U 2010. ukupna vrijednost utroška
sirovina i materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju od poduzeća koja su se
bavila industrijskom proizvodnjom u 2010. u Republici Hrvatskoj iznosila je
56 545 milijuna kuna prema obuhvatu Godišnjeg izvještaja o utrošku
sirovina, materijala i energenata industrije za 2010. U usporedbi s ukupnom
vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda sirovina (outputa), prema
rezultatima istraživanja PRODCOM o industrijskoj proizvodnji za 2010.,1)
od ukupno 121 655 milijuna kuna koje su ostvarila ta poduzeća, vrijednost
inputa sirovina i materijala utrošenih za spomenutu industrijsku
proizvodnju sudjeluje s 46,4% u vrijednosti outputa industrije. Drugim
riječima, ukupna vrijednost prodaje industrijskih proizvoda koju su
ostvarila poduzeća u 2010. veća je za 65 110 milijuna kuna (53,6%) od
izdataka za utrošene sirovine i materijale u industrijskom procesu za
proizvodnju tih proizvoda, prema gruboj bilanci inputa - otputa (grafikon G-1.).

In 2010, the total value of consumed raw materials and consumables
used as inputs in the industrial production process in enterprises engaged
in industrial production in the Republic of Croatia amounted to 56 545 million kuna according to the coverage of the
Annual Survey on Raw Material Consumption in Industry for 2010. According
to the results of the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production in 20101),
as compared to the total value of industrial production sold (output), out
of the total of 121 655 million kuna generated by the same enterprises, the
value of raw materials and consumables used as inputs in that industrial
production had a share of 46.4% in the output value of industry. In other
words, the total value of industrial production sold generated by the
enterprises in 2010 was by 65 110 million kuna (53.6%) higher than the
expenditure for consumed raw materials and consumables used as input in
that production, according to a rough input-output calculation (see graph
1.).

Vrijednost
utrošenih sirovina i materijala kao inputa u industrijsku proizvodnju u 2010.
prema potrošnji industrijskih područja NKD-a 2007. najveća je u području C
Prerađivačka industrija i iznosi 52 767 milijuna kuna, u području D Opskrba
električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija iznosi 3 499 milijuna
kuna, u području B Rudarstvo i vađenje iznosi 270 milijuna kuna, dok je
najmanja u području E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje
otpadom te djelatnosti sanacije okoliša i iznosi 9 milijuna kuna. Ako
usporedimo potrošnju po industrijskim odjeljcima NKD-a 2007. (od 05 do 36),
tada je najveća vrijednost utroška sirovina i materijala zabilježena u
odjeljku 19 Proizvodnja koksa i rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda (13 416
milijuna kuna), zatim u odjeljku 10 Proizvodnja prehrambenih proizvoda (10
210 milijuna kuna), a najmanji utrošak sirovina i materijala zabilježen je
u odjeljku 09 Pomoćne uslužne djelatnosti u rudarstvu (2 milijuna kuna).

According to the industrial sections of NKD 2007., the highest value of consumed raw
materials and consumables used as inputs in the industrial production in
2010 was recorded in section C
Manufacturing, 52 767 million
kuna, followed by section D Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply, 3 499 million kuna and
section B Mining and quarrying, 270 million kuna, while the lowest one was recorded in
section E Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation
activities, 9 million kuna. Comparing the consumption by the NKD
2007. industrial divisions (05 – 36), the
highest value of consumed raw materials and consumables was recorded in division 19 Manufacture of coke
and refined petroleum products (13 416 million
kuna) and division 10 Manufacture of food products (10 210 million
kuna), while the lowest one was recorded in division 09 Mining support service activities (2 million
kuna).

Ako analiziramo
vrijednost utroška sirovina i materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju u
2010. prema podrijetlu sirovina i materijala (grafikon G-2.), tada je
utrošeno 8,3% (4 690 milijuna kuna) vlastito proizvedenih sirovina i
materijala, a 91,7% (51 855 milijuna kuna) utrošenih sirovina i materijala
nabavljeno je na tržištu od trećih osoba, od čega 39,5% (22 339
milijuna kuna) na domaćem tržištu, a 52,2% (29 516 milijuna kuna) na
inozemnom tržištu (uvoz).

