SLATKOVODNO RIBARSTVO U 2009.

FRESHWATER FISHING, 2009

 

 

Ukupna proizvodnja slatkovodne ribe u 2009. iznosila je 5 066 tona i  porasla je za 14% u odnosu na 2008.

 

The total production of freshwater fish amounted in 2009 to 5 066 tonnes, which means that it increased by 14% compared to 2008.

 

 

 

Proizvodnja konzumne ribe u šaranskim ribnjacima u 2009. iznosila je
3 042 tone i porasla je za 27%, a proizvodnja u pastrvskim ribnjacima iznosila je 2 024 tone i pala je za 2% u odnosu na 2008.

 

In 2009, as compared to 2008, the production of consumer fish in carp fishponds amounted to 3 042 tonnes, which represents an increase of  27%, while the production in trout fishponds amounted to 2 024 tonnes, which represents a decrease of 2%.

 

 

 

Od ukupno proizvedene ribe, 41% odnosilo se na proizvodnju šarana, a 40% na proizvodnju pastrve.

 

Out of the total fish production, 41% of it refers to carp and 40% to trout.

Podaci o proizvodnji slatkovodne ribe i mlađi za 2009. preuzeti su od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – Uprava ribarstva. Na taj način prikupljaju se podaci o površinama šaranskih i pastrvskih ribnjaka, proizvodnji jednogodišnje i dvogodišnje mlađi, proizvodnji konzumne ribe, količinama utrošene hrane i količinama utrošenoga gnojiva.

 

Data on freshwater fish and milt production in 2009 have been taken over from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development – the Fishing Directorate in order to collect data on areas of carp and trout fishponds, production of one-year old and two-year old milt, production of consumer fish, quantities of food consumed and quantities of fertilisers consumed.

 

 

 

Prikupljene podatke Uprava ribarstva obrađuje i prosljeđuje DZS-u prema unaprijed dogovorenom terminu i obliku prilagođenom za daljnju obradu u DZS-u.

 

The Fishing Directorate processes the collected data and forward them to the Central Bureau of Statistics according to previously defined deadlines and in the form adjusted for the furter process in the Central Bureau of Statistics.

Podaci se prikupljaju od pravnih osoba i ribara obrtnika razvrstanih prema NKD-u 2007. u područje A (razredi 03.12 i 03.22) ili u drugu djelatnost prema evidenciji Uprave ribarstva o izdanim povlasticama za obavljanje gospodarskoga slatkovodnog ribolova ili pravnih osoba i ribara obrtnika koji uzgajaju slatkovodnu ribu i mlađ.

 

Data are collected from legal entities and independent fishermen classified either in the NKD 2007. section A (classes 03.12 and 03.22) or in another activity according to the records of the Fishing Directorate on issued certificates for economic freshwater fishing or breeding of freshwater fish and milt.

Površina ribnjaka u eksploataciji (površina pod ribarskom proizvodnjom) u tijeku izvještajne godine predstavlja korištenu produktivnu vodenu površinu u prethodnoj godini i gotovo je uvijek manja od ukupne produktivne površine ili joj je jednaka s obzirom na to da se u tijeku godine ne koriste svi ribarski objekti za proizvodnju ribe.

 

Exploited fishpond area (area under fish production) in the course of the reference year is considered to be a productive water area used in the previous year. It is almost always either smaller than the total productive water area or equals it, taking into account that not all of fishing facilities for fish production are used during a year.

 

 

 

Pod proizvedenim (izlovljenim) količinama ribe smatraju se količine koje su prodane na tržište. Ovdje se ne iskazuje postignuta težina (prirast) u tijeku izvještajne godine koja nije prodana na tržište, a prebačena je u zimnjak.

 

Produced fish catches are considered to be quantities sold on the market. The weight (increment) realised in the reference year that was not sold on the market but moved to the winter fishpond is excluded.

 

 

 

Gospodarski ribolov jest djelatnost ulova i proizvodnje slatkovodne ribe radi stjecanja dobiti.

 

Economic fishing is an activity of catch and production of freshwater fish and milt for making a profit.
