Prema
konačnim podacima stočne proizvodnje, u 2010. u odnosu na 2009. prirast
goveda smanjen je za 5,7%. Broj ukupno oteljene teladi manji je za 3,1% kao
i broj ukupno zaklanih goveda (za 5,2%). Ukupan broj uvezenih goveda
povećan je za 1,0%, dok se za ukupan izvoz bilježi značajnije povećanje (za
108,9%). Gubici goveda također bilježe povećanje (za 15,5%). Proizvodnja
kravljeg mlijeka smanjena je za 3,7% u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle
godine.

In
2010, as compared to 2009, the increase of cattle was by 5.7% lower. The
total number of calves brought forth decreased by 3.1% and the total number
of slaughtered cattle by 5.2%. The total number of imported cattle
increased by 1.0% and the total export by as much as 108.9%. Cattle losses
also increased (by 15.5%). A decrease of 3.7% was recorded in the
production of cows’ milk, as compared to the same period of the previous
year.

svinja u 2010. manji je za 9,4% u odnosu na prošlu godinu. Broj ukupno
oprašenih odojaka manji je za 11,8%, dok je ukupan broj zaklanih svinja
manji za 5,7%. Uvoz svinja svih kategorija smanjen je za 4,6%, dok je
ukupan izvoz povećan za 72,8%. Gubici svinja bilježe povećanje (za 7,4%).

The pig
increase in 2010 was by 9.4% lower compared to the last year. The total
number of piglets brought forth decreased by 11.8% and the total number of
slaughtered pigs by 5.7%. The import of pigs of all categories decreased by
4.6%, while the total export increased by 72.8%. Pig losses increased by
7.4%.

U 2010.
prirast ovaca veći je u odnosu na 2009. za 14,3%. Broj ukupno ojanjene
janjadi bilježi povećanje za 3,0%. Ukupan uvoz ovaca je manji za 27,0%, dok
je izvoz statistički beznačajan. Ukupno klanje ovaca u 2010. bilježi
smanjenje za 10,4%, dok su ukupni gubici ovaca veći za 37,7%. Proizvodnja
ovčjeg mlijeka manja je za 12,6%, dok je proizvodnja vune veća za 28,8%.

In
2010, the sheep increase was by 14.3% higher compared to 2009. An increase
was recorded in the total number of lambs brought forth (3.0%). The total
import of sheep decreased by 27.0%, while the export was statistically
insignificant. The total slaughtering of sheep in 2010 decreased by 10.4%,
while the total losses increased by 37.7%. The production of sheep’s milk
decreased by 12.6%, while the production of wool increased by 28.8%.

koza smanjen je za 1,6% u odnosu na prošlu godinu. U broju ojarenih jarića
bilježi se povećanje za 0,9%. Ukupan broj zaklanih koza manji je za 10,3%.
Gubici koza u 2010. veći su za 45,0%.

The goat increase was by 1.6% lower than
last year. The number of kids brought forth increased by 0.9%. The total
number of slaughtered goats decreased by 10.3%. Goat losses in 2010
increased by 45.0%.

Kod
proizvodnje kozjeg mlijeka bilježi se smanjenje za 24,2%. Ukupan broj
uvezenih i izvezenih koza statistički je beznačajan.

The
production of goats’ milk decreased by 24.2%. The total number of imported
and exported goats was not statistically significant.

Kod
proizvodnje peradi u 2010. u odnosu na 2009. bilježi se smanjenje prirasta
za 7,7%, dok je broj izvaljenih pilića manji za 9,8%. Ukupan uvoz veći je
za 6,8%, dok je izvoz smanjen za 17,1%. Ukupno klanje peradi manje je u
broju za 4,8% kao i ukupni gubici, koji su smanjeni za 12,1%.

Concerning the production of poultry,
their increase was by 7.7% lower in 2010 than in 2009, while the number of
hatched chicks decreased by 9.8%. The total import increased by 6.8%, while
the export decreased by 17.1%. The number of slaughtered poultry decreased
by 4.8% and the total losses by 12.1%.

Smanjenje
proizvodnje bilježi se kod kokošjih jaja (za 12,5%), dok se za jaja ostale
peradi bilježi povećanje (za 24,5%).

A decrease was recorded in the
production of hens’ eggs (12.5%), while the production of eggs of other
poultry increased by 24.5%.

Podaci
o broju stoke i peradi te stočnoj proizvodnji prikupljeni su posebno za poslovne subjekte i dijelove poslovnih
subjekata, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

Data on
the number of livestock and poultry as well as on the livestock production
are collected separately for legal entities and parts thereof and for
private family farms.
|
|

Tim
izvještajima prikupljaju se podaci o broju i težini stoke i peradi, bilanci goveda, svinja, ovaca, koza i peradi,
bilanci jaja, bilanci mlijeka na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima, proizvodnji mlijeka (kravljega, ovčjega i kozjega),
vune i jaja.

Data collected on
these farms include data on the number and weight of livestock and poultry,
balance of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry, balance of eggs, balance
of milk on private family farms, milk production (cows’, sheep’s and
goats’), wool and eggs.

Podaci
za poslovne subjekte prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju
Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

Data for business
entities are collected on reports, which are then submitted to the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics by postal service.
|

|
Podaci
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću anketara
metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Novi uzorak izabran
je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava kao baze, a ima
oko 8 000 jedinica.

