U procesu prilagodbe statistici Europske
unije u 2009., Državni zavod za statistiku proveo je prvi put bazno
istraživanje o strukturi vinograda. U EU bazna istraživanja o strukturi
vinograda provode se svakih 10 godina, a počela su se provoditi u 1979. i
obvezna su za sve države članice koje imaju 500 ili više hektara vinograda
pod uvjetom da je proizvodnja uglavnom namijenjena tržištu. S obzirom na to
da su godišnjim statistikama obuhvaćene sve proizvodne površine, ukupna je
istraživana površina manja od ukupne površine vinograda registrirane u
redovitim godišnjim statistikama. Navedeno istraživanje metodološki je
usklađeno s propisima EU-a. U ovom
priopćenju objavljuju se konačni podaci, vezani uz strukturu vinograda:
neto površine vinograda, površine po sortama vinove loze te površine prema
starosti vinove loze.

As a part of the process of
harmonisation with the EU statistics, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics
conducted in 2009 a basic survey on the structure of vineyards. In the
European Union, such a basic survey on the structure of vineyards is
conducted every ten years. They have been conducted since 1979 and are
compulsory for all Member States that have 500 or more hectares of
vineyards, provided that the production is mainly intended for the market. Since
the annual statistics include all production areas, the overall survey area
is smaller than the overall area of vineyards registered in the regular
annual statistics. The survey is methodologically in line with the EU
legislation. This release presents final
data related to the structure of the vineyards, net area by varieties of
vines and density and age classes.

Prema rezultatima istraživanja, u
strukturi vinograda najviše je sorti vinove loze pod graševinom (22,3%),
plavcem malim (8,1%) te malvazijom istarskom (7,4%), dok ostale sorte
vinove loze zauzimaju 62,2% površine.

In the structure of vineyards, the
most varieties of vines are cultivated by Graševina (22.3%), Plavac (8.1%)
and Istrian Malvasia (7.4%), while other varieties occupy 62,2% of the area
under vineyards.

|
Baznim
istraživanjem o strukturi vinograda (PO-VINO) prikupljaju se podaci o
površini vinograda, sortama vinove loze te starosti vinograda. Ti podaci
prikupljeni su posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte i
njihove dijelove prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju
Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

Data on
areas of vineyards, vine varieties and age classes of vineyards are
collected by the Basic Survey on Vineyard Structure (PO-VINO form). These
data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and
for private family farms. Data concerning business entities and parts
thereof are collected by using the reporting method and the reports are
delivered by mail to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.

Podaci
za poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su uz pomoć anketara metodom
intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna
gospodarstva izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava. Osnovni skup obuhvaća gospodarstva koja se koriste
vinogradom od 0,10 ha i većim pod uvjetom da je proizvodnja uglavnom
namijenjena tržištu.

Data for private family farms are collected by using
the interview method applied to a selected stratified sample. The sample
for private family farms was selected from the Statistical Register of
Agricultural Holdings. The sampling frame comprises agricultural holdings
with 0.10 and more hectares of utilised area of vineyards, provided that
the production is mainly intended for the market.

Na
veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu
Republike Hrvatske za 2009. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po
regijama. U uzorak je odabrano 5 001 poljoprivredno gospodarstvo s time da
su gospodarstva koja koriste više od 1,0 ha vinograda obuhvaćena u cijelosti (2 121 gospodarstvo). Dio podataka za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva
preuzet je iz Upisnika proizvođača grožđa i vina.

The
sample size was conditioned by the financial means allocated from the 2009
State Budget of the Republic of Croatia and the share of agricultural farms
by statistical regions. The sample consisted of 5 001 agricultural
holdings, providing that they use more than 1.0 hectares of vineyards covered in full (2 121 holdings). A part of data for private family farms
was taken over from the Register of Producers of Grape and Wine.

Svi ekspandirani
podaci uspoređeni su s podacima iz prijašnjih godina, podacima Popisa
poljoprivrede 2003. te raspoloživim administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava pri Agenciji za plaćanja u poljoprivredi,
ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju te drugi). Na temelju svih raspoloživih
podataka prema potrebi su napravljene korekcije.

All
expanded data were compared to data from previous years, the 2003
Agricultural Census data and available administrative sources (the Register
of Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On
the basis of all available data, corrections were done when necessary.

2007. Obuhvat je selektivan. Podaci se prikupljaju izvještajima koji se
poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to the NKD 2007. The coverage
is selective. Data are collected on reports that are submitted by mail to
the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.

Vinogradi su zemljišta zasađena vinovom
lozom namijenjena proizvodnji vina koja pripadaju vrsti Vitis vinifera.
Vinogradi mogu biti zasađeni s jednom ili više sorti (Vitis vinifera).
Baznim istraživanjem o strukturi vinograda obuhvaćene su površine vinograda
od 0,10 ha i veći, odnosno oni vinogradi čija je proizvodnja pretežno
namijenjena prodaji. U pravilu su to vinogradi uređeni tako da imaju
određeni razmak između trsova i razmaka u redu te se u njima može vršiti
mehanizirana obrada.

Vineyards are
areas planted with vines intended for production of wine belonging to the
species Vitis vinifera. A vineyard can be planted with one or more vine
varieties (Vitis vinifera). The basic Survey on the Structure of Vineyards
covers the area of 0.10 hectares of vineyards and larger, that is,
vineyards whose production is mainly intended for sale. As a rule, it
refers to vineyards cultivated with a certain distance between vines and
space in a row and can provide a mechanised processing.

Sorta
vinove loze za proizvodnju vina jest sorta vinove loze priznatih
kultivara namijenjenih proizvodnji vina, a proizvode se od sorti koje
pripadaju vrsti Vitis vinifera ili križancima Vitis vinifera s drugim
vrstama roda Vitis. Vina se razvrstavaju u kategorije kvalitete ovisno o
kvaliteti prerađenoga grožđa, prirodu po hektaru, stupnju zrelosti grožđa,
prerade i njege, randmanu, količini prirodnog alkohola i drugih sastojaka
te organoleptičkim (senzornim) svojstvima.

Varieties
of vine intended for production of wine are varieties of
vines registered as varieties for production of wine; vines belong to the
species Vitis vinifera. Wines are classified in quality categories in
respect to the quality of the processed grape, yield per hectare, ripening
level of grape, processing and enological care, yield of wine per quantity
of grape, quantity of alcohol and other ingredients as well as other
organoleptic (sensory) characteristics.

sorte vinove loze koriste se za konzumiranje u svježem
stanju ili su prerađene sušenjem, konzerviranjem, kandiranjem i slično.
Stolno grožđe namijenjeno je ljudskoj prehrani i nije namijenjeno

Table
grape vines are used for production of grape used as
fresh or used dried, conserved, candied or other. Table grapes are intended
for human consumption and not for wine production.

Površina
za proizvodnju reprodukcijskog materijala obuhvaća površinu
pod rasadnicima, matičnim nasadima loznih podloga i ukorijenjenim reznicama
za daljnje cijepljenje.

for the production of vegetative propagation material for vines covers
area under nursery, parent wine for root stock and planted root stock for
grafting.

Neto površina vinograda
jest umnožak broja trsova i razmaka sadnje vinove loze, a predstavlja
površinu namijenjenu proizvodnji grožđa bez zona za okretanje strojeva,
putove, kanale i drugo.

Net
area of vineyard is calculated on the bases of the number
of vines and the distance between vines. It is related to the area where
vines are growing, excluding parts for turning the machines, paths and
other.
