|
Podaci o biljnoj
proizvodnji u 2009. obuhvaćaju površine korištenoga poljoprivrednog
zemljišta po kategorijama, žetvene površine i ostvarene prirode usjeva,
voća i grožđa. Korištena poljoprivredna površina iznosi 1 299 582 ha, dok je kategorija oranice i vrtovi zastupljena sa 66,4 %, povrtnjaci s 0,4%, trajni
travnjaci (livade i pašnjaci) s 26,5%, voćnjaci s 2,8%, vinogradi s 2,6%,
maslinici s 1,2% te rasadnici i košaračka vrba s 0,1%.

2009 data on crop
production cover utilised agricultural land by categories, harvested areas
and realised yield of crops, fruits and grapes. The utilised agricultural
area amounted to 1 299 582 ha, while categories arable land and gardens had
a share of 66.4%, kitchen gardens 0.4%, permanent grassland (meadows and
pastures) 26.5%, orchards 2.8%, vineyards 2.6%, olive groves 1.2% and
nurseries and osier willows 0.1%.

Ostvareni prirod pšenice
u 2009. iznosi 936 076 t, što je za 9% više od prošlogodišnjega
konačnoga ostvarenog priroda. Povećanje priroda pšenice uzrokovano je
povećanjem zasijanih površina. Također, povećanje bilježe iI ostali važniji
usjevi i to: krumpir (za 6%), soja (za 7%), uljana repica (za 28%), duhan
(za 4%), aromatsko, začinsko i ostalo bilje (za 10%), ostala jednogodišnja
zelena krma (za 35%), trave i travno-djetelinske smjese (za 6%), dok je
smanjen ukupan prirod kukuruza (za 13%). Smanjenje priroda kukuruza
uzrokovano je smanjenjem priroda po hektaru na što su utjecale nepovoljne
vremenske prilike. Povećan je ukupan prirod važnijih vrsta povrća, voća i
grožđa i to: kupusa bijelog (za 32%), rajčica (za 16%), lubenica (za 26%),
paprika (za 4%), jabuka (za 16%) i grožđa (za 11%). Smanjen je prirod
šljiva (za 21%), mandarina (za 25%) te maslina (za 9%), u odnosu na konačne
ostvarene prirode u 2008. Povećani prirodi navedenog povrća, voća i grožđa
uzrok su povećanja priroda po hektaru i povećanja zasijanih površina, dok
su uzrok smanjenja priroda šljiva, mandarina i maslina loše vremenske
prilike.

The realised yield of
wheat in 2009 was 936 076 tonnes, which was by 9% more than the final
actual yield last year. The increase in the yield of wheat was a result of
the increase in the land sown. There was an increased recorded in other
important crops as well, as follows: potatoes by 6%, soya-beans by 7%,
rapeseed by 28%, tobacco by 4%, aromatic and medicinal herbs and other
crops by 10%, other annual green fodder by 35% and grasses and grass-clover
mixtures by 6%, while the total yield of maize decreased by 13%. The cause
of the decrease in yield of maize is the decrease of yield per hectare,
which happened because of bad weather conditions. The total yield of
important sorts of vegetables, fruits and grapes increased, as follows:
white cabbage by 32%, tomatoes by 16%, watermelons by 26%, red peppers by
4%, apples by 16% and grapes by 11%. There was a decrease in the yield of
plums (21%), mandarins (25%) and olives (9%) in relation to the final
realised yield in 2008. The increased yield of the mentioned vegetables,
fruits and grapes affected the increases per hectare and the increase of
the land sown, while bad weather conditions affected the decrease in the
yield of plums, mandarins and olives.

|
|
Izvještajem o površinama i nasadima na kraju proljetne sjetve
(PO-22a i PO22-b) prikupljaju se podaci o površinama pod usjevima na
oranicama i vrtovima, u zaštićenom prostoru i povrtnjacima. Također su
prikupljeni podaci o ukupnim korištenim poljoprivrednim površinama po
kategorijama zemljišta.

