaju 157 važnijih proizvoda.		The PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms cover 157 most important products.
Definicije		Definitions
Prosječne proizvođačke cijene jesu cijene u koje su uključeni porezi (osim PDV-a), a isključene su subvencije i ostali novčani poticaji.		Average producers’ prices are prices that include taxes (excluding VAT), while subsidies and other financial impetuses are excluded.
Uljano sjemenje i plodovi jesu soja, uljana repica i suncokret.		Oil seeds and fruits are soya beans, oil rape and sunflower.
Bilje ponajprije za uporabu u parfimeriji i farmaciji, za insecticide, fungicide i sl. svrhe; uključuje kamilicu, lavandu i ostalo bilje za uporabu u parfimeriji i farmaciji.		Plants for use in perfumery and pharmacy, for insecticides, fungicides and similar purposes; Included are Camilla, lavender and other plans for use in perfumery and pharmacy.
Sadni materijal obuhvaća voćne sadnice, cjepove vinove loze i sadnice bobičastog voća.		Planting material includes fruit seedlings, vine grafts and berry seedlings.
Podaci za vino i maslinovo ulje odnose se samo na proizvode dobivene od grožđa i maslina iz vlastite proizvodnje.		Data on wine and olive oil cover only products made from grapes and olives from own production.
Podaci u skupini konji, magarci, mule i mazge odnose se na konje za klanje.		Data on horses, donkeys, mules and hinnies refer to horses for slaughter.
Ostale uzgojene životinje, žive, odnose se na kuniće.		Other bred animals, live, refer to rabbits.
Proizvod ostalih životinja odnosi se na prirodni med.		Other animals’ product refers to natural honey.
