U svibnju 2010. u usporedbi s travnjem 2010. cijene industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima, ukupno industrija, više su za 0,5%, u usporedbi sa svibnjem 2009. više su za 4,9%, a u razdoblju od siječnja do svibnja 2010. više su za 4,1% u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2009.

 

In May 2010, as compared to April 2010, producers’ prices of industrial products for the total industry increased by 0.5%, as compared to May 2009 they increased by 4.9% and, in the period from January to May 2010, they were by 4.1% higher than in the same period of 2009.

 

 

 

Ako usporedimo cijene industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima, ukupno industrija, isključujući energiju, tada su u svibnju 2010. u usporedbi s travnjem 2010. porasle za 0,6%, u usporedbi sa svibnjem 2009. su stabilne, a u razdoblju od siječnja do svibnja 2010. manje za 0,6%, u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2009.

 

If we compare producers’ prices of industrial products for the total industry excluding energy, then In May 2010, as compared to April 2010, the producers’ prices of industrial products increased by 0.6%, as compared to May 2009 they remained stable and, in the period from January to May 2010, they were by 0.6% lower than in the same period of 2009.

 

 

 

Prema agregatima GIG-a 2009., proizvođačke cijene u svibnju 2010. u odnosu na travanj 2010. porasle su u Kapitalnim proizvodima za 1,8%, u Intermedijarnim proizvodima i u Netrajnim proizvodima za široku potrošnju za 0,4%, u Trajnim proizvodima za široku potrošnju za 0,3%, a u Energiji za 0,2%.

 

According to the MIGs 2009. aggregates, in May 2010, as compared to April 2010, producers’ prices in Capital goods were by 1.8%, in Intermediate goods and in Non-durable consumer goods by 0.4%, in Durable consumer goods by 0.3% and in Energy by 0.2% higher.

 

 

 

Prema područjima djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., u svibnju 2010. u usporedbi s travnjem 2010. proizvođačke cijene u području Rudarstvo i vađenje porasle su za 2,4%, u području Prerađivačka industrija za 0,4%, u području Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36) za 0,1%, dok su u području Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija zadržale stabilnost.

 

According to the NKD 2007. sections, in May 2010, as compared to April 2010, the producers’ prices increased in Mining and quarrying section by 2.4%, in Manufacturing section by 0.4% and in Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities section (only division 36) by 0.1%, while in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply section they remained stable.

Prema odjeljcima NKD-a 2007., najveći porast proizvođačkih cijena u svibnju 2010. u usporedbi s travnjem 2010. zabilježen je u Proizvodnji računala te elektroničkih i optičkih proizvoda (7,4%), Vađenju sirove nafte i prirodnog plina (4,4%), Proizvodnji proizvoda od gume i plastike (2.0%), Proizvodnji papira i proizvoda od papira (1,4%), te Proizvodnji namještaja (1,0%), dok je najveći pad proizvođačkih cijena prema odjeljcima NKD-a 2007. zabilježen u Proizvodnji motornih vozila, prikolica i poluprikolica (-0,9%), Proizvodnji koksa i rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda (-0,7%), te u Proizvodnji ostalih prijevoznih sredstava (0,5%).

 

According to the NKD 2007. divisions, the highest increase in the producers’ prices in May 2010, as compared to April 2010, was recorded in Manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products (7.4%), in Extraction of crude petroleum and natural gas (4.4%), in Manufacture of rubber and plastic products (2.0%), in Manufacture of paper and paper products (1.4%) and in Manufacture of furniture (1.0%), while the highest decrease was recorded in Manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (-0,9%), in Manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (-0.7%) and in Manufacture of other transport equipment (-0.5%).

 

 

 

Stabilnost proizvođačkih cijena u svibnju 2010. u usporedbi s travnjem 2010. zabilježena je u četiri odjeljka djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., i to u Proizvodnji duhanskih proizvoda, Preradi drva i proizvoda od drva i pluta, osim namještaja; proizvodnji proizvoda od slame i pletarskih materijala, Proizvodnji gotovih metalnih proizvoda, osim strojeva i opreme te u Opskrbi električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizaciji.

 

The producers’ prices remained stable in May 2010, as compared to April 2010, in the following four activity divisions of the NKD 2007.: Manufacture of tobacco products, Manufacture of wood and of products of wood and cork, except furniture; manufacture of articles of straw and plaiting materials, Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment and Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply.

