Cijene građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima u kolovozu 2010. u usporedbi s prosjekom 2005. više su za 19,3%, a u razdoblju od siječnja do kolovoza 2010. u usporedbi s prosjekom 2005. prosječno su više za 18,8%.

 

In August 2010, the producers’ prices of building material increased by 19.3% and, in the period from January to August 2010, by 18.8%, all as compared to the 2005 average.

Mjesečni i kumulativni indeksi proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala od 2006. do 2010. prikazani su u tablici 1., a godišnji lančani indeksi proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala od 1979. do 2009. prikazani su u tablici 2.

 

Monthly and cumulative producers’ building material price indices for the period from 2006 to 2010 are presented in table 1., while annual producers’ building material price chain indices for the period from 1979 to 2009 are presented in table 2.

 

 

 

Radi boljeg razumijevanja pri korištenju ovih indeksa na poleđini ovog priopćenja nalaze se metodološka objašnjenja o načinu izračunavanja indeksa cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima.

 

For a better understanding of the use of these indices, notes on methodology concerning the calculation of producers’ building material price indices are given at the back of this first release.

NOTES ON METHODOLOGY

 

 

 

 

 

Indeks cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima važan je kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu dinamiku promjena proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu. Prema konceptu EU-a taj pokazatelj može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije nego što dođu do potrošača.

 

Producers' building material index is an important short-term indicator of a business cycle that shows monthly changes in producers’ prices of construction material on domestic market. According to the EU concept, this indicator may indicate inflationary changes before it reaches a consumer.

 

 

 

 

 

Indeks cijena građevnog materijala ne predstavlja indeks cijena ukupnih građevinskih radova jer njime nisu obuhvaćene cijene opreme, mehanizacije, rada i drugi elementi iz strukture cijena građevinskih radova.

 

The building material price index does not represent the price index of the total construction works, because it does not include the prices of equipment, machinery, labour and other elements from the price structure of construction works.

 

 

 

 

 

Indeks cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu za 2010. izračunan je na osnovi podataka prikupljenih revidiranim Mjesečnim istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2010. U posebnoj napomeni korisnicima na kraju ovog priopćenja dana su dodatna objašnjenja.

 

The building material price index on domestic market for 2010 was calculated on the basis of data collected through the revised Monthly Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2010. Special notes to users at the end of this report provide additional information.

Indeks cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima formira se i određuje na temelju posebne liste proizvoda/artikala – reprezentanata iz okvira statističkog istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M, kojim se mjesečno prikupljaju cijene pri proizvođačima za industrijske proizvode i građevni materijal (kao podskup).

 

The producers' building material index is created and defined by the special representative list of products/items from the Monthly Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (IND-3/KPS/M form), which serves as a source for the monthly collection of data on producers' prices for both industrial products and building material (as a subset).

 

 

 

 

 

U 2010. izabrani su reprezentativni proizvodi/artikli za građevinsku namjenu (tj. građevni materijal) u odgovarajućim razredima djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. koji rezultiraju spomenutim proizvodima/artiklima. Lista reprezentanata sadržana je u selektirana 23 razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. koji su zastupljeni s 250 artikala za koje izvještajne jedinice mjesečno dostavljaju podatke o prodajnim cijenama proizvođača građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu, tj. u Republici Hrvatskoj. Stoga građevni materijali koji se ne proizvode u Republici Hrvatskoj ovdje nisu obuhvaćeni.

 

In 2010, representative products/items for construction purposes (that is, building material) were selected in the respective NKD 2007. activity classes that include the mentioned products/items. The list of representative products/items is included in the selected 23 activity classes of the NKD 2007. that are represented with 250 items for which reporting units monthly submit data on selling prices on the domestic market, that is,in the Republic of Croatia. Therefore, building materials manufactured outside the Republic of Croatia are not included.

Istraživanjem IND-3/KPS/M proizvođačke cijene izvještavaju se kao transakcijske cijene 15. dana u izvještajnome mjesecu.

