Cijene
građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima u siječnju 2010. u usporedbi s
prosjekom 2005. više su za 18,2%.

In
January 2010, as compared to 2005 average, the producers’ prices of
building material increased by 18.2%.
|
|
Mjesečni i kumulativni indeksi proizvođačkih cijena građevnog
materijala od 2006. do 2010. prikazani su
u tablici 1., a godišnji lančani indeksi proizvođačkih cijena građevnog
materijala od 1979. do 2009. u tablici 2.

Monthly and cumulative producer’ building material
price indices for the period from 2006 to 2010 are presented in table 1.
while annual chain producer’ building material price indices for the period
from 1979 to 2009 are presented in table 2.

Radi boljeg
razumijevanja pri korištenju ovih indeksa, na poleđini priopćenja nalaze se
metodološka objašnjenja o načinu izračunavanja indeksa cijena građevnog
materijala pri proizvođačima.

indices, notes on methodology concerning the calculation of producers’
building material price indices are given at the back of this First

Indeks
cijena građevnog
materijala pri
proizvođačima važan je kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji
pokazuje mjesečnu dinamiku promjena proizvođačkih cijena građevnog
materijala na domaćem tržištu. Prema konceptu EU ovaj pokazatelj može
nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije nego dođu do potrošača.

Producers'
building material index is an important
short-term indicator of business cycle that shows monthly price changes
producer prices of building material on domestic market. According to EU
concept it this indicator which may be an indicator of inflationary
pressure before it reaches the consumer.
|

Indeks
cijena građevnog materijala ne predstavlja indeks cijena ukupnih
građevinskih radova, jer njime nisu obuhvaćene cijene opreme, mehanizacije,
rada i drugi elementa iz strukture cijena građevinskih radova.
|
|
Building
material price index does not represent the price index of the total
building work because it doesn’t include the prices of equipment, labour
and other elements from the price structure of the building work.
|
|
U ovom
priopćenju indeks cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima
na domaćem tržištu za siječanj 2010. izračunan je na osnovi podataka
prikupljenih revidiranim Mjesečnim istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih
proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2010. u posebnoj napomeni
korisnicima na kraju ovog priopćenja dana su dodatna pojašnjenja.

In this first release, building
material price index on domestic market for January 2010 was calculated on the basis of data collected through
the revised Monthly Survey on producers’ prices of industrial products
(IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2010. Special notes to users at the last page of this
report you could find additional information’s.

Obuhvat
proizvoda/artikala za građevinarstvo
Indeks cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima formira se i određuje na temelju posebne liste proizvoda/artikala – reprezentanata iz okvira statističkog istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M kojim se mjesečno prikupljaju cijene pri proizvođačima za industrijske proizvode i građevni materijal (kao podskup).

Coverage of product/items for construction
Producers' building material index is created and
defined by the special purpose list of products/items – representatives
where The Monthly Survey on producers’ prices
of industrial products (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2010 serves as source for monthly producers' prices data
collection both industrial products and building material (later as a
subset).

U
2010. izabrani su reprezentativni proizvodi/artikli za građevinsku namjenu
(tj. građevni materijal), u odgovarajućim razredima djelatnosti NKD-a 2007.
koji rezultiraju spomenutim proizvodima/artiklima. Lista reprezentanata
sadržana je u selektirana 23 razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. koji su
zastupljeni s 250 artikala, za koje izvještajne jedinice mjesečno
dostavljaju podatke o prodajnim cijenama proizvođača građevnog
materijala na
domaćem tržištu tj. u Republici Hrvatskoj. Stoga, građevni materijali
koji se ne proizvode u Republici Hrvatskoj ovdje nisu obuhvaćeni.

In 2010, representative products/items for
construction purposes (i.e building material) has been selected within
appropriate NKD 2007 activity classes which resulting of mentioned
products/items. The list of representatives comprises 250 items within
selected 23 activity classes of NKD 2007 for which reporting units have
obligation of monthly delivery of data for producer prices on domestic
market i.e in the Republic of Croatia. Thus, building
materials manufactured outside the Republic of Croatia are not included.

Istraživanjem
IND-3/KPS/M proizvođačke cijene izvještavaju se kao transakcijske cijene
na dan 15. u izvještajnome mjesecu.