Indeks cijena industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima važan je kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu promjenu prodajnih cijena proizvoda industrijskog sektora (područja B, C, D i E (samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007.) na domaćem tržištu. On je po konceptu EU prioritetni ekonomski pokazatelj koji može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije nego dođu do potrošača.

 

Index of producers’ prices of industrial products is an important short-term indicator of business cycle that shows monthly price changes in industrial sector (NKD 2007. sections B, C, D and E –only division 36). According to the EU concept, it is a principal economic indicator that can indicate inflationary changes before they reach a consumer.

 

 

 

U ovom priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornom  (neprilagođenom) obliku, a izračunani su na osnovi podataka prikupljenih revidiranim Mjesečnim istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2010. U Posebnoj napomeni korisnicima na kraju ovog priopćenja dana su dodatna objašnjenja.

 

In this first release, all indices are presented in original (unadjusted) form. They were calculated on the basis of data collected through the revised Monthly Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2010. Special notes to users at the end of this report provide additional information.

Mjesečno istraživanje o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) u 2010. provodi neposredno Državni zavod za statistiku na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03. i 75/09.).

 

The Monthly Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2010 is carried out directly by the Central Bureau of Statistics on the basis of the Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos. 103/03 and 75/09).

 

 

 

Koncepti i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M usklađeni su s konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkoročne poslovne statistike EU-a (Tema 4, ISSN 1725-0099, Europska zajednica, 2006.) i Uredbe Komisije (EK) br. 1503/2006. o definicijama varijabla, popisu varijabla i učestalosti prikupljanja podataka.

 

Concepts and definitions used in the IND-3/KPS/M Survey are harmonised with the EU Methodology of Short-Term Business Statistics (Theme 4, ISSN 1725-0099; European Communities, 2006) as well as with the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1503/2006 on definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of data compilation.

Izvještajne jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M jesu izabrana poduzeća (pravne osobe i obrtnici) koja proizvode izabrane industrijske proizvode definirane Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda – NIP 2009. (NN, br. 6/10.) iz područja djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija i E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36).

 

The IND-3/KPS/M Survey reporting units cover selected enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen) that produce selected products as defined in the Nomenclature of Industrial Products – NIP 2009. (NN, No. 6/10), classified in the NKD 2007. (NN, Nos 58/07 and 72/07)  activity sections B Mining and quarrying, C Manufacturing, D Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply and Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities (only division 36).

 

 

 

Za prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem tržištu u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M za 2010. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak industrijskih proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., odnosno svi proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 15 000 kuna na domaćem tržištu prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G), a odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema njihovu udjelu u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda.

 

The collection of data on producers’ prices on domestic market by the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2010 covers a representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products exceeding 15 000 kuna production sold recorded on domestic market according to results of the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form), while the selection of enterprises has been done according to their share in the production of selected products.

 

 

 

U uzorak IND-3/KPS/M istraživanja za 2010. obuhvaćeno je 1 508 cijena artikala unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2009. u 992 poduzeća (pravnih osoba i obrtnika).

 

The IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2010 covers a sample of 1 508 item prices within the selected NIP 2009. products in 992 enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen).

Sve proizvođačke cijene izvještavaju se kao transakcijske cijene 15. dana u izvještajnome mjesecu. Iskazuju se cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovitim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili su to cijene po kojima proizvođač vrši obračun drugim proizvođačima.

 

All producers’ prices are recorded as transaction prices in effect on the 15th of the month indicated. Prices at which a producer sells the products at the domestic market in the largest quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory gate at the location of a producer or a price charged to another company by a producer are recorded.

 

 

 

Ispunjeni obrazac IND-3/KPS/M dostavlja se elektroničkom ili običnom poštom Državnom zavodu za statistiku u pravilu 26. u mjesecu za tekući mjesec.

 

Completed IND-3/KPS/M forms must be returned by e-mail or by post to the Central Bureau of Statistics, as a rule on 26th in a month for a current month.

Cijene industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima jesu cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama, franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili cijena po kojoj proizvođač obračunava drugom poduzeću. U prodajnu cijenu ulazi regres koji ostvaruje prodavač, a odbijaju se rabat i popust koji prodavač odobri kupcu te porez na dodanu vrijednost i trošarine.

