U
odnosu na konačne podatke za 2009., prirast goveda u 2010. smanjen je za
6%, prirast svinja za 9%, dok je prirast ovaca povećan za 14%. Prirast
koza smanjen je za 2% kao i prirast peradi, koji je u odnosu na prošlu
godinu smanjen za 8%.

In 2010, as compared to the 2009 final
data, the increase of cattle was by 6% of pigs by 9%, of goats by 2% and of
poultry by 8% lower, while the increase of sheep was by 14% higher.

Proizvodnja
kravljeg mlijeka u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine smanjena je za
4%, kao i proizvodnja ovčjeg i kozjeg mlijeka, koja je smanjena za 13%
odnosno 24%. Isto tako ukupna proizvodnja mlijeka, zbirno za sve kategorije
stoke, u odnosu na prethodnu godinu smanjena je za 4%.

As compared to the same period last
year, the production of cows' milk decreased by 4%,of sheep's milk by 13%
and of goats’ milk by 24%. The decrease of 4% was also recorded in the
total production of milk, in all categories of livestock.

Proizvodnja
vune povećana je za 29%, dok je proizvodnja jaja smanjena za 13% kao i
proizvodnja meda, koja je u odnosu na prošlu godinu smanjena za 27%.

The production of wool increased by 29%,
while the production of eggs decreased by 13% and of honey by 27%, as
compared to the last year.

Podaci o broju stoke i peradi te stočnoj proizvodnji
prikupljeni su posebno za poslovne subjekte i
dijelove poslovnih subjekata, a posebno za
obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

Data on the number of
livestock and poultry as well as on the livestock production are collected
separately for legal entities and parts thereof and for private family
farms.
|

Tim
izvještajima prikupljaju se podaci o broju i težini stoke i peradi, bilanci goveda, svinja, ovaca, koza i peradi,
bilanci jaja, bilanci mlijeka na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima, proizvodnji mlijeka (kravljega, ovčjega i kozjega),
vune i jaja.

Data collected on
these farms include data on the number and weight of livestock and poultry,
balance of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry, balance of eggs, balance
of milk on private family farms, milk production (cows’, sheep’s and
goats’), wool and eggs.

Podaci
za poslovne subjekte prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju
Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

Data for business
entities are collected on reports, which are then submitted to the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics by postal service.

|
Podaci
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću anketara
metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Novi uzorak izabran
je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava kao baze, a ima
oko 8 000 jedinica.

Data for private
family farms are collected by using the interview method applied to a
selected stratified sample. The new sample has been selected on the basis
of the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings and numbers 8 000
units.

|
Elementi
za obračun stočne proizvodnje dobivaju se iz istraživanja (obrazac PO-51)
jer upitnici sadrže pitanja o težini stoke i peradi te o proizvodnji
mlijeka, jaja i vune.

Elements
used in the calculation of the livestock production are obtained through
surveys (PO-51 form), because they contain questions on the weight of the
livestock and poultry as well as on the production of milk, eggs and wool.

Podaci
o uvozu i izvozu stoke preuzimaju se od Odjela statistike robne razmjene s
inozemstvom.
|
|
Data on export and
import of livestock are taken over from the External Trade in Goods Statistics
Department.

o proizvodnji meda preuzimaju se iz administrativnih izvora (Hrvatska
poljoprivredna agencija – konvencionalna proizvodnja, Ministarstvo
poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – ekološka proizvodnja).

of honey are taken over from the administrative sources (the Croatian
Agricultural Agency – conventional production, the Ministry of Agriculture,
Fisheries and Rural Development – ecological production).

jedinice za poslovne subjekte razvrstane su prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji
djelatnosti 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) u područje A Poljoprivreda,
šumarstvo i ribarstvo, razrede 01.41 – 01.42, 01.45 – 01.47 i 01.50.
Izvještaj podnose i jedinice razvrstane u druge djelatnosti koje se bave
uzgojem stoke i peradi.

Reporting units for
business entities are classified according to the 2007 version of the
National Classification of Activities (NN, Nos. 58/07 and 72/07) in section
A Agriculture, forestry and fishing, classes 01.41 – 01.42, 01.45 – 01.47
and 01.50. Units classified in other activities also submit reports if they
are engaged in the production of livestock and poultry.

Obuhvat
za poslovne subjekte je selektivan (10 i više zaposlenih), a izvještajne
jedinice preuzete su iz Registra poslovnih subjekata (RPS) i Statističkog
registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

Coverage for business
entities is selective (10 and more persons employed) and reporting units
are taken over from the Register of Business Entities and the Statistical
Register of Agricultural Holdings.

|
Izvještajne
jedinice su i obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja se bave uzgojem
stoke i peradi. Uzorak za Godišnji izvještaj o stočarstvu 1. prosinca 2010.
izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

Prirast goveda, ovaca, koza, svinja i peradi izračunan je
tako da se razlika težine izvoza i uvoza pribroji težini zaklane stoke i
razlici težine stada na kraju i početku promatranog razdoblja.

Increase of
cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and poultry is calculated by adding the
difference in the weight of export and import to the weight of the
slaughtered livestock and the difference of the weight of the herd at the
end and at the beginning of a reference period.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Mlijeko. Iskazana je proizvodnja kravljeg, ovčjeg i kozjeg
mlijeka kod pravnih osoba te na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima.
Iskazano je ukupno pomuženo mlijeko u promatranom razdoblju bez obzira na
način mužnje.

Milk. The
production of cows’, sheep’s and goats’ milk in legal entities as well as
on private family farms is presented. The total milked quantity in a
reference period is presented, irrespective of the way of milking.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ostrižena vuna. Iskazuju se količine ostrižene (ošišane)
vune s odraslih ovaca i šilježadi (runska vuna i podstrig), i to kao
neprana vuna.
|
|
Trimmed
wool. The quantities of trimmed (clipped) wool from the
grown up and young sheep (matted wool and cropped wool) are reported as the
raw wool.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja jaja. Iskazuju se podaci o ukupnom broju
snesenih jaja svih rasa kokoši (jaja za nasad i konzumna jaja za
potrošnju/ishranu stanovništva).

|
Production
of eggs. Data for the total number of laid eggs
by all categories of hens (eggs for setting and eggs for human consumption)
are reported.

|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja
meda. Iskazuju
se zbirni podaci konvencionalne proizvodnje meda obuhvaćene sustavom otkupa
i količina ekološki proizvedenog meda evidentirana zapisnicima o izvršenome
stručnom nadzoru u ekološkoj poljoprivredi.

Honey
production. Joint data on conventional production of
honey included in the purchase system and on quantities of ecologically
produced honey recorded in minutes on expert supervision in ecological
agriculture are reported.