Definitions of producer prices and point reference
Producer’s prices should be recorded as transaction prices in
effect on the 15th of the month indicated in IND-3/KPS/M
survey.
|
|
Proizvođačke
cijene su cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovitim
kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno u vagon
(kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili su to cijene po kojima proizvođač vrši
obračun drugim proizvođačima.

Producer’s prices are prices at which a producer sells its
products at the domestic market in the largest quantities, loaded free on
rail (truck) at factory gate at the location of a producer or a price
charged to another company by a producer.
|
|
Metoda kalkulacije i ponderi
Indeks
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala izračunava se kao skupni indeks,
na temelju selektiranih proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda za
građevinsku uporabu (reprezentativna lista proizvoda/ artikala), a
definirani su NIP-om 2009. (NN, br. 6/10.) i odgovarajućim
razredima djelatnosti NKD-a 2007.

Calculation method and weights
Producers'
building material price index as aggregate index is calculated on the basis
of selected producers’ prices of industrial
products for building purposes (list of representatives products/items),
defined by NIP 2009. (NN, No 6/10) and appropriate activity classes
of NKD 2007.

izračun indeksa cijena građevnog materijala prema kriteriju obuhvata ulaze
23 razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. i 250 reprezentativnih artikala
specificiranih građevnih materijala unutar
izabranih NIP 2009. proizvoda za građevnu uporabu.

In the producers' building material price index calculation
according to coverage criteria is included 23 activity classes of NKD 2007 and 250 representatives items of
specified building materials within selected NIP 2009 product for building
purposes.

Pri
izračunavanju indeksa cijena građevnog materijala koristi se ponderacijska
metoda u kojoj su ponderi izračunani iz strukture ukupne prodaje izabranih
proizvoda (udjelima pojedinih proizvoda) na domaćem tržištu iz rezultata
PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G). U 2010.
izračunana je nova struktura prema rezultatima PRODCOM
istraživanja za 2008.

This
index is calculated using the weighting method where the weights has been
defined on the basis of the structure of the total sales for the selected
products (the share of individual products) on domestic market, according to results of PRODCOM survey on industrial
production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G). In 2010, new structure was calculated according to results of PRODCOM survey for 2008.

ovom priopćenju indeksi cijena građevnog materijala pri
proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu za siječanj 2010. u odnosu na prosinac
2009., izračunani su na osnovi podataka prikupljenih Mjesečnim
istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima
(IND-3/KPS/M). i konzistentni su s prethodno objavljenim serijama indeksa
cijena građevnog
materijala koje su izračunane na temelju podataka prikupljenih
istraživanjem Cijene proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda (C-41) koje
se provodilo do kraja 2009.

Special notes to users
In this first release, producers' building material price index on domestic market for January 2010 were calculated on the
basis of data collected through the Monthly Survey on producers’ prices of
industrial products (IND-3/KPS/M form) for January 2010 as compared with
December 2009. The mentioned index is consistent with previously published producers' building material price indices on domestic market calculated on the basis of the Producers’
prices of industrial products survey (C-41 form) which has been carried out
till the end of 2009.

Mjesečno
istraživanje IND-3/KPS/M revidirano je radi usklađivanja s Uredbom za
kratkoročne statistike EU1) te početka
prikupljanja i izračunavanja indeksa proizvođačkih cijena i na nedomaćem
tržištu, s konačnim ciljem izračunavanja kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa
cijena outputa industrije radi zadovoljavanja zahtjeva EU.

Monthly Survey IND-3/KPS/M in 2010 is revised due to the
harmonization with Regulations on Short-term statistics within the EU1)
and the beginning of data collection of producers’ prices on non-domestic
market with overall aim of calculation the composite indicator – industrial
output price index to satisfy EU requirements.

i diseminacija spomenutih kratkoročnih pokazatelja – indeksa proizvođačkih
cijena na nedomaćem tržištu i kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa cijena
outputa planira se tijekom 2011.
|

Publishing and dissemination of the mentioned new short term indicators
- producers’ prices indices on non-domestic market as well as composite
indices – indices of output prices is scheduled for 2011.