 

Producers’ prices of industrial products are either prices at which a producer sells the products at the domestic market in the largest quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory gate at the location of a producer or a price charged to another company by a producer. The selling price is increased for the amount of the compensation obtained by the seller and deducted for the amount of the discount, rebate, value added tax and excises.

Indeksi cijena industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu za različite razine NKD-a 2007. izračunavaju se prema Laspeyresovoj formuli.

 

Producers’ price indices of industrial products on the domestic market are calculated according to the Laspeyres formula for different levels of the NKD 2007.

 

 

 

Iz podataka o cijenama izračunavaju se individualni indeksi za svaki reprezentativni proizvod stavljanjem u odnos cijena tekućeg razdoblja s cijenama u baznom razdoblju (prosinac prethodne godine).

 

Individual indices for each representative product are calculated from data on prices by dividing prices of a current period by prices of a base period (December of a previous year).

 

 

 

Iz individualnih indeksa cijena vaganom aritmetičkom sredinom izračunavaju se agregatni indeksi, tj. indeksi skupina, odjeljaka i područja NKD-a 2007. te ukupan indeks industrije prema modificiranoj Laspeyresovoj formuli:

Od siječnja 2010. primjenjuje se struktura na temelju vrijednosti prodaje na razini skupine proizvoda iz PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji  (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2008.

 

Since January 2010, a structure based on production sold value at the group level taken from the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for 2008 has been applied.

 

 

 

Sadašnji ponderacijski sustav temelji se na 2005. Ponderacijski sustav mijenja se svakih pet godina, a svake godine ponderi se djelomično korigiraju za promjene nastale u kretanju cijena.

 

The current weighting system was based in 2005. The weighting system is changed every five years, while weights are partly corrected every year, in relation to changes in prices.

U priopćenju indeksi cijena proizvoda pri proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu za 2010. izračunani su na osnovi podataka prikupljenih Mjesečnim istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2010. i konzistentni su s prethodno objavljenim serijama indeksa cijena proizvoda pri proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu, koje su izračunane na temelju podataka prikupljenih istraživanjem Cijene proizvođa industrijskih proizvoda (C-41), koje se provodilo do kraja 2009.

 

In first releases in 2010, producers’ price indices on domestic market are calculated on the basis of data collected through the Monthly Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (IND-3/KPS/M form). They are consistent with previously published producers’ price indices on domestic market calculated on the basis of the Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (C-41 form), which was carried out until the end of 2009.

 

 

 

Mjesečno istraživanje IND-3/KPS/M revidirano je istraživanje u kojem je u odnosu na prethodno istraživanje C-41 proširen obuhvat te promijenjeni sadržaj, rokovi snimanja i dostavljanja podataka o cijenama proizvoda pri proizvođačima te drugi koncepti i definicije uglavnom radi usklađivanja s Uredbom za kratkoročne statistike EU1) te početka prikupljanja i izračunavanja indeksa proizvođačkih cijena i na nedomaćem tržištu s konačnim ciljem izračunavanja kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa cijena outputa industrije radi zadovoljavanja zahtjeva EU.

 

The monthly IND-3/KPS/M Survey is a revised survey that was changed by extending its coverage and by changing their content, deadlines and delivery of data for producers’ prices of industrial products as well as other concepts and definitions, as compared to those applied on C-41 data collection. It was mostly because of the harmonisation with the EU Regulation on Short-Term Statistics1) and the beginning of data collection of producers’ prices on non-domestic market as well, with an overall aim of calculating the composite indicator – industrial output price index, in order to satisfy EU requirements.

 

 

 

Objavljivanje i diseminacija spomenutih kratkoročnih pokazatelja – indeksa proizvođačkih cijena na nedomaćem tržištu i kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa cijena outputa industrije radi zadovoljavanja zahtjeva EU planira se u 2011., počevši od indeksa za siječanj 2011. u skladu s Kalendarom objavljivanja statističkih podataka za 2011.

 

Publishing and dissemination of the mentioned short-term indicators – producers’ price indices on non-domestic market as well as  composite indicator – indices of industrial output prices is planned to be done in 2011, starting with indices for January 2011 in line with the 2011 Calendar of Statistical Data Issues.
