Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva u 2010. iznosila je 7 926 668 394 kune, od čega je vrijednost
prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila 4 771 777 454 kune ili 60,2%, dok je vrijednost
otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 3 154 890 940
kuna ili 39,8%.

In 2010, the total purchase and sale of
agricultural, forestry and fishing products amounted to 7 926 668 394 kuna, out of which the sale from own
production of business entities was 4 771 777 454 kuna (60.2%) and the purchase from private family
farms was 3 154 890 940 kuna (39.8%).

U 2010.
u odnosu na 2009. vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva smanjena je za 1,7%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje
povećana za 1,1%, a vrijednost otkupa smanjena za za 5,6%.

In 2010, as
compared to 2009, the total sale and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products decreased by 1.7%, out of which the
sale increased by 1.1%, while the purchase decreased by 5.6%.

|
U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u 2010. grubo obrađeno drvo sudjeluje
sa 16,0%, sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 14,6%, žitarice s 13,4%, svinje, žive,
s 9,8%, goveda, živa, s 8,8%, uljano
sjemenje i plodovi sa 6,3%, perad, živa, sa 6,1%, vino s 4,9%, ribe, svježe
ili ohlađene, s 3,5%, svježe povrće s 3,1%, kokošja jaja s 2,9%, ostalo
voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo voće s 2,9%, šećerna repa i sjemenje
šećerne repe s 2,7%, grožđe s 1,5%, neprerađeni duhan s 1,1%, a ostali
proizvodi s 2,4%.

Prodaja i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva prate se mjesečno na obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.

Sale
and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are collected
on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te
obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim
skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i
ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti
prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting units, for which monthly reports on sale
and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are submitted
(PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms), are legal entities and parts thereof
classified into section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing (except for
group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related service activities) as well as
other legal entities and tradesmen engaged in processing and purchasing of
agricultural, forestry and fishing products, classified in other activities
according to the NKD 2007.

poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase
of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from family farms with the
aim of a further sale or processing.

|
Svrha istraživanja
jest prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama
proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog
selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne predstavljaju ukupan otkup i
prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average
producers’ prices of agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should
be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not
represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
