U skladu s procesima
prilagodbe statistike stočarstva i stočne proizvodnje europskim
statističkim standardima, od 1. siječnja 2010. uvedeno je mjesečno
publiciranje podataka o proizvodnji kravljeg mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda.

In line with the
process of the harmonisation of the livestock production statistics with
the European standards, the monthly issue of data on the cows’ milk and
dairy products has been introduced since 1 January 2010.

Prikupljeno kravlje mlijeko u
srpnju 2010. u odnosu na srpanj 2009. bilježi pad za 10,8%, dok u odnosu na
lipanj 2010. bilježi pad za 3,9%.
|
|
In July 2010, as compared to July 2009,
the quantity of cows’ milk collected decreased by 10.8% and, as compared to
June 2010, by 3.9%.

Sadržaj mliječne masti u srpnju
2010. u odnosu na srpanj 2009. bilježi smanjenje za 0,5%, a u odnosu na
lipanj 2010. smanjenje za 1,8%. Sadržaj proteina također bilježi pad i u
odnosu na srpanj 2009. i u odnosu na lipanj 2010. (za 2,7%, odnosno za
4,2%).

The content of milk fats in July 2010,
as compared to July 2009, decreased by 0.5%, while compared to June 2010 it
decreased by 1.8%. The protein content decreased compared both to July 2009
(by 2.7%) and to June 2010 (by 4.2%).

U srpnju 2010. u odnosu na srpanj
2009. smanjena je proizvodnja mlijeka za piće (za 6,4%), vrhnja (za 8,1%) i
maslaca (za 27,9%).
U usporedbi s prethodnim
mjesecom, smanjenje se bilježi kod proizvodnje mlijeka za piće (za 14,1%)
te maslaca (za 57,3%).

In July 2010, as compared to July 2009,
the production of drinking milk decreased by 6.4%, of cream by 8.1%, and of
butter by 27.9%.
As compared to the previous month, the
decrease was recorded in the production of drinking milk (14.1%) and of
butter (57.3%).

Povećanje proizvodnje u srpnju
2010. u odnosu na srpanj 2009. zabilježeno je kod fermentiranih proizvoda
(za 1,7%) i sira (za 9,2%). U usporedbi s lipnjem 2010., povećanje je
zabilježeno kod proizvodnje vrhnja (za 44%), fermentiranih proizvoda (za
32,1%) i sira (za 27,7%).

In July 2010, as compared to July 2009,
an increase was recorded in the production of fermented products (1.7%) and
cheese (9.2%). As compared to June 2010, an increase was recorded in the
production of cream (44%), fermented products (32.1%) and cheese (27.7%).

|
Podaci o proizvodnji kravljeg mlijeka
i mliječnih proizvoda preuzimaju se od Hrvatske poljoprivredne agencije –
Središnjeg laboratorija za kontrolu mlijeka (SLKM). Na taj se način
prikupljaju mjesečni podaci o količini prikupljenoga kravljeg mlijeka,
sadržaju mliječne masti i proteina te proizvodnji mliječnih proizvoda od
kravljeg mlijeka.

Data on the production of milk and dairy products are taken over
from the Croatian Agricultural Agency – the Central Laboratory for Milk
Control (SLKM). The data collected that way refer to the quantity of cows’
milk collected, milk fat and protein contents and the production of dairy
products from cows’ milk.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prikupljene podatke SLKM obrađuje i
prosljeđuje DZS-u prema unaprijed dogovorenim terminima i obliku
prilagođenom za daljnju obradu u DZS-u.

The Laboratory processes the collected data and submits them to the
Central Bureau of Statistics for further processing.

U RH djeluje četrdesetak mljekara za
koje SLKM vrši analizu otkupljenog mlijeka i od kojih prikuplja podatke o
proizvodnji. Obuhvaćene su industrijske i registrirane male mljekare,
razvrstane prema NKD-u 2007. u područje C Prerađivačka industrija, razred
10.51 Djelatnost mljekara i proizvođača sira.

There are about forty dairies operating in the Republic of Croatia for which the SLKM makes analysis of purchased milk and from which it collects data on
the production. The coverage includes industrial and registered small
dairies, classified into section C Manufacturing, class 10.51 Operation of
dairies and cheese making, according to the NKD 2007.

Za potrebe ispunjavanja zatvarajućeg
mjerila za poglavlje 18 – Statistika, prikupljeni su podaci o proizvodnji
mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda i za prethodna razdoblja. Iz tog razloga
raspoloživi su usporedni podaci.

For the purposes of fulfilling the closing measure for Chapter 18 –
Statistics, data on the milk and dairy products, were collected for
previous periods as well. Therefore, comparative data are also available.

Mlijeko za piće obuhvaća sirovo mlijeko, neobrano,
djelomično obrano i obrano bez sadržaja aditiva.

Drinking milk comprises row milk, whole milk,
skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk and skimmed milk containing no additives.

|
|
|
|
Vrhnje obuhvaća vrhnje za izravnu potrošnju s više ili
manje od 29% mliječne masti.
|
|
Cream comprises cream for direct
consumption, containing more or less than 29% of milk fat.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Fermentirani proizvodi obuhvaćaju jogurt, tekući jogurt, acidofil
te ostale fermentirane proizvode.

|
Fermented products include yoghurts, drinkable
yoghurts, acidified milk and other fermented products.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Obrano mlijeko u prahu obuhvaća mlijeko u prahu s manje od
1,5% mliječne masti.

Skimmed milk powder contains milk powder with less than
1.5% of milk fat.

|
Ostali proizvodi u prahu obuhvaćaju vrhnje u prahu, cjelovito
mlijeko u prahu i djelomično obrano mlijeko u prahu.

Other milk-powder products include cream milk powder, whole milk

Maslac obuhvaća otopljeni maslac, ulje maslaca i
slične proizvode s više od 82% mliječne masti.

Kravlji sir obuhvaća sve mekane, polumekane, tvrde
i ostale sireve dobivene isključivo od kravljeg mlijeka.
