Proizvođačke
cijene građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu u siječnju 2011. u usporedbi s prosincem 2010. više su za 1,0%,
a u odnosu na siječanj 2010. više su za 2,4%.

prices of building material on the domestic market in January 2011, as compared
to December 2010, increased by 1.0% and, as compared to January 2010, by
2.4%.

|
Ako
usporedimo proizvođačke cijene građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu u
siječnju 2011. s prosjekom 2005., tada su više za 21,0%.

The
comparison of the producers’ prices of building material shows that in
January 2011, as compared to the 2005 average, they increased by 21.0%.

boljeg razumijevanja, pri korištenju ovih indeksa na poleđini ovog
priopćenja nalaze se metodološka objašnjenja o načinu izračunavanja indeksa
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala.

indices, notes on methodology concerning the calculation of producers’
building material price indices are given at the back of this first
release.

U
ovom priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornom (neprilagođenom)
obliku, a izračunani su na temelju podataka prikupljenih Mjesečnim
istraživanjem o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2011., koje
služi za obračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije ukupno i
njegova dva podindeksa – indeksa cijena industrije na domaćem i na nedomaćem
tržištu.

In this
first release, all indices are presented in original (unadjusted) form.
They were calculated on the basis of data collected through the Monthly
Survey on Industrial Producers’ Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2011, which
is used for the calculation of industrial
producers’ price index – total as well as its two sub-indices – industrial
producers’ price index on the domestic market and on the non-domestic
market.

Indeks
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu čini podskup
indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu, koji je
objavljen u Priopćenju br. 2.1.1./1 od 16. veljače 2011. Stoga su svi
koncepti i definicije u ovom priopćenju potpuno usklađeni s onima koji se
koriste za indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu.

The
producers' building material index on the domestic market is a subset of industrial producers’ price indices on the domestic
market issued in the first release No 2.1.1./1 of 16 February 2011.
That is why all concepts and definitions in this first
release are completely harmonised with those used for the industrial producers’ price index on the domestic market.

|
Indeks
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu važan je
kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu dinamiku
promjena proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu.
Prema konceptu EU-a, taj pokazatelj može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja
prije nego što dođu do potrošača.

The
producers' building material index on the domestic market is an important
short-term indicator of a business cycle that shows monthly changes in
producers’ prices of building material on the domestic market. According to
the EU concept, this indicator may indicate inflationary changes before it
reaches a consumer.

Indeksom
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu mjere se
promjene u razini proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materija koji je
proizveden i prodan na domaćem (hrvatskom) tržištu.

changes of producers’ prices of building material that are produced and sold by producers on the domestic
(Croatian) market.

Indeks
cijena građevnog materijala ne predstavlja indeks cijena ukupnih
građevinskih radova jer njime nisu obuhvaćene cijene opreme, mehanizacije,
rada i drugi elementi iz strukture cijena građevinskih radova.

The
building material price index does not represent the price index of
the total construction works, because it does not include the prices of
equipment, machinery, labour and other elements from the price structure of
construction works.

Izvještajne
jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M jesu izabrana poduzeća (pravne osobe i
obrtnici) koja proizvode izabrane industrijske proizvode definirane
Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda – NIP 2010. – iz područja djelatnosti
NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka
industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija
i E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te
djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36).

The
reporting units included in the IND-3/KPS/M survey are
selected enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen) that produce selected
products as defined in the Nomenclature of Industrial Products – NIP 2010.,
classified in the NKD 2007. (NN, Nos 58/07 and 72/07) activity sections B
Mining and quarrying, C Manufacturing, D Electricity, gas, steam and air
conditioning supply and E Water supply; sewerage, waste management and
remediation activities (only division 36).

Za
prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu u istraživanju
IND-3/KPS/M za 2011. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak industrijskih
proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., odnosno svi
proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 20 milijuna kuna na domaćem
tržištu, a 15 milijuna kuna na nedomaćem tržištu prema rezultatima PRODCOM
istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2009., a
odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema njihovu udjelu u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih
proizvoda, posebno za domaće i nedomaće tržište.

In
order to collect data on industrial producers’ prices on the domestic and
non-domestic market, the IND-3/KPS/M survey for 2011 covers a
representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered
activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products the sale of which
generated more than 20 million kuna on the domestic market and 15 million kuna
on the non-domestic market according to the results of the PRODCOM Survey
on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for 2009., while the
selection of enterprises has been done according to their share in the
production of selected products, separately for the domestic and
non-domestic market.

reprezentanata za građevni materijal u sklopu selektiranih industrijskih
proizvoda i izabranih artikala za prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena
industrije na domaćem tržištu.

