|
Prema konačnim
podacima stočne proizvodnje u 2009. u odnosu na 2008. prirast goveda
povećan je za 8,1%. Broj ukupno oteljene teladi manji je za 3,5% kao i broj
ukupno zaklanih goveda (za 10%). Ukupan broj uvezenih goveda smanjen je za
19,6%, dok je ukupan izvoz smanjen za čak 70,8%. Gubici goveda također
bilježe smanjenje (za 9,5%). Proizvodnja kravljeg mlijeka neznatno je
smanjena (za 0,4%) u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine.

In 2009, as compared
to 2008, the increase of cattle was by 8.1% higher. The total number of
calves brought forth decreased by 3.5% and the total number of slaughtered
cattle by 10%. The total number of imported cattle decreased by 19.6% and
the total export by as much as 70.8%. Cattle losses decreased, by 9.5%. A
slight decrease (of 0.4%) was also recorded in the production of cows’
milk, as compared to the same period of the previous year.

veći je za 17% u odnosu na prošlu godinu. Broj ukupno oprašenih odojaka
veći je za 2,2%, dok je ukupan broj zaklanih svinja manji za 8,2%. Uvoz
svinja svih kategorija povećan je za 22,1% kao i ukupan izvoz, koji je veći
za 8,6%. Gubici svinja također bilježe smanjenje (za 10,1%).

The pig increase in
2009 was by 17% higher compared to the last year. The total number of
piglets brought forth increased by 2.2%, while the total number of
slaughtered pigs decreased by 8.2%. The import of pigs of all categories
increased by 22.1% and the total export by 8.6%. Pig losses decreased by
10.1%.

U 2009. prirast ovaca
veći je u odnosu na 2008. za 5,5%. Smanjenje se bilježi kod ukupno ojanjene
janjadi za 0,8% kao i kod ukupnog uvoza, koji je manji za 18,4%, dok je
izvoz statistički beznačajan. Ukupno klanje i ukupni gubici ovaca ostali su
na otprilike istoj razini kao i prethodne godine. Proizvodnja ovčjeg
mlijeka manja je za 7,3%, dok je proizvodnja vune u porastu za 14,6%.

In 2009, the sheep
increase was by 5.5% higher compared to 2008. A decrease was recorded in the total number of lambs brought forth (0.8%) and in the total
import (18.4%), while the export was statistically insignificant. The total
slaughtering and losses of sheep remained roughly at the same level as in
the previous year. The production of sheep’s milk decreased by 7.3%, while
the production of wool increased by 14.6%.

Prirast koza smanjen
je za 25% u odnosu na prošlu godinu. U pogledu broja ojarenih jarića
bilježi se smanjenje za 9,5% kao i kod ukupnog broja zaklanih koza, koji je
manji je za 7%. Gubici koza u 2009. manji su za 38,7%.
Kod proizvodnje kozjeg
mlijeka bilježi se smanjenje od 6,6%. Ukupan broj uvezenih i izvezenih koza
statistički nije značajan.

The goat increase was 25% lower than
last year. The number of kids brought forth decreased by 9.5% and the total
number of slaughtered goats by 7%. Goat losses decreased by 38.7%.
The production of goats’ milk decreased
by 6.6%. The total number of imported and exported goats was not
statistically significant.

Kod proizvodnje peradi
u 2009. u odnosu na 2008. bilježi se smanjenje prirasta za 7,9%, dok je
broj izvaljenih pilića veći za 2,5%. Ukupan uvoz veći je za 8,4%, dok se
izvoz povećao više od tri puta. Ukupno klanje peradi manje je u broju za
1,7% kao i ukupni gubici, koji su smanjeni za 18,8%.
Povećanje proizvodnje
bilježi se kod kokošjih jaja i jaja ostale peradi (za 2,3% odnosno 6,2%).

Concerning the production of poultry,
their increase was by 7.9% lower in 2009 than in 2008, while the number of
hatched chicks increased by 2.5%. The total import increased by 8.4% and
the export was more than three times higher. The number of slaughtered
poultry decreased by 1.7% and the total losses by 18.8%.
An increase was recorded in the
production of hens’ eggs (2.3%) and of eggs of other poultry (6.2%).

Podaci o broju stoke i
peradi te stočnoj proizvodnji prikupljeni su posebno za pravne osobe i dijelove pravnih osoba, a posebno za
obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

Data on
the number of livestock and poultry as well as on the livestock production
are collected separately for legal entities and for private family farms.
|

Tim izvještajima
prikupljaju se podaci o broju i težini stoke i peradi, bilanci goveda, svinja, ovaca, koza i peradi,
bilanci jaja, bilanci mlijeka na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima, proizvodnji mlijeka (kravljega, ovčjega i kozjega),
vune i jaja.

Data collected on
these farms include data on the number and weight of livestock and poultry,
balance of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry, balance of eggs, balance
of milk on private family farms, milk production (cows’, sheep’s and
goats’), wool and eggs.

Podaci za pravne osobe
prikupljeni se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za
statistiku, dok su podaci za poljoprivredna kućanstava prikupljeni uz pomoć
anketara metodom intervjua na odabranom uzorku.
|
|
Data on legal
entities were collected on reports submitted to the Central Bureau of
Statistics by postal service, while data on private family farms were
collected by using the interview method on a selected sample.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Uzorak za
poljoprivredna kućanstva izabran je iz osnovnog skupa na bazi Popisa
poljoprivrede 2003. i sasvim je slučajan. Jedini uvjet bio je da najmanje 3
kućanstva budu u istom naselju. Uzorak je koncipiran od 21 županijskog
uzroka, a osnovni skup bila su sva poljoprivredna kućanstva.