 

Producers’ prices should be recorded as transaction prices in effect on the 15th day of the month indicated in the IND-3/KPS/M Survey.

 

 

 

 

 

Proizvođačke cijene jesu cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovitim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili cijene po kojima proizvođač vrši obračun drugim proizvođačima.

 

Producers’ prices are prices at which a producer sells the products to regular buyers at the domestic market in the largest quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory gate at the location of a producer or a price charged to another company by a producer.

Indeks proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala izračunava se kao skupni indeks na temelju selektiranih proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda za građevinsku uporabu (reprezentativna lista proizvoda/artikala), a definirani su NIP-om 2009. (NN, br. 6/10.) i odgovarajućim  razredima djelatnosti NKD-a 2007.

 

The producers' building material price index, as an aggregate index, is calculated on the basis of selected producers’ prices of industrial products for building purposes (representative list of products/items) defined by NIP 2009. (NN, No. 6/10) and appropriate activity classes of the NKD 2007.

 

 

 

 

 

U izračun indeksa cijena građevnog materijala prema kriteriju obuhvata ulaze 23 razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. i 250 reprezentativnih artikala specificiranih građevnih materijala unutar izabranih NIP 2009. proizvoda za građevnu uporabu.

 

The producers' building material price index calculation, according to the coverage criteria, includes 23 activity classes of the NKD 2007. and 250 representative items of specified building materials within the selected NIP 2009. products for building purposes.

 

 

 

 

 

Pri izračunavanju indeksa cijena građevnog materijala koristi se ponderacijska metoda u kojoj su ponderi izračunani iz strukture ukupne prodaje izabranih proizvoda (udjelima pojedinih proizvoda) na domaćem tržištu iz rezultata PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G). U 2010. izračunana je nova struktura prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja za 2008.

 

This index is calculated by using the weighting method in which the weights were calculated on the basis of the structure of the total sales of selected products (the share of individual products) on the domestic market, according to the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) results. In 2010, a new structure was calculated according to the PRODCOM Survey results for 2008.

U priopćenju indeksi cijena građevnog materijala pri proizvođačima na domaćem tržištu za 2010., u odnosu na prosinac 2009., izračunani su na osnovi podataka prikupljenih Mjesečnim istraživanjem o cijenama industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima (IND-3/KPS/M) i konzistentni su s prethodno objavljenim serijama indeksa cijena građevnog materijala koje su izračunane na temelju podataka prikupljenih istraživanjem Cijene proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda (C-41), koje se provodilo do kraja 2009.

 

In first releases in 2010, producers' building material price indices on the domestic market, as compared to December 2009, are calculated on the basis of data collected through the Monthly Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (IND-3/KPS/M form). The mentioned indices are consistent with previously published series of producers' building material price indices on the domestic market calculated on the basis of the Survey on Producers’ Prices of Industrial Products (C-41 form), which was carried out until the end of 2009.

 

 

 

 

 

Mjesečno istraživanje IND-3/KPS/M revidirano je radi usklađivanja s Uredbom za kratkoročne statistike EU-a1) te početka prikupljanja i izračunavanja indeksa proizvođačkih cijena i na nedomaćem tržištu s konačnim ciljem izračunavanja kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa cijena outputa industrije radi zadovoljavanja zahtjeva EU-a.

 

The monthly IND-3/KPS/M Survey in 2010 was revised for the harmonisation with the EU Regulation on Short-Term Statistics1) and the beginning of the data collection of producers’ prices on the non-domestic market as well, which is aimed at calculating the composite indicator – industrial output price index, in order to meet the EU requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

Objavljivanje i diseminacija spomenutih kratkoročnih pokazatelja – indeksa proizvođačkih cijena na nedomaćem tržištu i kompozitnog pokazatelja – indeksa cijena outputa planira se tijekom 2011.

 

Publishing and dissemination of the mentioned short-term indicators (producers’ price indices on the non-domestic market and composite indicator), that is, output price indices, is scheduled for 2011.
