U siječnju 2010. u usporedbi s prosincem 2009. cijene industrijskih
proizvoda pri proizvođačima više su za 1,3%, a u usporedbi sa siječnjem
2009. više su za 3,0%.

January 2010, as compared to December 2009, the producers’ prices of
industrial products increased by 1.3%, while as compared to January 2009
they increased by 3.0%.

Prema GIG-u
2009.,
proizvođačke cijene su u siječnju 2010. u
odnosu na prosinac 2009. porasle za Energiju 5,3% i za
Intermedijarne proizvode 0,1%, pale su za Kapitalne proizvode 0,6% i za Netrajne proizvode za široku
potrošnju 0,2%, dok su za Trajne proizvode za široku potrošnju ostale
nepromijenjene.

According to the MIGs 2009 aggregates, in January
2010, as compared to December 2009, producers’ prices were higher in Energy by 5.3% and in Intermediate goods by 0.1%, they
rose in Capital goods by 0.6%
and in Non-durable consumer goods by 0.2% while remained stable in Durable consumer goods.

Prema
područjima djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., u siječnju 2010. u usporedbi sa
siječnjem 2009. proizvođačke cijene su porasle u svim promatranim
područjima, a najviše u Opskrbi električnom energijom, plinom, parom i
klimatizacijom za 3,7%, zatim u Prerađivačkoj industriji za 1,0%, Opskrbi
vodom; uklanjanjem otpadnih voda, gospodarenjem otpadom te djelatnosti
sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36) za 0,7% i u Rudarstvu i
vađenju za 0,6%.

According to the NKD 2007 sections, in January 2010,
as compared to December 2009, the producers’ prices
increased in all observed sections. The highest increases in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply by 3.7%, then in Manufacturing by 1.0%, Water supply; sewerage, waste management and
remediation activities (only division 36) by 0.7% and in Mining and quarrying by 0.6%.

odjeljcima NKD-a 2007., najveći porast proizvođačkih cijena u siječnju
2010. u usporedbi s prosincem 2009., zabilježen je u Proizvodnji koksa i
rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda
(7,9%), Opskrbi električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacijom
(3,7%), Proizvodnji kemikalija i kemijskih proizvoda (2,8%),
Proizvodnji električne opreme (1,8%), Proizvodnji osnovnih farmaceutskih
proizvoda i farmaceutskih pripravaka (1,2%), Proizvodnji računala te
elektroničkih i optičkih proizvoda (1,1%) i Vađenju sirove nafte i
prirodnog plina (1,1%).

According to the NKD 2007. divisions, the
highest increases of the producer prices in January 2010 compared with December 2009,
were recorded in Manufacture
of coke and refined petroleum products (7.9%), Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (3.7%), Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products (2.8%), Manufacture of
electrical equipment (1.8%), Manufacture

pad proizvođačkih cijena u siječnju 2010. u usporedbi s prosincem 2009.
zabilježen je u Proizvodnji motornih vozila, prikolica i poluprikolica
(-3,2%), u Proizvodnji duhanskih proizvoda (-1,8%) i u Proizvodnji gotovih
metalnih proizvoda, osim strojeva i opreme (-1,7%).

The largest decreases of the producer
prices with December 2009, were recorded in Manufacture of motor vehicles,
trailers and semi-trailers (-3.2%), Manufacture of tobacco products (1.8%)
and in Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and
equipment (-1.7%) in January 2010 compared.

Stabilnost
proizvođačkih cijena u siječnju 2010. u usporedbi s prosincem 2009.
zabilježena je u tri odjeljka djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. i to u Proizvodnji
tekstila, Proizvodnji kože i srodnih proizvoda i Proizvodnji papira i
proizvoda od papira.

|
Indeks cijena industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima važan je
kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu promjenu
prodajnih cijena proizvoda industrijskog sektora (područja B, C, D i E samo
odjeljak 36 prema NKD-u 2007.) na domaćem tržištu. On je po konceptu EU
prioritetni ekonomski pokazatelj koji može nagovijestiti inflatorna
kretanja prije nego dođu do potrošača.

