Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva u 2011. iznosila je 9 390 994 937 kuna, od čega je vrijednost
prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila 5 877 459 431 kunu ili 62,6%,
dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava
iznosila 5 877 459 431 kuna ili 37,4%.

In 2011, the total purchase and sale of
agricultural, forestry and fishing products amounted to 9 390 994 937 kuna, out of which the sale from own production of
business entities was 5 877 459 431 kuna (62.6%) and
the purchase from private family farms was 5 877 459 431 kuna (37.4%).

U 2011.
u odnosu na 2010. vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva povećana je za 18,5%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje
povećana za 23,2%, a vrijednost otkupa za 11,4%.

In 2011, as
compared to 2010, the total sale and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products increased by 18.5%, out of which the
sale increased by 23.2%, while the purchase by 11.4%.

|
U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u 2011. žitarice sudjeluju sa 16,3%,
grubo obrađeno drvo s 15,6%, sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 15,2%, svinje, žive,
s 10,1%, goveda, živa, s 9,1%, uljano
sjemenje i plodovi sa 7,3%, perad, živa, s 5,5%, vino s 4,4%, ribe, svježe
ili ohlađene, s 3,3%, šećerna repa i sjemenje šećerne repe s 2,5%, kokošja
jaja s 2,4%, svježe povrće s 2,1%, ostalo voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo
voće s 2,1%, neprerađeni duhan s 1,1%, a ostali proizvodi s 3,0%.

In 2011, in the structure of the total
purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products, cereals
contributed with 16.3%, wood in the rough with 15.6%, raw cows' milk with
15.2%, pigs, live, with 10.1%, cattle, live, with 9.1%, oil seeds and
fruits with 7.3%, poultry, live, with 5.5%, wine with 4.4%, fish, fresh or
chilled, with 3.3%, sugar beets and sugar beets seeds with 2.5%, hens' eggs
with 2.4%, fresh vegetables with 2.1%, other fruits, nuts and similar
stone-fruits with 2.1%, unmanufactured tobacco with 1.1% and other products
with 3.0%.

obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.

Sale
and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are collected
on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|

|
|
|
|
Izvještajne
jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu
proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu
pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici razvrstani u područje A
Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i
uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji
proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te
su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting
units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms),
are legal entities and parts thereof classified into section A Agriculture,
forestry and fishing (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related
service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged
in processing and purchasing of agricultural, forestry and fishing
products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.

PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od
obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase
of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from family farms with the
aim of a further sale or processing.
|

|
|
Svrha istraživanja jest
prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog
obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju
Republike Hrvatske.

purpose of surveys is collecting data on average producers’ prices of
agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should be noted that, due
to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not represent the total
purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
