U odnosu na 2008.
prirast goveda u 2009. povećan je za 8%, prirast svinja za 17%, dok je
prirast ovaca u porastu za 5%. Prirast koza smanjen je za 25% kao i prirast
peradi koji je manji za 8% u odnosu na prošlu godinu.

In 2009, as compared
to 2008, the increase of cattle was by 8%, of pigs by 17% and of sheep by 5%
higher, while the increase of goats was by 25% and of poultry by 8% lower.

Proizvodnja kravljeg
mlijeka smanjena je za 1% u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine kao i
proizvodnja ovčjeg i kozjeg mlijeka, koja je manja za 7%. Isto tako ukupna
proizvodnja mlijeka, zbirno za sve kategorije stoke, smanjena je za 1% u
odnosu na prethodnu godinu.

As
compared to the same period last year, the production of cows' milk decreased
by 1% as well as the production of sheep's and goats’ milk, which decreased
by 7%. The decrease of 1% was also recorded in the total production of
milk, in all categories of livestock.

Proizvodnja vune
povećana je za 15%, jaja za 2%, a proizvodnja meda povećana je za 5% u
odnosu na prošlu godinu.

The production of wool increased by 15%, of eggs by 2% and of
honey by 5%, as compared to the last year.

Podaci o broju stoke i peradi te stočnoj proizvodnji prikupljeni su
posebno za pravne osobe i dijelove
pravnih osoba, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

Data on the number of livestock and
poultry as well as on the livestock production are collected separately for
legal entities and for private family farms.
|
|

Tim izvještajima prikupljaju se podaci o broju i težini stoke i
peradi, bilanci goveda, svinja, ovaca,
koza i peradi, bilanci jaja, bilanci mlijeka na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima, proizvodnji mlijeka (kravljega, ovčjega i kozjega),
vune i jaja.

Data
collected on these farms include data on the number and weight of livestock
and poultry, balance of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry, balance of
eggs, balance of milk on private family farms, milk production (cows’,
sheep’s and goats’), wool and eggs.

Podaci za pravne osobe prikupljeni se izvještajima koji se poštom
dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku, dok su podaci za poljoprivredna
kućanstava prikupljeni uz pomoć anketara metodom intervjua na odabranom
uzorku.
|

Data on
legal entities were collected on reports submitted to the Central Bureau of
Statistics by postal service, while data on private family farms were
collected by using the interview method on a selected sample.
|

|
Uzorak za poljoprivredna kućanstva izabran je iz osnovnog skupa na
bazi Popisa poljoprivrede 2003. i sasvim je slučajan. Jedini uvjet bio je
da najmanje 3 kućanstva budu u istom naselju. Uzorak je koncipiran od 21
županijskog uzroka, a osnovni skup bila su sva poljoprivredna kućanstva.

The
sample for private family farms was selected out of the basic set on the
basis of the 2003 Agricultural Census and is completely random; it was
conditioned only by a criterion that at least 3 households had to be
located in the same settlement. The sample consisted of 21 county samples
and the basic set comprised all private family farms.

Za svaku županiju izabran je uzorak na bazi analize pet veličina:
goveda, svinje, ovce, koze i perad.
|

For each
county, the sample was selected on the basis of the analysis of five sizes:
cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry.

Elementi za obračun
stočne proizvodnje dobivaju se iz istraživanja (PO-51-2a i PO-51-2b) jer
upitnici sadrže pitanja o težini stoke i peradi te o proizvodnji mlijeka,
jaja i vune.

Elements used in the calculation of the livestock
production are obtained through surveys (PO-51-2a and PO-51-2b forms),
because they contain questions on the weight of the livestock and poultry
as well as on the production of milk, eggs and wool.
|

|
|
Podaci o uvozu i izvozu stoke preuzimaju se od Odjela statistike
robne razmjene s inozemstvom.
|
|
Data on
export and import of livestock are taken over from the External Trade in
Goods Statistics Department.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Podaci o proizvodnji meda preuzimaju se iz administrativnih izvora
(Hrvatska poljoprivredna agencija – konvencionalna proizvodnja,
Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – ekološka
proizvodnja).

Data on
the production of honey are taken over from the administrative sources (the
Croatian Agricultural Agency – conventional production, the Ministry of
Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development – ecological production).

Izvještajne jedinice za pravne osobe razvrstane su prema NKD-u 2007.
(NN, br. 102/07.) u područje A Poljoprivreda, lov i šumarstvo, skupine 01.4
i 01.5. Izvještaje podnose i jedinice koje su razvrstane drugdje, a bave se
uzgojem stoke i peradi. Obuhvat je za pravne osobe selektivan (10 i više
zaposlenih).

Reporting
units for legal entities are classified according to the NKD 2007. (NN, No.
102/07) into section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing, classes 01.4 and
01.5. The reports are also submitted by the units classified elsewhere if
they are engaged in the breeding of livestock and poultry. The coverage for
legal entities is selective (those employing 10 or more persons).

Prirast goveda, ovaca, svinja
i peradi izračunan je tako da se razlika težine izvoza i uvoza pribroji
težini zaklane stoke i razlici težine stada na kraju i na početku
promatranog razdoblja.

Increase of cattle, sheep, pigs and
poultry is calculated by adding the difference in the weight of export and
import to the weight of the slaughtered livestock and the difference of the
weight of the herd at the end and at the beginning of a reference period.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Mlijeko. Iskazana je
proizvodnja kravljeg, ovčjeg i kozjeg mlijeka kod pravnih osoba te na
obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima. Iskazano je ukupno pomuženo
mlijeko u promatranom razdoblju bez obzira na način mužnje.

Milk. The production of cows’, sheep’s and goats’ milk
in legal entities as well as on private family farms is presented. The
total milked quantity in a reference period is presented, irrespective of
the way of milking.
|
|
Ostrižena vuna. Iskazuju se količine
ostrižene (ošišane) vune s odraslih ovaca i šilježadi (runska vuna i
podstrig), i to kao neprana vuna.
|
|
Trimmed wool. The quantities of trimmed
(clipped) wool from the grown up and young sheep (matted wool and cropped
wool) are reported as the raw wool.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja jaja. Iskazuju se podaci o
ukupnom broju snesenih jaja svih rasa kokoši (jaja za nasad i konzumna jaja
za potrošnju/ishranu stanovništva).

Eggs production. Data for the total number of
laid eggs by all categories of hens (eggs for setting and eggs for human
consumption) are reported.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja meda. Iskazuju se zbirni podaci konvencionalne proizvodnje
meda obuhvaćene sustavom otkupa kao i količina ekološki proizvedenog meda
evidentirana zapisnicima o izvršenom stručnom nadzoru u ekološkoj
poljoprivredi.

Honey production. Joint data on conventional
production of honey included in the purchase system and on quantities of
ecologically produced honey recorded in minutes on expert supervision in
ecological agriculture are reported.