The analysis of the value of raw materials and
consumables used as inputs in the industrial production in 2010 by origin
of raw materials and consumables (see graph 2.) showed that there were 8.3%
(4 690 million kuna) of raw materials and consumables consumed from
own-production, while 91.7% (51 855 million kuna) was purchased on the
market from third parties, out of which 39.5% (22 339 million kuna) was
purchased on domestic market and 52.2% (29 516 million kuna) on
non-domestic market (import).

|
U području C Prerađivačka industrija (tablica 1.)
najveći je udio u vrijednosti utrošenih vlastito proizvedenih sirovina i
materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju zabilježen za potrebe inputa u
odjeljku 10 Proizvodnja prehrambenih proizvoda (27,8%), dok je najveći udio
u vrijednosti utrošenih sirovina i materijala nabavljenih na domaćem
tržištu zabilježen za potrebe inputa u odjeljku 10 Proizvodnja prehrambenih
proizvoda (35,1%), a najmanji za potrebe inputa u odjeljku 29 Proizvodnja
motornih vozila, prikolica i poluprikolica (0,1%). Ako analiziramo
vrijednost utroška sirovina i materijala za potrebe industrijske
proizvodnje nabavljenih s inozemnog tržišta (uvoz) u istom području C
Prerađivačka industrija (grafikon G-3.), tada je najveći udio u vrijednosti
utrošenih sirovina i materijala zabilježen za potrebe inputa u odjeljcima
19 Proizvodnja koksa i rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda (40,1%), 20
Proizvodnja kemikalija i kemijskih proizvoda (9,1%) i 10 Proizvodnja
prehrambenih proizvoda (7,3%), dok je najmanji udio u vrijednosti utrošenih
sirovina nabavljenih na inozemnom tržištu (uvoz) zabilježen za potrebe
inputa u odjeljcima 32 Ostala prerađivačka industrija (0,2%) te 33 Popravak
i instaliranje strojeva i opreme (0,1%).

In section C Manufacturing (see table 1.), the
highest share in the value of consumed own-produced raw materials and
consumables used as inputs in the industrial production was recorded for
inputs in division 10 Manufacture of food products (27.8%), while the
highest share in the value of consumed raw materials and consumables
purchased on domestic market was recorded for inputs in division 10 Manufacture
of food products (35.1%) and the lowest one in division 29 Manufacture of
motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (0.1%). The analysis of the
value of consumed raw materials and consumables used as inputs in the
industrial production purchased on non-domestic market (import) in the same
section C Manufacturing (see graph G-3.) showed that the highest share in
the value of consumed raw materials and consumables for inputs was recorded
in divisions 19 Manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (40.1%),
20 Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products (9.1%) and 10 Manufacture
of food products (7.3%) ), while the lowest one was recorded in the value
of consumed raw materials and consumables purchased for inputs on
non-domestic market (import) in divisions 32 Other manufacturing (0.2%) and
33 Repair and installation off machinery and equipment (0.1%).

Ako usporedimo ukupnu vrijednost utroška sirovina i
materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju 21 županije Republike Hrvatske
(tablica 2. i grafikon G-5), tada je najveći udio u vrijednosti utrošenih
sirovina i materijala za potrebe industrijske proizvodnje u 2010. imala
Primorsko-goranska županija, u iznosu od 10 296 milijuna kuna (18,2%),
zatim Sisačko-moslavačka županija, u iznosu od 8 709 milijuna kuna (15,4%)
i Grad Zagreb, u iznosu od 8 635 milijuna kuna (15,3%), dok su najmanje
vrijednosti utroška sirovina i materijala za potrebe industrijske
proizvodnje u 2010. zabilježene u Požeško-slavonskoj županiji u iznosu od
512 milijuna kuna (0,9%), Zadarskoj županiji, u iznosu od 494 milijuna kuna
(1,0%), Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji, u iznosu od 176 milijuna kuna
(0,3%) i Ličko-senjskoj županiji, u iznosu od 78 milijuna kuna (0,1%).

The comparison of the total value of consumed raw
materials and consumables used as inputs in the industrial production in 21
counties of the Republic of Croatia (see table 2. and graph 5.) in 2010
showed that the highest share in the value of consumed raw materials and
consumables used as inputs in the industrial production was recorded in the
County of Primorje-Gorski kotar, 10 296 million kuna (18.2%), the County of
Sisak-Moslavina, 8 709 million kuna (15.4%) and the City of Zagreb, 8 635
million kuna (15.3%) kuna, while the lowest one was recorded in the County
of Požega-Slavonia, 512 million kuna (0.9%), the County of Zadar, 494 million
kuna (1.0%), the County of Dubrovnik-Neretva, 176 million kuna (0.3%) and
in the County of Lika-Senj, 78 million kuna (0.1%).

Podaci
o vrijednosti utroška sirovina i materijala za potrebe industrijske
proizvodnje u 2010. dobiveni su obradom Godišnjeg istraživanja o utrošku
sirovina, materijala i energenata industrije za 2010. (IND-21/REPRO)
kojim je obuhvaćeno 3 556 industrijskih lokalnih jedinica pravnih osoba i
obrtnika s 10 i više zaposlenih. Posebno naglašujemo da je istraživanje
REPRO za 2010. imalo potpuno isti obuhvat kao već spomenuto godišnje
istraživanje PRODCOM o industrijskoj proizvodnji za 2010. kako bi se
postigla usporedivost i konzistentnost podataka za potrebe input-output
analize na razini proizvoda/sirovina.

