U skladu s
procesima prilagodbe statistike stočarstva i stočne proizvodnje europskim
statističkim standardima, od 1. siječnja 2010. uvedeno je mjesečno
publiciranje podataka o proizvodnji kravljeg mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda.

In line with
the process of the harmonisation of the livestock production statistics
with the European standards, the monthly issue of data on the cows’ milk
and dairy products has been introduced since 1 January 2010.

Prikupljeno
kravlje mlijeko u veljači 2010. u odnosu na veljaču 2009. bilježi pad za
7,6%. Isto tako bilježi se pad i u odnosu na siječanj 2010. za 8,3%.

In February
2010, as compared to February 2009, the quantity of cows’ milk collected
decreased by 7.6% and, as compared to January 2010, by 8.3%.

Sadržaj
mliječne masti u veljači 2010. u odnosu na veljaču 2009. u porastu je za
1,2%, dok je sadržaj proteina u blagom porastu za 0,2%. U odnosu na
siječanj 2010. sadržaj masti blago je u porastu za 0,1%, dok je sadržaj
proteina u padu (za 1%).

The content
of milk fats increased in February 2010 by 1.2% and the protein content by
0.2%, as compared to February 2009. As compared to January 2010, the fat
content slightly increased, by 0.1%, while the protein content decreased by
1%.

U veljači
2010. u odnosu na veljaču 2009. bilježi se pad proizvodnje mlijeka za piće
(za 9,1%), vrhnja (za 15,7%), fermentiranih proizvoda (za 5,9%) i maslaca
(za 13,2%). Za iste proizvode također se bilježi pad proizvodnje u
usporedbi s prethodnim mjesecom. Tako je proizvodnja mlijeka za piće u
odnosu na siječanj 2010. manja za 13,5%, vrhnja za 6,5%, fermentiranih
proizvoda za 12,2% i maslaca za 27,9%.

In February
2010, as compared to February 2009, the production of drinking milk
decreased by 9.1%, of cream by 15.7%, of fermented products by 5.9% and of
butter by 13.2%. The production of the mentioned products decreased as
compared to the previous month as well. Thus, as compared to January 2010,
the production of drinking milk decreased by 13.5%, of cream by 6.5%, of
fermented products by 12.2% and of butter by 27.9%.

Jedino
povećanje proizvodnje bilježi se kod sira (za 5,6%), u usporedbi s veljačom
2009., dok se u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2010. bilježi pad za 6,2%.

As for the
production of cheese, the situation was quite opposite as compared to
February 2009, so in February 2010 it was by 5.6% higher, but it was by
6.2% lower than in January 2010.

|
Podaci o proizvodnji kravljeg mlijeka
i mliječnih proizvoda preuzimaju se od Hrvatske poljoprivredne agencije –
Središnjeg laboratorija za kontrolu mlijeka (SLKM). Na taj se način
prikupljaju mjesečni podaci o količini prikupljenoga kravljeg mlijeka,
sadržaju mliječne masti i proteina te proizvodnji mliječnih proizvoda od
kravljeg mlijeka.

Data on the production of milk and dairy products are taken over
from the Croatian Agricultural Agency – the Central Laboratory for Milk
Control (SLKM). The data collected that way refer to the quantity of cows’
milk collected, milk fat and protein contents and the production of dairy
products from cows’ milk.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prikupljene podatke SLKM obrađuje i
prosljeđuje DZS-u prema unaprijed dogovorenim terminima i obliku
prilagođenom za daljnju obradu u DZS-u.
|
|
The Laboratory processes the collected data and submit them to the
Central Bureau of Statistics for further processing.

U RH djeluje četrdesetak mljekara za
koje SLKM vrši analizu otkupljenog mlijeka i od kojih prikuplja podatke o
proizvodnji. Obuhvaćene su industrijske i registrirane male mljekare,
razvrstane prema NKD-u 2007. u područje C Prerađivačka industrija, razred
10.51 Djelatnost mljekara i proizvođača sira.

There are about forty dairies operating in the Republic of Croatia
for which the SLKM makes analysis of purchased milk and from which it
collects data on the production. The coverage includes industrial and
registered small dairies, classified into section C Manufacturing, class
10.51 Operation of dairies and cheese making, according to the NKD 2007.

Za potrebe ispunjavanja zatvarajućeg
mjerila za poglavlje 18 – Statistika, prikupljeni su podaci o proizvodnji
mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda i za prethodna razdoblja. Zbog toga
raspoloživi su usporedni podaci.

For the purposes of fulfilling the closing measure for Chapter 18 –
Statistics, data on the milk and dairy products, were collected for
previous periods as well. Therefore, comparative data are also available.

Mlijeko za piće obuhvaća sirovo mlijeko, neobrano,
djelomično obrano i obrano bez sadržaja aditiva.

Drinking milk comprises row milk, whole milk,
skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk and skimmed milk containing no additives.
|

|
|
|
|
Vrhnje obuhvaća vrhnje za izravnu potrošnju s više ili
manje od 29% mliječne masti.
|
|
Cream comprises cream for direct
consumption, containing more or less than 29% of milk fat.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Fermentirani proizvodi obuhvaćaju jogurt, tekući jogurt,
acidofil te ostale fermentirane proizvode.
|
|
Fermented products include yoghurts, drinkable
yoghurts, acidified milk and other fermented products.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Obrano mlijeko u prahu obuhvaća mlijeko u prahu s manje od
1,5% mliječne masti.
|
|
Skimmed milk powder contains milk powder with less than
1.5% of milk fat.

|
|
|
|
|
Ostali proizvodi u prahu obuhvaćaju vrhnje u prahu, cjelovito
mlijeko u prahu i djelomično obrano mlijeko u prahu.

Other milk-powder products include cream milk powder, whole milk
powder and semi-skimmed milk powder.

|
|
Maslac obuhvaća otopljeni maslac, ulje maslaca i
slične proizvode s više od 82% mliječne masti.

Butter includes melted butter, butter
oil and similar products containing more than 82% of milk fat.

Kravlji sir obuhvaća sve mekane, polumekane, tvrde
i ostale sireve dobivene isključivo od kravljeg mlijeka.

Cheese from cows’ milk only includes all
soft, semi-soft, hard and other cheeses made exclusively from cows’ milk.
