Rezultati
|
|
The
Survey results showed that households in the Republic of Croatia were still
relatively poorly equipped with the ICT. An increase of 5% was spotted in
having a personal computer. Also, there was a 7% increase in having
internet access, as compared to the previous year.
|

|
U
|
|
As
compared to the last year, an increase of 5% was spotted in the broadband
access to the internet. At the same time, there was a decrease in the
number of households using a dial-up access, from 12% to 7%. The share of
households using the cable internet significantly increased, from 5% to 21%,
as compared to the previous year.
|

|
|
|
The
Survey showed that the high price of service is still an important reason
for not having the broadband internet access. As compared to the previous
year, a number of households with no need for the internet access doubled,
from 27% to 54%.
|

|
Nisu
primijećeni znatniji pomaci u dobnoj strukturi korisnika računala u odnosu
na prethodnu godinu. Najmlađa populacija još uvijek prednjači u uporabi
računala, a broj korisnika pada proporcionalno njihovoj dobi.
broja korisnika u svim dobnim kategorijama.
|
|
As
compared to the last year, there were no noticeable changes in the age
structure of computer users. The youngest population still maintained lead
in the computer usage and the number of users were decreasing
proportionally with age. A similar trend was noticed in the structure by
employment status, where pupils and students, as the youngest group, were
the most frequent computer users. An increase of users was noticed among
all age groups.
|

|
Kao i u
prethodnom poglavlju, primijećen je značajan porast korisnika interneta u
svim dobnijim kategorijama osim među umirovljenicima najstarije dobi.
Porastao je i broj korisnika interneta u studentskoj populaciji, te i u
populaciji zaposlenih osoba.
|
|
As
shown in the previous chapter, there was a noticeable increase in the
internet users among all age groups except the pensioners in the eldest age
group. There was an increase of internet users in student population as
well as in employed persons population.
|

|
Usporede
Relativno nizak udio uporabe usluga
e-bankarstva i e-uprave pokazuje nam da online uporaba tih usluga nije još
značajna.
|
|
The
comparison of the results with the last year data shows that individuals
used the internet mostly for obtaining information on goods and services
(80%), for sending electronic mail (73%) and for reading daily news and
magazines (70%). There was a considerable decrease in the internet usage
for educational purposes and for seeking of health-related information (a
decrease of 10%). A relatively low share of the usage of e-banking and
e-government services shows that the usage of on-line services was still
not widespread.
|

|
Rezultati
istraživanja pokazuju da trgovina putem interneta još nije zastupljena u
dovoljnoj mjeri.
|
|
The
Survey results showed that commerce via the internet was not represented as
much as it should had been; only 14% of individuals purchased goods and
services via the internet, but there was an increase of 4% though. Buyers'
habits were very similar to those recorded in the previous year: books,
magazines and educational material, together with clothes and sports
equipment were still favoured.

|
|
|
|
Ponderacijom
|
|
Weighting
helps in the calculation of an unbiased estimate and in achieving of the
representativeness of the sample for the whole population. The Survey data
refer to persons and households and therefore two weights were calculated:

RIM
weighting metoda (iterative proportional fitting – IPF)
obrazovanja.
|

The RIM weighting procedure (iterative proportional
fitting – IPF) was used for the grossing-up of individuals. Variables used
for the grossing-up were the following: county, settlement size, sex, age
and education level.
|
|
|
|
|
|
RIM
veličinu naselja i broj članova kućanstva.
|
|
The Rim-weighting procedure was used for the
grossing-up of households as well. The extrapolation weight was calculated
for each household that participated in the Survey and the calculation
method included a county, settlement size and the number of household
members.

Dlanovnik
ili PDA
(Personal Digital Assistant) je računalo s ekranom, obično u
boji, osjetljivim na dodir. Ekran osjetljiv na dodir ili virtualna
tipkovnica upotrebljavaju se za unos podataka. Upotrebljava memorijsku

prijenos podataka dostupan preko standardnih bakrenih telefonskih žica i
uključuje: ADSL, SDSL, HDSL, RADSL, VDSL, DSL-Lite i sl. DSL linija omogućava prijenos podataka i glasa.

kvartile. Kućanstva s najmanjim dohotkom uključena su u prvi kvartil, a
kućanstva s najvećim dohotkom uključena su u četvrti kvartil.

Monthly net income per household is calculated
from the total monthly net income of the household: wages/salaries,
pensions, income from activity, property, farming, unemployment benefits,
scholarships, child benefit, etc. Depending on the amount of the
household's income, the households are divided into quartiles. Households
with the lowest incomes are included in the first quartile and households
with the highest incomes are included in the fourth quartile.