Index of producers’ prices of industrial products is an
important short-term indicator of business cycle that shows monthly price
changes in industrial sector (NKD 2007. sections B, C, D and E –only
division 36). According to EU concept it is a principal economic indicator
which can be an indicator of inflationary pressure before it reaches the
consumer.

U ovom priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornom
(neprilagođenom) obliku, a izračunani su na osnovi podataka prikupljenih
revidiranim Mjesečnim istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri
proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2010. U Posebnoj napomeni korisnicima na
kraju ovog priopćenja dana su dodatna pojašnjenja.

In this first release, all indices are presented in original
(unadjusted) form. They were calculated on the basis of data collected
through the revised Monthly Survey on producers’ prices of industrial
products (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2010. Special notes to users at the last
page of this report you could find additional information’s.

Pravna
i metodološka osnova
Mjesečno
istraživanje o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M)
u 2010. provodi neposredno Državni zavod za statistiku na temelju Zakona o
službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03. i 75/09.).
Koncepti
i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraživanju IND-3/ KPS/M usklađeni su s
konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkoročne poslovne
statistike EU-a (Tema 4, ISSN 1725-0099, Europska zajednica, 2006.) i
Uredbe Komisije (EK) br. 1503/2006. o definicijama varijabla, popisu varijabla i učestalosti prikupljanja podataka.

Legal and methodological framework
The Monthly Survey on producers’ prices of industrial products
(IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2010 is carried out directly by the Central Bureau of
Statistics on the basis of the Official Statistics Act (NN, No. 103/03 and
75/09).
Concepts and definitions used in the IND-3/ KPS/M survey are harmonised with the EU Methodology of
Short-Term Business Statistics (Theme 4, ISSN 1725-0099; European
Communities, 2006) as well as with the Commission Regulation (EC) No.
1503/2006 on definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of
data compilation.

područja djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) B Rudarstvo i
vađenje, C Prerađivačka industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom,

Scope and coverage
The IND-3/KPS/M Survey population
covers enterprises (legal units and crafts) producing selected products
within product range defined by Nomenclature of industrial products – NIP
2009. (NN, No. 6/10.) as a results of activity sections B Mining and
quarrying, C Manufacturing, D Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply and Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation
activities (only division 36).

Za
prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem tržištu u istraživanju
IND-3/KPS/M za 2010. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak industrijskih
proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., odnosno svi
proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 15 000 kuna na domaćem
tržištu prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji
(IND-21/PRODCOM/G), a odabir poduzeća je izvršen prema njihovu udjelu u
proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda.

Producers’ prices on domestic market data collection of
IND-3/KPS/M survey for 2010 covers representative sample of industrial
products range on the each activity class levels of the NKD 2007. within
scope, that is, all products with 15 000 kunas’ production sold recorded on
domestic market according to results of PRODCOM survey on industrial
production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) while selection of enterprises has been done
according their share in production of selected products.

uzorak IND-3/KPS/M istraživanja za 2010. obuhvaćeno je 1 508 cijena
artikala unutar izabranih NIP 2009. proizvoda u 992 poduzeća (pravnih osoba
i obrtnika).

Točka
izvještavanja
Sve proizvođačke cijene izvještavaju se kao
transakcijske cijene na dan 15. u izvještajnom mjesecu. Iskazuju se cijene
po kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovitim kupcima na domaćem
tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu
proizvođača ili su to cijene po kojima proizvođač vrši obračun drugim
proizvođačima.

Point reference
Each
producer’s prices should be recorded as transaction prices in effect on the
15th of the month indicated. It should be recorded prices at
which a producer sells its products at the domestic market in the largest
quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory gate at the location of
a producer or a price charged to another company by a producer.

Ispunjeni obrazac IND-3/KPS/M dostavlja se elekroničkom ili običnom poštom Državnom zavodu za statistiku u pravilu 26. u mjesecu za
tekući mjesec.

Completed IND-3/KPS/M forms must be returned by e-mail or by
post to the Central Bureau of Statistics, as a rule 26 in months for current month.

Cijene
industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima jesu cijene po kojima proizvođač
prodaje svoje proizvode na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama, franko
utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili cijena po kojoj
proizvođač obračunava drugom poduzeću. U prodajnu cijenu ulazi regres koji
ostvaruje prodavač, a odbija se rabat i popust koji prodavač odobri kupcu
te porez na dodanu vrijednost i trošarine.

