Ukupan ulov i uzgoj (proizvodnja) morske ribe i drugih morskih organizama u 2010. iznosio je 63 252 tone i manji je za 5% u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Ulov i uzgoj (proizvodnja) plave ribe i kamenica te ostalih mekušaca i školjkaša manji je za 6%. Povećanje se bilježi kod ostale ribe za 2% i ljuskavaca za 3% u odnosu za prethodnu godinu.

 

The total catches and production of sea fish and other sea organisms amounted in 2010 to 63 252 tonnes, which means that it decreased by 5% compared to the previous year. The catches and production of pelagic fish and oysters as well as of other molluscs and shellfish decreased by 6%, while the catches and production of other fish increased by 2% and of crustaceans by 3%, all compared to the previous year.

Podaci o ulovu i uzgoju (proizvodnji) morske ribe i drugih morskih organizama za 2010. preuzeti su od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – Uprava ribarstva, u skladu sa Sporazumom o međusobnoj suradnji. Na taj način prikupljaju se podaci o ulovu i uzgoju (proizvodnji) morske ribe, ljuskavaca, kamenica te ostalih mekušaca i školjkaša po najvažnijim skupinama.

 

Data for 2010 on catches and production of sea fish and other sea organisms were taken over from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Rural Development – the Directory of Fisheries, in line with the Co-operation Agreement. In such a way, data on catches and production of sea fish, crustaceans, oysters and other molluscs and shellfish by main groups are collected.

 

 

 

Prikupljene podatke Uprava ribarstva obrađuje i prosljeđuje Državnom zavodu za statistiku prema unaprijed dogovorenom terminu i u obliku prilagođenom za daljnju obradu.

 

Collected data are processed in the Directory of Fisheries and forwarded to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics according to previously arranged deadlines and in a form suitable for the further processing.

Izvještajne jedinice jesu pravne osobe i dijelovi pravnih osoba te ribari obrtnici koji obavljaju gospodarski morski ribolov ili se bave uzgojem (proizvodnjom) morske ribe i drugih morskih organizama prema evidenciji Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja – Uprava ribarstva o izdanim povlasticama.

 

Reporting units are legal entities and parts thereof as well as individual fishermen who are engaged in commercial fishing or production of sea fish and other sea organisms according to the records of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Rural Development – the Directory of Fisheries on issued licences.

Gospodarski ribolov jest djelatnost ulova i uzgoja (proizvodnje) morske ribe i drugih morskih organizama radi stjecanja dobiti.

 

Commercial fishing is an activity of catches and production of sea fish and other sea organisms for making profit.

 

 

 

Pod ulovljenim količinama podrazumijevaju se količine iskrcane svježe ribe, ljuskavaca, kamenica i ostalih mekušaca i školjkaša, tj. stvarni ulov umanjen za one količine koje su iz bilo kojeg razloga odbačene od trenutka izvlačenja iz mora do istovara na kopno.

 

Caught quantities are quantities of unloaded fresh fish, crustaceans, oysters and other molluscs and shellfish, i.e. actual catch minus quantities thrown away for no matter what reason from the moment of pulling out from the sea until loading.
