U skladu s procesima
prilagodbe statistike stočarstva i stočne proizvodnje europskim
statističkim standardima (Uredba Vijeća 96/16/EZ i Uredba Komisije 97/80/EZ),
u 2010. uvedeno je godišnje publiciranje podataka o proizvodnji i
korištenju mlijeka na poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima.

In line with the
processes of the harmonisation of the livestock production statistics with
the European standards (Council Directive 96/16/EC and Commission Decision
97/80/EC), the annual issue of data on production and usage of milk and
dairy products at agricultural farms was introduced in 2010.

Ukupna proizvodnja
mlijeka na poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima u 2009. u odnosu na 2008. bilježi
smanjenje za 3,1%. Istodobno je i količina mlijeka koju su gospodarstva
predala u otkup mljekarama u padu za 3,6%.

In 2009, as compared to 2008, the total
production of milk at agricultural farms decreased by 3.1%. At the same
time, the quantities of milk delivered to dairies decreased by 3.6%.
|

|
|
|
Količina mlijeka
utrošena unutar kućanstva u svježem stanju smanjena je za 19,4% u odnosu na
proteklu godinu, no zabilježen je porast izravne prodaje mlijeka (za 6,9%)
te upotrebe mlijeka za ishranu stoke (za 5,6%).

The quantity of fresh milk used in a
household decreased by 19.4% compared to the previous year, while the
direct sale of milk increased by 6.9% and the quantity of milk used for
animal feedingstuffs by 5.6%.

|
Što se tiče prerade
mlijeka na gospodarstvu, bilježi se povećanje količine upotrijebljene za
proizvodnju vrhnja, maslaca, sira i ostalih proizvoda za 8,7%.

Concerning the processing of milk at
agricultural farms, there was an increase of 8.7% in the quantities used
for the production of cream, butter, cheese and other products.
|

|
Što se tiče ostvarenih
proizvoda u 2009. količina proizvedenog vrhnja veća je za 14,5%, maslaca za
52,9% te ostalih sireva za 11,1% dok je količina proizvedenog svježeg sira
manja za 21,2% kao i ostalih proizvoda za 9,0%.

As for products obtained in 2009, the
quantity of produced cream increased by 14.5%, of butter by 52.9% and of
other types of cheese by 11.1%, while the quantity of
produced fresh cheese decreased by 21.2% and of other products by 9.0%.

Podaci o godišnjoj proizvodnji
mlijeka na poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima prikupljaju se u okviru redovitoga
godišnjeg istraživanja o broju stoke i stočnoj proizvodnji koje se provodi
na uzorku.
|

Data on the annual
milk production at agricultural farms are collected as a part of a regular
annual survey on the number of livestock and livestock production, which is
done by using the sampling method.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Uzorak je izabran iz osnovnog
skupa na bazi Popisa poljoprivrede 2003. i sasvim je slučajan. Jedini uvjet
bio je da najmanje 3 kućanstva budu u istom naselju. Uzorak je koncipiran
od 21 županijskog uzroka, a osnovni skup bila su sva poljoprivredna
kućanstva.

The sample was
selected out of the basic set according to the 2003 Agricultural Census and
is completely random; it was conditioned only by a criterion that at least
3 households had to be located in the same settlement. The sample consisted
of 21 county samples and the basic set comprised all private family farms.

farms engaged in the breeding of livestock and poultry.

Ukupna količina mlijeka koje su
mljekare otkupile od proizvođača (podatak SLKM-a objavljen u Priopćenju br.
1.1.28.) veća je od podatka navedenog u ovom priopćenju jer su ovdje
uključena samo obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

The total quantity of
milk delivered to dairies (the Central Laboratory for Milk Control data
published in the first release No. 1.1.28.) exceeds a figure issued in this
first release due to the fact that it includes only private family farms.

Za potrebe ispunjavanja mjerila
za zatvaranje poglavlja 18 – Statistika, prikupljeni su podaci o
proizvodnji i korištenju mlijeka na poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima i za
prethodna razdoblja. Iz tog razloga raspoloživi su usporedni podaci.

In order to fulfill
the closing benchmarks for Chapter 18 – Statistics, data on milk and dairy
products, data on the production and usage of milk at agricultural farms
were collected for previous periods as well. Therefore, comparative data
are also available.

Ukupna proizvodnja mlijeka obuhvaća kravlje,
ovčje i kozje mlijeko dobiveno mužnjom. Količine raspoloživog mlijeka i
način korištenja izraženi su u tonama. Koeficijent za preračun mlijeka
iznosi 1,03 (1l = 1,03 kg).

Total milk production includes cows’, ewes’
and goats’ milk obtained by milking. Quantities of available milk and its
usage are expressed in tonnes. The conversion coefficient for milk is 1.03
(1l = 1.03 kg).

Dano u otkup obuhvaća isporuke
mljekarama svih tipova mlijeka (kravlje, ovčje i kozje).

Delivered to diaries includes deliveries

for human consumption directly to final consumers (sold or given).

Mlijeko za ishranu stoke obuhvaća cjelovito
mlijeko korišteno na gospodarstvu kao stočna hrana (čisto ili pomiješano s
ostalom stočnom hranom).

|
Milk for feedingstuffs includes whole milk
used on the farm for animal feedingstuffs (either as they are or as a
compound of other animal feedingstuffs).

|
|
|
|
Razlika i gubici obuhvaćaju
statističku razliku i gubitke mlijeka tijekom procesa proizvodnje.
|
|
Differences and Losses refers to the
statistical difference and the quantities of milk lost during
manufacturing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ostvareni proizvodi obuhvaćaju vrhnje,
maslac, sireve i ostale proizvode dobivene preradom mlijeka na
gospodarstvu. Količina je izražena u neto iznosu u tonama.
|
|
Products obtained include cream,
butter, cheese and other products obtained by milk processing on farm.
Quantities are expressed as net amounts in tonnes.