The Report on Utilised Areas and Land Sown at the End of Spring
Harvest (PO-22a and PO-22b forms) are used in the collection of data on arable
land , protected areas and kitchen gardens sawn. Data on the total utilised
agricultural areas by type of cultivation.

Podaci o površinama odnose se na stanje 1. lipnja, a predstavljaju
zemljišne površine koje se koriste u odnosnoj godini, tj. vlastite površine
i površine uzete u zakup umanjene za površine dane u zakup.

Data on agricultural
land refer to the situation as on 1 June and present agricultural land used
in a reference year, that is, own land and land leased minus land rented.

Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima ranih usjeva i voća (PO-32a i
PO-32b) prikupljaju se podaci o požnjevenim površinama i ostvarenim
prirodima ranih usjeva i voća. Podaci o požnjevenim površinama ranih usjeva
iskazuju se u hektarima, dok su proizvodnja i prirod po jednom hektaru
iskazani u tonama. Podaci o prirodima odnose se na stanje 15. kolovoza
2009.

are collected on the Report on Actual Yield of Early Crops and Fruits
(PO-32a and PO-32b forms). Data on harvested areas of early crops are
expressed in hectares, while the production and yield per hectare are
expressed in tonnes. Data on yields refer to the situation as on 15 August
2009.

Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima kasnih usjeva, voća i grožđa
(PO-33a i PO33b) prikupljaju se podaci o požnjevenim površinama i
ostvarenim prirodima kasnih usjeva voća i grožđa. Podaci o požnjevenim
površinama kasnih usjeva iskazuju se u hektarima, dok su proizvodnja i
prirod po jednom hektaru iskazani u tonama. Podaci o prirodima odnose se na
stanje 10. studenoga 2009.

The data on harvested areas and actual yield of
late crops, fruits and grapes are collected on the Report on Actual Yield
of Late Crops and Fruits (PO-33a and PO-33b forms). Data on harvested areas
of late crops are expressed in hectares, while the production and yield per
hectare are expressed in tonnes. Data on
yields refer to the situation as on 10 November 2009.

Izvještajem o prirodima južnog voća i maslina (PO-34a i PO-34b) prikupljaju
se podaci o proizvodnji. Podaci o prirodima odnose se na stanje 31.
prosinca 2009.

The Reports on Yields of Citrus Fruits and Olives (PO-34a and PO-34b
forms) are used in collecting data on the production. Data on yields refer to the situation as on
31 December 2009.

Sva navedena istraživanja obuhvaćaju sva poljoprivredna
gospodarstva, tj. poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove i obiteljska
poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

All mentioned surveys cover all agricultural
farms, that is, business entities and parts thereof as well as private
family farms.

Podaci za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove prikupljaju se
izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

Data
concerning business entities and parts thereof are collected on reports that are
submitted by mail to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Podaci za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljaju se uz
pomoć anketara metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku.
Uzorak za poljoprivredna kućanstva izabran je iz osnovnog skupa na bazi
Popisa poljoprivrede 2003. Na veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva
u Državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske za 2009. i udio poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava po županijama.

Data on private family farms are collected by
using the interview method applied to a selected stratified sample. The
sample for private family farms was selected from the basic group according
to the 2003 Agricultural Census. The sample
size was conditioned by the financial means allocated from the State Budget
of the Republic of Croatia and the share of agricultural farms by counties.

U ovim istraživanjima primijenjena je definicija poljoprivrednoga
gospodarstva prema europskim kriterijima.
|

In all these surveys, the definition of an agricultural farm was
applied in accordance with the EU criteria.
|

Podaci poljoprivrednih gospodarstava, koja nisu u skladu s navedenom
definicijom i nisu obuhvaćena osnovnim skupom za izbor uzorka, procijenjeni
su prema kretanju pojava u uzorku i dodani su uzorku.