The producers' building material index on the
domestic market is calculated on the basis of a special list of products
and clearly defined items – representatives for the building material
within the selected industrial products and items used in the collection of
industrial producers’ prices on the domestic market.

uzorak IND-3/KPS/M istraživanja za 2011. za proizvođačke cijene industrije
na domaćem tržištu obuhvaćeno je 1 555 cijena artikala unutar
izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2009. u 1 165 poduzeća (pravnih osoba i
obrtnika). Za proizvođačke cijene građevnog materijala izabran je
podskup koji čini 250 reprezentativnih cijena artikala unutar 23
selektirana razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. koji karakteristično proizvode
građevni materijal.

monitoring of the industrial producers’ prices on the domestic market, the
sample for the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2011 covers 1 555 item prices
within the selected NIP 2009. products in 1 165 enterprises (legal entities
and tradesmen). For producers'
building material prices, a

U
2011. izabrani su reprezentativni industrijski proizvodi za građevinarstvo
(tj. građevni materijal) i njihovi artikli za praćenje cijena. Lista
reprezentanata sadrži 250 artikla cijena u 23 selektirana industrijska
razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. u sklopu kojih se proizvode građevni materijali.
Izvještajne jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M mjesečno dostavljaju podatke
o proizvođačkim cijenama prodanog/naručenoga građevnog materijala na
domaćem tržištu, tj. u Republici Hrvatskoj. Građevni materijali koji se
nisu prodali na domaćem tržištu ili koji se ne proizvode u Republici
Hrvatskoj, nisu obuhvaćeni u obračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena
građevnog materijala u ovom priopćenju.

In 2011, representative industrial products for
construction (that is, building material) and its items for price
monitoring were selected. The list of representatives comprises 250 item
prices within the selected 23 activity classes of the NKD 2007. engaged in
producing of the building material. Reporting units of the IND-3/KPS/M survey
submit data on producers’ prices of
sold/ordered building material on
the domestic market, that is, in the Republic of Croatia, on the monthly
basis. The building material that was not sold/ordered on the
domestic market or that was not manufactured in the Republic of Croatia is not included in the calculation of the producers' building material price index in
this first release.

are recorded as transaction prices in effect on the 15th day
of a month indicated. Prices at which a producer sells the self-produced
building material at the domestic market in the largest quantities to known

Proizvođačke cijene jesu cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje
svoje proizvode (građevni materijal) redovitim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u
najvećim količinama franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača
ili cijene po kojima proizvođač vrši obračun drugim proizvođačima.

Producers’ prices are prices at which a producer
sells the products (building material) to regular buyers at the domestic
market in the largest quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory
gate at the location of a producer, or a price charged to another company
by a producer.

Indeks
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala izračunava se na temelju
selektiranih proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda za građevinarstvo
(lista reprezentativnih artikala), koji su definirani NIP-om 2010. unutar
selektiranih industrijskih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. za potrebe
obračuna ovog pokazatelja.

producers' building material price index is calculated on the basis of
selected producers’ prices of industrial products
for construction (the list of representative items) defined according to
the NIP 2010. Within selected industrial activity classes of the NKD
2007. for the purpose of calculation this indicator.

izračun indeksa cijena građevnog materijala prema kriteriju obuhvata ulaze
23 industrijskih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. i 250 reprezentativnih
jasno specificiranih artikala građevnih materijala
unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2010.
za uporabu u građevinarstvu.

producers' building material price index
calculation, according to the coverage criteria, includes 23 industrial activity classes of the NKD
2007. and 250 representative, clearly specified items of the building
material within the selected NIP 2010. products for construction purposes.

Pri
izračunavanju indeksa cijena građevnog materijala primjenjuje se
ponderacijska metoda, u kojoj su ponderi izračunani iz strukture ukupne
prodaje izabranih proizvoda (udjelima pojedinih proizvoda) na domaćem
tržištu iz rezultata PRODCOM istraživanja o
industrijskoj proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G). U 2011. izračunana je
nova struktura prema rezultatima PRODCOM
istraživanja za 2009.

This
index is calculated by using the weighting method in which the weights were
calculated on the basis of the structure of the total sales of selected
products (the share of individual products) on the domestic market, according to the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial
Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) results. In 2011, a new structure was calculated according to the PRODCOM Survey results for 2009.