The sample for
private family farms was selected out of the basic set on the basis of the
2003 Agricultural Census and is completely random; it was conditioned only
by a criterion that at least 3 households had to be located in the same
settlement. The sample consisted of 21 county samples and the basic set
comprised all private family farms.

Za svaku županiju
izabran je uzorak na bazi analize pet veličina: goveda, svinje, ovce, koze
i perad.

For each county, the
sample was selected on the basis of the analysis of five sizes: cattle,
pigs, sheep, goats and poultry.

Elementi za obračun
stočne proizvodnje dobivaju se iz istraživanja (PO-51-2a i PO-51-2b) jer
upitnici sadrže pitanja o težini stoke i peradi te o proizvodnji mlijeka,
jaja i vune.

used in the calculation of the livestock production are obtained through
surveys (PO-51-2a and PO-51-2b forms), because they contain questions on
the weight of the livestock and poultry as well as on the production of
milk, eggs and wool.

Podaci o uvozu i
izvozu stoke preuzimaju se od Odjela statistike robne razmjene s
inozemstvom.

Data on export and
import of livestock are taken over from the External Trade in Goods
Statistics Department.

meda preuzimaju se iz administrativnih izvora (Hrvatska poljoprivredna
agencija – konvencionalna proizvodnja, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede,
ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – ekološka proizvodnja).

production of honey are taken over from the administrative sources (the
Croatian Agricultural Agency – conventional production, the Ministry of
Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development – ecological production).

za pravne osobe razvrstane su prema NKD-u 2007. (NN, br. 102/07.) u
područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo, skupine 01.4 i 01.5.
Izvještaje podnose i jedinice koje su razvrstane drugdje, a bave se uzgojem
stoke i peradi. Obuhvat je za pravne osobe selektivan (10 i više
zaposlenih).

Reporting units for
legal entities are classified according to the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 102/07)
into section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing, classes 01.4 and 01.5.
The reports are also submitted by the units classified elsewhere if they
are engaged in the breeding of livestock and poultry. The coverage for
legal entities is selective (those employing 10 or more persons).

|
Prirast goveda, ovaca, koza, svinja i peradi izračunan je
tako da se razlika težine izvoza i uvoza pribroji težini zaklane stoke i
razlici težine stada na kraju i na početku promatranog razdoblja.
|

Increase of cattle, sheep,
goats, pigs and poultry is calculated by adding the difference in the
weight of export and import to the weight of the slaughtered livestock and
the difference of the weight of the herd at the end and at the beginning of
a reference period.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Priplod. Oteljeno, oprašeno,
ojanjeno, ojareno, izvaljeno. Obuhvaća ukupan broj dobivenoga živorođenog
podmlatka stoke i peradi (telad, prasad, janjad, jarad, pilići).
|
|
Newborns. Calved, farrowed,
lambed, kidded, hatched. It comprises the total number of obtained live
born offspring of livestock and poultry (calves, piglets, lambs, kids,
chicks).
|
|
|
|
|
|
Mlijeko. Iskazana je proizvodnja kravljeg, ovčjeg i
kozjeg mlijeka kod pravnih osoba te na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima. Iskazano je ukupno pomuženo mlijeko u promatranom razdoblju
bez obzira na način mužnje.

Milk. The production of
cows’, sheep’s and goats’ milk in legal entities as well as on private
family farms is presented. The total milked quantity in a reference period
is presented, irrespective of the way of milking.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ukupno klanje. Obuhvaća svu stoku i perad zaklanu na području
Republike Hrvatske bez obzira na porijeklo. Označava zbroj klanja stoke i peradi u klaonicama te klanja stoke i
peradi kod pravnih osoba (prisilno klanje) i na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima.

Total slaughtering. Covers all livestock
and poultry slaughtered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia,
irrespective of origin. It represents the sum of livestock and poultry
slaughtered in abattoirs and livestock and poultry slaughtered at legal
entities (compulsory slaughtering) and on private family farms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Vuna. Iskazuju se količine ostrižene (ošišane) vune s
odraslih ovaca i šilježadi (runska vuna i podstrig), i to kao neprana vuna.
|
|
Trimmed wool. The quantities of
trimmed (clipped) wool from the grown up and young sheep (matted wool and
cropped wool) are reported as the raw wool.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja jaja. Iskazuju se podaci o ukupnom broju snesenih jaja
svih rasa kokoši i ostalih vrsta peradi. Obuhvaćena su jaja za nasad i
konzumna jaja za potrošnju/ishranu stanovništva.
|
|
Eggs production. Data for the total
number of laid eggs by all categories of hens and other kinds of poultry
(eggs for setting and eggs for human consumption) are reported.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja meda. Iskazuju se zbirni
podaci konvencionalne proizvodnje meda obuhvaćene sustavom otkupa i
količina ekološki proizvedenog meda evidentirana zapisnicima o izvršenome
stručnom nadzoru u ekološkoj poljoprivredi.
|
|
Honey production. Joint data on
conventional production of honey included in the purchase system and on
quantities of ecologically produced honey recorded in minutes on expert
supervision in ecological agriculture are reported.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Gubici. Iskazuju se podaci o
broju stoke i peradi (podmladak i odrasla grla) uginulih od zaraznih
bolesti, iscrpljenosti, nezgoda i o broju nestalih i ubijenih grla zbog
bolesti, čije meso nije upotrebljivo za ljudsku hranu.

Losses. Reported are data on
the number of livestock and poultry (offspring and adult head) that died
due to infectious diseases, exhaustion, accident as well as on the number
of head missing or killed because of diseases, whose meat is not suitable
for human consumption.
