U studenome 2011. u odnosu na studeni 2010. u ukupnim kategorijama stoke smanjenje se bilježi kod klanja goveda u broju za 5% i neto težini za 10% te kod klanja ovaca u broju za 65% i težini za 69%.

 

In the total livestock categories, in October 2011, as compared to October 2010, there was a decrease of 5% recorded in the number and of 10% in the net weight of the slaughtered cattle as well as of 65% in the number and of 69% in the net weight of the slaughtered sheep.

 

 

 

Povećanje se bilježi kod klanja svinja u broju za 1% i neto težini za 2% te kod klanja peradi u broju i neto težini  za 6%.

 

An increase of 1% was recorded in the number and of 2% the net weight  of the slaughtered pigs as well as of 6% in both the number and the net weight of the slaughtered poultry.

Sources and methods of data collection

 

 

 

Izvještaj o klanju stoke i peradi (obrasci PO-52/M i PO-52/M/OBRT) radi se mjesečno, posebno za pravne osobe, a posebno za obrtnike. Obrasci su usklađeni s metodološkim i pravnim propisima EU-a.

 

The reports on livestock and poultry slaughtering (PO-52/M and PO-52/M/OBRT forms) are submitted on monthly basis, separately for legal entities and for tradesmen. The forms have been harmonised with methodological and legal regulations of the EU.

 

 

 

Tim istraživanjem prikupljaju se podaci o broju zaklane stoke po vrstama i kategorijama, njihovoj težini prije klanja (bruto težina), težini obrađenog trupa (neto težina) i podaci o randmanima.

 

This survey serves for collecting data on the number of slaughtered livestock by types and categories, their weight before slaughtering (gross weight), the weight of dressed carcass (net weight) and data on coefficients of utilisation.

 

 

 

Od siječnja 2010. Državni zavod za statistiku preuzima podatke o broju i težini zaklanih goveda i svinja od Hrvatske poljoprivredne agencije, koja je administrativni izvor podataka.

 

Since January 2010, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics has taken over data on the number and weight of slaughtered cattle and pigs from the Croatian Agricultural Agency, which is the administrative data source.

 

 

 

Podaci o broju i težini zaklane peradi, ovaca i koza prikupljaju se mjesečnim izvještajima za pravne osobe i obrtnike.

 

Data on the number and weight of slaughtered poultry, sheep and goats are collected on monthly reports for legal entities and for tradesmen.

 

 

 

Upisuje se sva stoka i perad zaklana na području Republike Hrvatske te stoka i perad uvezena iz zemalja EU-a ili izvan nje.

 

All livestock and poultry slaughtered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and those imported from the EU countries or outside of the EU have been registered.

U skladu s procesima prilagodbe statistike stočarstva i stočne proizvodnje europskim statističkim standardima, od 1. siječnja 2009. uvedeno je mjesečno prikupljanje podataka o klanju stoke i peradi u klaonicama umjesto dotadašnjega tromjesečnog prikupljanja podataka.

 

In line with the process of harmonising the livestock production statistics with the European standards, monthly data collection on livestock and poultry slaughtered in abattoirs has been introduced since 1 January 2009 instead of the former quarterly data collection.

 

 

 

Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni izvještaji o klanju stoke i peradi jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici koji se bave djelatnošću klanja stoke i peradi. Adresar za pravne osobe i njihove dijelove (PO-52/M) te obrtnike (PO-52/M/OBRT) preuzet je iz Upisnika odobrenih objekata Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja, Uprave za veterinarstvo.

 

Reporting units that submit monthly reports on livestock and poultry slaughtering are legal entities, parts thereof and tradesmen engaged in the activity of livestock and poultry slaughtering. The Address Book for Legal Entities and Parts Thereof (PO-52/M form) and that for tradesmen (PO-52/M/OBRT form) was taken over from the Entry Book of Approved Facilities of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development – Veterinarian Directorate.

Neto težina jest težina očišćenog trupa, zaklane stoke i peradi bez kože, krvi, glave (osim kod odojaka i peradi), utrobe, prednjih nogu do koljena i stražnjih nogu do skočnog zgloba.

 

Net weight is the weight of dressed carcass of slaughtered animals without skin and blood, eviscerated and beheaded (not including piglets and poultry), and after removal of the viscera, fore ends and hind legs with knuckle.

 

 

 

Randman zaklane stoke i peradi jest odnos težine zaklane stoke i peradi (neto težina) i težine žive stoke i peradi (bruto težina), a iskazuje se u postocima s jednom decimalom.

 

Coefficient of utilisation of slaughtered livestock and poultry is a ratio of the weight of the slaughtered cattle and poultry (net weight) and the weight of livestock and live poultry (gross weight), and it is presented in percentage calculated to one decimal place.
