građenje (GRAĐ-44a).

on the Monthly Report on Building Permits Issued (GRAĐ-44a form).

Mjesečni izvještaj o izdanim odobrenjima za građenje prikuplja se od
nadležnih upravnih tijela županija, velikih gradova i gradova sjedišta
županija, Grada Zagreba te Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, prostornog
uređenja i graditeljstva, koja izdaju akte kojima se na temelju Zakona o
prostornom uređenju i gradnji (NN, br. 76/07.) odobrava građenje
(građevinske dozvole, potvrde glavnog projekta i rješenja o uvjetima
građenja).

The monthly Report on Building Permits
Issued is collected from the services in county state administration
offices, administrative bodies of big towns and county seats, the City of
Zagreb and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and
Construction, which issue documents, specified in the Construction and Urban
Planning Act (NN, No. 76/07), by which the construction is approved (building
permits, approval of the main project and settlement of construction
conditions).

Podaci o vrstama građevina i radova razvrstani su prema Nacionalnoj
klasifikaciji vrsta građevina – NKVG (Metodološke upute, br. 41, ISBN
953-6667-33-9, DZS, 2002.). Ta klasifikacija usklađena je s klasifikacijom
koju propisuje Statistički ured Europske unije (Classification of Types
of Constructions – CC, final version).

Data on types of constructions and works are classified according to
the National Classification of Types of Constructions – NKVG
(Methodologies No. 41, ISBN 953-6667-33-9, CBS, 2002). This Classification
is harmonised with the classification prescribed by the Statistical Office
of the European Communities (Classification of Types of Constructions
− CC, final version).

Građevine su objekti povezani s tlom, nastali izvođenjem
građevinskih radova, a načinjene su od građevinskog materijala i gotovih
proizvoda za ugradnju.

Constructions are structures connected with
the ground, for which construction works are carried out and which are made
of construction materials and ready-made components.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Zgrade su stalne građevine koje imaju krovište i vanjske zidove. Sagrađene
su kao samostalne uporabne cjeline koje pružaju zaštitu od vremenskih i
drugih vanjskih utjecaja, namijenjene su stanovanju, obavljanju neke djelatnosti
ili smještaju i čuvanju životinja, robe, opreme za različite proizvodne i
uslužne djelatnosti itd.

Buildings are permanent constructions
covered with roof and closed with outer walls. They are built as separate
useful units that protect from weather and other external conditions,
intended for dwelling, for performing a certain activity or for placing and
up-keeping of animals, goods, equipment used in various industrial
activities and services, etc.

U ovom istraživanju zgradama se smatraju i građevine koje imaju
krov, ali nemaju (sve) zidove, npr. nadstrešnice te građevine koje su
pretežno ili potpuno smještene ispod površine zemlje, npr. skloništa,
podzemne garaže, prodavaonice i drugi poslovni prostori u pothodnicima i
slično.

In this survey, buildings
are also constructions covered with roof but without (some of the) walls,
that is, porches and underground constructions, for example, underground
shelters, underground garages, underground shopping centres and other
business spaces (e.g. in subways) etc.

|
Stambene zgrade jesu građevine u kojima je 50% ili više ukupne korisne podne
površine zgrade namijenjeno stambenim svrhama.

|
Residential buildings
are constructions in which 50% or more of the useful floor area is intended
for dwelling purposes.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Nestambene zgrade jesu građevine koje nemaju stambene površine ili je
manje od 50% ukupne korisne podne površine zgrade namijenjeno stambenim
svrhama.
|
|
Non-residential buildings are constructions
without dwelling area, in which less than 50% of the overall useful floor
area is used for dwelling purposes.

|
|
|
|

svih etaža u zgradi koje su obuhvaćene vanjskim zidovima.

Floor area of buildings is a sum total of
area of all floors of the building placed inside the outer walls.

podna površina stana mjerena unutar zidova stana.

Useful floor area of a dwelling is a floor area of
the dwelling, measured inside the walls of the dwelling.

Volume of building is the sum total of volumes of
all roofed-over spaces of the building, including outer walls.

cjevovodi, mostovi, brane, sportski tereni itd.

Civil engineering works
are all constructions not classified under buildings, for example roads,
railways, pipelines, bridges, dams, constructions intended for sports and
recreation, etc.

|
Novogradnja je gradnja nove građevine na mjestu na kojem prije nije
bilo nikakve građevine ili je postojala, ali je uklonjena.

|
New constructions are newly built structure built
on a location where no structure existed or on a location previously
cleared by demolition.
|
|
|
|
|
|
rekonstrukcije su građevinski radovi
kojima se utječe na bitna svojstva postojećih građevina, npr. dogradnja i
nadogradnja, prenamjena i drugi radovi kojima se bitno poboljšava uporabna
vrijednost građevine (npr. kapacitet, kakvoća, funkcija) i/ili kojima se
produžuje ili barem obnavlja njezino trajanje.

Reconstructions are construction works that
affect main characteristics of already existing constructions, for example,
additions and extensions, conversions and other works, which may
significantly improve the occupancy value of a construction (for example
capacity, quality, function) and/or prolong or at least restore its
duration.

|
|
|
|
|
Vrijednost radova određuje se prema troškovniku koji prilaže investitor.
Koristi se za izračunavanje pristojbe za izdavanje odobrenja za građenje.
|
|
Value of works is defined according to the bill
of costs submitted by an investor, which is used for defining a tax paid
for issuing of building permit.
