Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva u četvrtom tromjesečju 2011. iznosila je 2 823 130
829 kuna, od čega je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih
subjekata iznosila 1 784 113 652 kune ili 63,2%, dok je
vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 1 039 017 177 kuna
ili 36,8%.

In the fourth quarter of 2011, the total
purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products amounted
to 2 823 130 829 kuna, out of
which the sale from own production of business entities and parts thereof
was 1 784 113 652 kuna (63.2%)
and the purchase from private family farms was 1 039 017 177 kuna (36.8%).

U četvrtom
tromjesečju 2011. u odnosu na isto tromjesečje prethodne godine vrijednost
otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva porasla je
za 6,0%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje porasla za 22,4%, a vrijednost
otkupa pala je za 13,7%.

In the fourth
quarter of 2011, as compared to the same quarter of 2010, the total sale
and purchase value of agricultural, forestry and fishing products increased by 6.0%, out of which the sale value increased by
22.4%, while the purchase value decreased by 13.7%.

|
U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u četvrtom tromjesečju 2011. žitarice
sudjeluju s 15,7%, sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 13,2%, grubo obrađeno drvo s
12,7%, svinje, žive, s 10,3%, goveda, živa, s 8,3%, šećerna repa i sjemenje
šećerne repe sa 7,9%, uljano sjemenje i plodovi sa 7,1%, perad, živa, s
4,4%, ostalo voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo voće s 4,4%, vino s 3,6%,
neprerađeni duhan s 2,7%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene, s 2,7%, kokošja jaja s
2,5%, grožđe s 1,5%, ostalo povrće, svježe, s 1,1%, a ostali proizvodi s
1,9%.

In the fourth
quarter of 2011, concerning the structure of the total purchase and sale
value of agricultural, forestry
and fishing products, cereals
contributed with 15.7%, raw cows' milk with 13.2%, wood in the rough with
12.7%, pigs, live, with 10.3%, cattle, live, with 8.3%, sugar beets and sugar beets seeds with
7.9%,
oil seeds with 7.1%, poultry, live, with 4.4%, other fruits, nuts and
similar stone-fruits with 4.4%, wine with 3.6%, unmanufactured tobacco with
2.7%, fish, fresh or chilled, with 2.7%, hens’ eggs with 2.5%, grapes with 1.5%, other

Prodaja
i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva prate se mjesečno na
obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.

Sale
and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are collected
on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te
obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim
skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i
ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti
prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting
units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms),
are legal entities and parts thereof classified into section A Agriculture,
forestry and fishing (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related
service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged
in processing and purchasing of agricultural, forestry and fishing
products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.

Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s
Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU
Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

Regarding its contents, the
questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural
Price Statistics, 2008.

form explores the sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from
own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.

|
Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase of agricultural, forestry and
fishing products from family farms with the aim of a further sale or
processing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o
prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva
i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne čine
ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average
producers’ prices of agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should
be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not
represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