Data on agricultural farms, which are not in
line with the said definition and are not included in the basic group for a
sample, were estimated according to changes in phenomena within a sample
and were added to the sample data.
|

|
|
|
|
Svi ekspandirani podaci uspoređeni su s podacima prijašnjih godina,
podacima Popisa poljoprivrede 2003. te raspoloživim administrativnim
izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih gospodarstava Ministarstva poljoprivrede,
ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja te drugi). Na osnovi svih raspoloživih
podataka prema potrebi napravljene su korekcije.

All expanded data were compared to data from
previous years, the 2003 Agricultural Census data and data in available
administrative sources (the Address Book of Agricultural Farms of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). All necessary
corrections were done on the basis of those available data.

Registra poslovnih subjekata, a definirani su područjem A Poljoprivreda,
šumarstvo i ribarstvo prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti 2007.
(NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.). Obuhvat je selektivan. Podaci se prikupljaju
izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

Reporting units are business entities and parts thereof taken over
from the Registar of Business Entities, which are defined in section A
Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to the National Classification
of Activities, 2007 version (NN, Nos. 58/07 and 72/07). The coverage is
selective. Data are collected on reports that are sent by mail to the
Central Bureau of Statistics.

Korištena
poljoprivredna površina je ukupna poljoprivredna površina koja je bila korištena
u dotičnoj godini. Poljoprivredno zemljište obuhvaća: oranice i vrtove,
povrtnjake, livade, pašnjake, rasadnike, voćnjake, vinograde te površine
pod košaračkom vrbom.

Utilised agricultural area is the total
agricultural area that was used for crop production in a year in question.
It covers arable land, kitchen gardens, meadows, pastures, nurseries,
orchards, vineyards and land with basket willow (osier).

Oranice i vrtovi su zemljišta koja se
redovito obrađuju i kultiviraju i nalaze se pod sustavom plodoreda.

Arable land refers to the land that is
regularly farmed and cultivated and is under crop rotation.

Na oranicama i
vrtovima uzgajaju se: žitarice, mahunarke za suho zrno, korjenasti i
gomoljasti usjevi, industrijski usjevi, krmno bilje, povrće, cvijeće i
ukrasno bilje te sjemenski i sadni materijal.

The following plants
are grown on arable land: cereals, pulses for dry grain, root and tuber
crops, industrial crops, fodder crops, vegetables, flowers and
horticultural plants as well as sowing and seeds and seedlings.

Povrtnjaci su površine određene
za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju osobama koje
žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni prodaji. Samo povremeni višak
proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan kućanstva.

Kitchen gardens are areas scheduled for growing of
crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for consumption by persons
living in a household and that are mainly not intended for sale. Only
occasional surplus of products grown on these areas is sold outside the
household.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Root and tuber crops include potatoes, sugar beet and
fodder root crops (fodder beet, fodder kale, fodder turnip and other fodder
root crops).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Industrial crops include oil crops (soya-bean,
sunflowers, pumpkins for oil), tobacco, hops and other industrial plants
(spices, aromatic and medicinal herbs, and other industrial plants.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Subsequent crops are crops sown after the main
crop in the same year. Subsequent crops include stubble crops, which are
sown after the harvest and mostly ripen in autumn.

|
|
|
|
|
|
Other vegetables include sweet corn, potatoes
etc.

|
|
|
|
|
Intensive (for market) orchards are cultivated with a
specific distance between the trees in which mechanised cultivation can be
performed. As a rule, they are larger plantations of fruit trees (of 10 or
more ares) or berries (excluding strawberries) intended for fruit growing
for sale.

|
|
|
|
|
Extensive (traditional) orchards are country
semi-intensive or extensive plantations of fruit trees of predominantly old
sorts intended mostly for own consumption. Included are trees in (mixed)
orchards as well as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by roads, etc.

|
|
|
|
The total production is a so-called stored
production obtained after the harvest by deduction of all the losses before
the harvest and during the transport and combine harvesting etc. Since the
moisture of cereals may vary due to the weather conditions, the actual
yield is presented as an averagely moist yield, that is, grains with 13% of
moisture.