Definitions and calculation method
Producers’ prices of industrial products are either prices at
which a producer sells its products at the domestic market in the largest
quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory gate at the location of
a producer or a price charged to another company by a producer. The selling
price is increased for the amount of the compensation obtained by the
seller, and deducted for the amount of the discount, rebate, value added
tax and excises.

cijena industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu za
različite razine NKD-a 2007. izračunavaju se prema Laspeyresovoj formuli.

Calculation method
Producer prices indexes on domestic market for various levels
of the NKD 2007. are calculated according to the Laspeyres formula.

Iz
podataka o cijenama izračunavaju se individualni indeksi za svaki
reprezentativni proizvod stavljanjem u odnos cijena tekućeg razdoblja s
cijenama u baznom razdoblju (prosinac prethodne godine).
Iz
individualnih indeksa cijena vaganom aritmetičkom sredinom izračunavaju se
agregatni indeksi, tj. indeksi skupina, odjeljka i područja NKD-a 2007. te
ukupan indeks industrije prema modificiranoj Laspeyresovoj formuli:

Individual indices for each representative product are
calculated from data on prices by dividing prices of a current period by
prices of a base period (December of a previous year).
Aggregate indices, that is, indices of a group,

siječnja 2010. primjenjuje se struktura na temelju vrijednosti prodaje na
razini skupine proizvoda iz PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj
proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2008.
Sadašnji
ponderacijski sustav temelji se na 2005. Ponderacijski sustav mijenja se
svakih pet godina, a svake godine ponderi se djelomično korigiraju za
promjene nastale u kretanju cijena.

Weights
Since January 2010, a structure based on production sold value at the group level taken from the PRODCOM sutvey on industrial
production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) for 2008, has been applied.
Current weighting system is based on 2005. The
weighting system is changed every five years, while weights are partly
corrected every year, in relation to changes in prices.

objavljenim serijama indeksa cijena proizvoda pri proizvođačima na domaćem

proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda (C-41) koje se provodilo
do kraja 2009.

Special notes to users
In this first release, producer price indices on domestic
market for January 2010 were calculated on the basis of data collected
through the Monthly Survey on producers’ prices of industrial products
(IND-3/KPS/M form) for January 2010. They are consistent with previously
published producer price indices on domestic market calculated based on
survey of the Producers’ prices of industrial products survey (C-41 form)
which has been carried out till the end of 2009.

Mjesečno
istraživanje IND-3/KPS/M revidirano je istraživanje u kojem je u odnosu na
prethodno istraživanje C-41 proširen obuhvat te promijenjen sadržaj, rokovi
snimanja i dostavljanja podataka o cijenama proizvoda pri proizvođačima te
drugi koncepti i definicije uglavnom radi usklađivanja s Uredbom za
kratkoročne statistike EU1) te početka
prikupljanja i izračunavanja indeksa proizvođačkih cijena i na nedomaćem
tržištu, s konačnim ciljem izračunavanja kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa
cijena outputa industrije radi zadovoljavanja zahtjeva EU.

Monthly Survey IND-3/KPS/M in 2010 is revised survey which has
been changed by extending its coverage and by changing their content,
deadlines and delivery of data for producers’ prices of industrial products
as well as other concepts and definitions in comparison to those applied on
C-41 data collection, mostly due to the harmonization with Regulations on
Short-term statistics within the EU1) and the beginning of data
collection of producers’ prices on non-domestic market with overall aim of
calculation the composite indicator – industrial output price index to
satisfy EU requirements.

i diseminacija spomenutih kratkoročnih pokazatelja – indeksa proizvođačkih
cijena na nedomaćem tržištu i kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa cijena
outputa industrije radi zadovoljavanja zahtjeva EU planira se u 2011.,
počevši od indeksa za siječanj 2011. u skladu s Kalendarom priopćenja za
2011.

Publishing and dissemination of the mentioned new short term
indicators - producers’ prices indices on non-domestic market as well as composite
indices – indices of industrial output prices has been planed in 2011, starting
with indices for January 2011 which will be announce on time in Release
Calendar for 2011.