Data for private
family farms are collected by using the interview method applied to a
selected stratified sample. The new sample has been selected on the basis
of the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings and numbers about 8
000 units.

|
Elementi
za obračun stočne proizvodnje dobivaju se iz istraživanja (obrazac PO-51)
jer upitnici sadrže pitanja o težini stoke i peradi te o proizvodnji mlijeka,
jaja i vune.

Elements
used in the calculation of the livestock production are obtained through
surveys (PO-51 form), because they contain questions on the weight of the
livestock and poultry as well as on the production of milk, eggs and wool.

o uvozu i izvozu stoke preuzimaju se od Odjela statistike robne razmjene s
inozemstvom.

|
Data on export and
import of livestock are taken over from the External Trade in Goods
Statistics Department.

o proizvodnji meda preuzimaju se iz administrativnih izvora (Hrvatska
poljoprivredna agencija – konvencionalna proizvodnja, Ministarstvo
poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – ekološka proizvodnja).

Croatian Agricultural Agency – conventional production, the Ministry of
Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development – ecological production).

šumarstvo i ribarstvo, razrede 01.41 – 01.42, 01.45 – 01.47 i 01.50.
Izvještaj podnose i jedinice razvrstane u druge djelatnosti koje se bave
uzgojem stoke i peradi.

Reporting units for
business entities are classified according to the 2007 version of the
National Classification of Activities (NN, Nos. 58/07 and 72/07) in section
A Agriculture, forestry and fishing, classes 01.41 – 01.42, 01.45 – 01.47
and 01.50. Units classified in other activities also submit reports if they
are engaged in the production of livestock and poultry.

jedinice jesu i obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja se bave uzgojem
stoke i peradi. Uzorak za Godišnji izvještaj o stočarstvu 1. prosinca 2010.

units are also private family farms engaged in the production of livestock
and poultry. The sample for the Annual Report on Livestock Production of 1
December 2010 has been selected from the Statistical Register of
Agricultural Holdings.

Prirast goveda, ovaca, koza, svinja i peradi izračunan
je tako da se razlika težine izvoza i uvoza pribroji težini zaklane stoke i
razlici težine stada na kraju i na početku promatranog razdoblja.
|
|
Increase of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and poultry is calculated by adding
the difference in the weight of export and import to the weight of the
slaughtered livestock and the difference of the weight of the herd at the
end and at the beginning of a reference period.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Priplod.
Oteljeno, oprašeno, ojanjeno, ojareno, izvaljeno. Obuhvaća ukupan broj
dobivenoga živorođenog podmlatka stoke i peradi (telad, prasad, janjad, jarad,
pilići).
|
|
Newborns.
Calved, farrowed, lambed, kidded, hatched. It comprises the total number of
obtained live born offspring of livestock and poultry (calves, piglets,
lambs, kids, chicks).
|
|
|
|
|
|
Mlijeko. Iskazana je proizvodnja kravljeg, ovčjeg i kozjeg
mlijeka kod pravnih osoba te na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima.
Iskazano je ukupno pomuženo mlijeko u promatranom razdoblju bez obzira na
način mužnje.

Milk. The
production of cows’, sheep’s and goats’ milk in legal entities as well as
on private family farms is presented. The total milked quantity in a
reference period is presented, irrespective of the way of milking.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ukupno klanje. Obuhvaća svu stoku i perad zaklanu na području
Republike Hrvatske bez obzira na podrijetlo. Označuje zbroj klanja stoke i peradi u klaonicama te klanja stoke i
peradi kod pravnih osoba (prisilno klanje) i na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim
gospodarstvima.

Total
slaughtering. Covers all livestock and poultry
slaughtered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, irrespective of
origin. It represents the sum of livestock and poultry slaughtered in
abattoirs and livestock and poultry slaughtered at legal entities
(compulsory slaughtering) and on private family farms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Vuna. Iskazuju se količine ostrižene (ošišane) vune s
odraslih ovaca i šilježadi (runska vuna i podstrig), i to kao neprana vuna.
|
|
Trimmed
wool. The quantities of trimmed (clipped) wool from the
grown up and young sheep (matted wool and cropped wool) are reported as the
raw wool.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja jaja. Iskazuju se podaci o ukupnom broju snesenih jaja
svih rasa kokoši i ostalih vrsta peradi. Obuhvaćena su jaja za nasad i
konzumna jaja za potrošnju/ishranu stanovništva.

|
Eggs
production. Data for the total number of laid eggs
by all categories of hens and other kinds of poultry (eggs for setting and
eggs for human consumption) are reported.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodnja
meda. Iskazuju
se zbirni podaci konvencionalne proizvodnje meda obuhvaćene sustavom otkupa
i količina ekološki proizvedenog meda evidentirana zapisnicima o izvršenome
stručnom nadzoru u ekološkoj poljoprivredi.

|
Honey
production. Joint data on conventional production of
honey included in the purchase system and on quantities of ecologically
produced honey recorded in minutes on expert supervision in ecological
agriculture are reported.

|
Gubici.
Iskazuju se podaci o broju stoke i peradi (podmladak i odrasla grla)
uginulih od zaraznih bolesti, iscrpljenosti, nezgoda i o broju nestalih i
ubijenih grla zbog bolesti, čije meso nije upotrebljivo za ljudsku hranu.

Losses.
Reported are data on the number of livestock and poultry (offspring and
adult head) that died due to infectious diseases, exhaustion, accident as
well as on the number of head missing or killed because of diseases, whose
meat is not suitable for human consumption.
