U prvom tromjesečju 2010. građevinska poduzeća s 20 i više zaposlenih završila su 1 190 stanova, što je za 49,6% manje nego u istom razdoblju 2009.

 

in the first quarter of 2010, construction companies employing 20 or more persons completed 1 190 dwellings, which was by 49.6% less than in the same period of 2009.

 

 

 

Potkraj ožujka 2010. ista poduzeća imala su 5 751 stan u gradnji (nezavršenih stanova), što je za 44,7% manje nego u istom razdoblju 2009.

 

At the end of March 2010, these companies were working on 5 751 dwellings (uncompleted dwellings), which was by 44.7% less than in the same period of 2009.

U ovom priopćenju iskazani su podaci prikupljeni izvještajnom metodom s pomoću obrazaca Mjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva (GRAĐ-21/M) i Tromjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva (GRAĐ-21/3M).

 

Data on construction presented in this publication are collected through reporting methods by using the Monthly Report on Construction (GRAĐ-21/M form) and the Quarterly Report on Construction (GRAĐ-21/3M form).

Mjesečni i Tromjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva prikuplja se za pravne osobe ili njihove dijelove s 20 i više zaposlenika koje su u Registru poslovnih subjekata prema NKD-u 2007. razvrstane u područje F Građevinarstvo. Prosječno se u godini obuhvaća oko 900 izvještajnih jedinica.

 

The Monthly and the Quarterly Report on Construction are collected from legal entities and parts thereof employing 20 or more persons  classified in the Register of Legal Entities, according to the NKD 2007. into section F Construction. About 900 reporting units are included in the average annual dynamics.

 

 

 

Podaci se odnose na građevinske radove (na novim građevinama, rekonstrukcijama, popravcima i održavanju postojećih građevina) izvršene na području Republike Hrvatske.

 

Data refer to all construction works (new constructions and reconstructions, maintenance and repair works on existing constructions) done on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

 

 

 

Obuhvat građevinske djelatnosti je u skladu s područjem F Građevinarstvo u NKD-u 2007. (NN, br. 58/07.). Razvrstavanje građevina i radova izvršeno je prema  Klasifikaciji vrsta građevina (NN, br. 11/98.). Obje navedene klasifikacije usklađene su s odgovarajućim klasifikacijama koje propisuje Statistički ured Europske unije (NACE rev. 2; Classifications of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).

 

The coverage of construction activities is harmonised with section F Construction in the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07). Constructions and works are classified according to the Classifications of Types of Constructions − KVG (NN, No. 11/98). Both classifications are harmonised with appropriate classifications prescribed by Eurostat (NACE rev. 2; Classifications of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).

Vrijednost izvršenih građevinskih radova dana je u tekućim cijenama i uključuje sve izvršene radove bez obzira na to jesu li naplaćeni ili nisu.

 

Value of construction works are presented in current prices and includes work actually done during the reporting period, irrespective of whether they are paid for or not.

 

 

 

Vrijednost izvršenih radova uključuje vrijednost rada, ugrađenog materijala i gotovih proizvoda za ugradnju, goriva i električne energije, troškove građevinskih strojeva i opreme te druge troškove u vezi s izvođenjem radova.

 

Value of construction works done includes the value of work, building material, complete units and structures, propulsion material and electricity, expenses of construction machinery and equipment and other expenses relating to the work.

 

 

 

U vrijednost izvršenih radova ne uključuju se troškovi kupnje zemljišta, projektiranja, premjeravanja zemljišta i nadzora te porez na dodanu vrijednost.

 

Value of construction works done excludes value added tax, purchase costs of the land, project costs, surveying of land and supervising of services.

 

 

 

Vrijednost novih narudžaba jest ukupna vrijednost ugovora sklopljenih u izvještajnome mjesecu s naručiteljima radova. Smatra se da je narudžba nastala na dan kada je potpisan ugovor između naručitelja i izvođača radova.

 

The value of new orders is the total value of contracts made in a reference month with ordering parties. An order is considered to be made on the day when a contract is signed between the ordering party and the contractor.

 

 

 

U nove narudžbe uključuje se i gradnja za vlastite potrebe i za tržište (npr. poslovnog prostora i stanova). Kod gradnje za vlastite potrebe i tržište smatra se da je narudžba nastala na dan kada su počeli radovi, a uključuje se predviđena vrijednost radova.

 

New orders also include works done by constructor on own account and for sale (business premises and dwellings). Referring to constructions on own account and for sale, it is assumed that an “order” is placed on the day when works have actually started and that presumed value of works is included.

 

 

 

Broj i površinu završenih stanova te podatke o broju nezavršenih stanova iskazuju samo glavni izvođači radova koji imaju izravan ugovor s investitorom (ili grade za vlastite potrebe, tržište i slično).

 

Data on the number and on the useful floor area of completed dwellings as well as the number of uncompleted dwellings are collected only from the main contractors who have a direct contract with investors (or build for own account, sale etc.).

 

 

 

U broj (završenih ili nezavršenih) stanova uključeni su samo novi stanovi, dakle stanovi u potpuno novim zgradama te dograđeni ili nadograđeni stanovi na postojećim zgradama ako su sagrađeni kao potpuno nove stambene jedinice.

 

The number of (completed or uncompleted) dwellings include only newly built dwellings, that is, dwellings in new buildings as well as extended or additional dwellings on existing buildings, if built as new housing units.

 

 

 

Stanovi u obnovi zbog ratnih šteta  obuhvaćeni su samo ako su ponovno sagrađeni od temelja bilo da su prije toga potpuno porušeni bilo da su ostala djelomično sačuvana pročelja zgrade. To su, npr. zgrade, odnosno stanovi čija su oštećenja ocijenjena stupnjem 5 ili 6.

 

Dwellings under reconstruction due to war damages are presented as new dwellings only in the case if built from the fundamentals, irrespective of whether they had previously been destroyed or with a partially conserved facade. These are, for example, buildings, or dwellings, with the type of damage graded 5 or 6.

 

 

 

Podaci o završenim stanovima odnose se na stanove završene u izvještajnom tromjesečju bez obzira na to kada su započeti. Za nezavršene stanove stanje se daje na kraju izvještajnog razdoblja.

 

Data on completed dwellings refer to all dwellings completed in the course of the reference period, irrespective of when the works on them had been started. The situation of uncompleted dwellings is reported at the end of the reference period.
