U skladu s procesima prilagodbe statistike stočarstva i stočne proizvodnje europskim statističkim standardima, od 1. siječnja 2010. uvedeno je mjesečno publiciranje podataka o aktivnostima valionica i vanjskoj trgovini jednodnevnom peradi.

 

In line with the process of the harmonisation of the livestock production statistics with the European standards, the monthly issue of data on the activities of hatcheries and foreign trade in day-old chicks has been introduced since 1 January 2010.

 

 

 

Usporedbom proizvodnje u travnju 2010. s istim razdobljem prošle godine uočava se blagi pad izvaljene peradi za vrstu kokoši. Što se tiče pojedinačnih kategorija, porast broja izvaljenih pilića zabilježen je u kategoriji kombiniranih komercijalnih križanaca, dok je proizvodnja tovnih pilića i komercijalnih križanaca za nesilice u padu.

Kod proizvodnje ostalih vrsta peradi bilježi se pad u broju jaja smještenih na inkubaciju i u broju izvaljene peradi u travnju u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine.

 

The comparison of the production in April 2010 with the same period last year shows a slight decrease in the number of hatched chicks in the total hens. Concerning individual categories, the increase in the number of hatched chicks was recorded in the category of utility mixed cocks, hens and chickens, while the production of utility meat and laying chicks decreased. As for other kinds of poultry, in April as compared to the same period last year, there was a decrease recorded both in the number of eggs placed in incubation and the number of hatched chicks.

 

 

 

Što se tiče podataka vanjske trgovine, u ožujku 2010. u usporedbi s ožujkom 2009., bilježi se pozitivan trend izvoza žive jednodnevne peradi, koji se uglavnom ostvaruje u zemljama regije. U ožujku  2010. također se ostvaruje uvoz peradi (pure), i to iz zemalja EU-a, dok ga u istom razdoblju prošle godine nije bilo.

 

Concerning the external trade data, in March 2010, as compared to March 2009, there was a positive trend of the export of live day-old poultry recorded, which was mainly realised with the countries in the region. In March 2010, there was also the import of poultry (turkeys) realised with the EU countries, while in the same period last year it was not recorded.

Izvještaj o proizvodnji jednodnevne peradi prikuplja se od valionica koje se bave proizvodnjom jednodnevne peradi. Tim se istraživanjem prikupljaju mjesečni podaci o broju jaja stavljenih na inkubaciju i broju izvaljenih pilića prema vrsti peradi, kategoriji i tipu.

 

Reports on the production of day-old chicks are collected from hatcheries engaged in the production of day-old chicks. This survey serves for the collection of monthly data on the number of eggs placed in incubation and the number of chicks by kind of poultry, category and type.

 

 

 

Podaci o vanjskoj trgovini jednodnevnom peradi preuzimaju se od Odjela statistike robne razmjene s inozemstvom.

 

Data on the external trade in day-old chicks are taken over from the External Trade in Goods Statistics Department.

 

 

 

S obzirom na to da su podaci vanjske trgovine, u odnosu na podatke aktivnosti valionica, raspoloživi u različitome vremenskom odmaku od referentnog mjeseca na koji se odnose, prikazani su podaci uvoza i izvoza za mjesec koji prethodi referentnome mjesecu proizvodnje.

 

Having in mind that external trade data, as compared to the activity of hatcheries, are available in a different period of time in relation to the reference month they refer to, data on the import and export are presented for the month prior to the month of the production.

Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni izvještaji o proizvodnji jednodnevne peradi jesu valionice u domaćinstvima, obrtničke i industrijske valionice koje se bave djelatnošću valjenja peradi, a razvrstani su u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo, razred 01.47 te ostali koji su razvrstani drugdje, a bave se navedenom djelatnošću. Adresar valionica preuzet je od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja.

 

Reporting units included in the monthly reports on the production of day-old chicks are hatcheries in households, private commercial hatcheries and industrial hatcheries engaged in hatching of poultry, which are classified in section a Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing, class 01.47, as well as other entities classified elsewhere but engaged in the said activity. The address book of hatcheries has been taken over from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.

 

 

 

Za potrebe ispunjavanja zatvarajućeg mjerila za poglavlje 18 – Statistika, prikupljeni su podaci o aktivnostima valionica i za prethodna razdoblja. Iz tog razloga raspoloživi su usporedni podaci o proizvodnji i trgovini.

 

For the purposes of fulfilling the closing measure for Chapter 18 – Statistics, data on the activities of hatcheries were collected for previous periods as well. Therefore, comparative data on the production and trade are also available.

Roditeljski pilići jesu pilići namijenjeni za proizvodnju komercijalnih križanaca.

 

Parent stock chicks are chicks intended for the production of utility chicks.