Data on the value of consumed raw materials and consumables for
purposes of the industrial production in 2010 were compiled by the
processing of the Annual Survey on Raw Materials and Energy Consumption in
Industry for 2010 (IND-21/REPRO form), with the coverage of 3 556
industrial local units belonging to legal entities and tradesmen employing
10 and more persons. It must be stressed that the REPRO Survey for 2010 had
exactly the same coverage as the already mentioned Annual PRODCOM Survey on
Industrial Production in 2010 in order to achieve the comparability and
consistency of data for the input-output analysis at the level of products/raw
materials.

Ovo priopćenje sadrži prve rezultate Godišnjeg
istraživanja o utrošku sirovina, materijala i energenata u industriji
(IND-21/REPRO) za 2010. (u nastavku teksta: istraživanje REPRO za 2010.).
Rezultati su agregirani iz podataka prikupljenih na razini Nomenklature
sirovina i materijala za industriju – NRMI 2008., koja je sastavni dio
Statističkih standarda za Godišnje istraživanje o utrošku sirovina,
materijala i energenata u industriji (IND-21/REPRO) za 2010. Republike
Hrvatske (NN, br. 60/09.). Pojam "industrija" u cijelom
priopćenju definiran je četirima industrijskim područjima djelatnosti B, C,
D i E (samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007. (NN, br. 58/07.). Ta definicija
industrije usklađena je s definicijom svih granskih istraživanja industrije
Državnog zavoda za statistiku te s definicijom koja se koristi za
statistike industrije Europske unije.

This
first release comprises first results of the Annual Survey on Raw Material
and Energy Consumption in Industry (IND-21/REPRO form) in 2010 (hereinafter
referred to as REPRO Survey for 2010). The results were aggregated from
data collected at the level of the Nomenclature of Raw Materials and
Consumables for Industry – NRMI 2008., which is an integral part of the
Statistical Standards for the Annual Survey on Raw Materials and Energy Consumption
in Industry (IND-21/REPRO form) for 2010 in the Republic of Croatia (NN,
No. 60/09). The term "industry" alongside this release is defined
by four NKD 2007. industrial sections, B, C, D and E (only division 36)
(NN, No. 58/07). This definition of industry is harmonised with the
definition used in all branch industrial surveys within the Croatian Bureau
of Statistics as well as with the definition used for industry statistics
within the EU.

Godišnje istraživanje REPRO za 2010. proveo je Državni zavod za statistiku zajedno s županijskim uredima za statistiku na temelju Zakona o
službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03. i 75/09.) i prema spomenutim
statističkim standardima. Obveza davanja
podataka temelji se na člancima 35. i 38. (stavak 1.) Zakona o službenoj
statistici.

The
Annual REPRO Survey for 2010 was carried out by the Croatian Bureau of
Statistics together with county statistical offices on the basis of the
Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos. 103/03 and 75/09) according to the above
mentioned Statistical Standards. The obligation to provide data is based on
Articles 35 and 38 (Paragraph 1) of the Official Statistics Act.

Prvi
rezultati odnose se na najnovije podatke statistike potrošnje industrije, a
izvedeni su iz godišnjih rezultata spomenutog istraživanja REPRO za 2010.
Rezultati istraživanja REPRO osiguravaju detaljne informacije primarno za
potrebe izrade tablica uporabe (inputa) stavljajući ih u relaciju s
rezultatima PRODCOM-a o prodanim industrijskim proizvodima (outputu) kako
bi se omogućilo analiziranje robnih tokova u okviru input-output koncepata
na detaljnoj razini sirovina/proizvoda (nomenklature NRMI 2008./NIP 2010.).

First results refer to the most recent data on the
industrial consumption statistics and were derived from the annual results
of the above mentioned REPRO Survey for 2010. REPRO results provide
detailed information primarily used in the compilation of use tables
(inputs) by putting them in relation to PRODCOM results on industrial
production sold (output) in order to enable the analysis of commodity flow
taking into account the input-output concepts at the detailed level of row
materials/products (nomenclatures NRMI 2008./NIP 2010.).

Svi
podaci koji su ovdje prikazani dobiveni su agregiranjem pojedinačnih
podataka o utrošku sirovina i materijala iz NRMI-ja 2008., koji je sastavni
dio spomenutih statističkih standarda. Međutim, komentar
glavnih rezultata istraživanja REPRO za 2010. (inputa) prikazan je u
usporedbi s rezultatima istraživanja PRODCOM za 2010. (outputa) kako bi se
naglasila svrha i cilj ovog istraživanja, osiguranje zajedničkog okvira s
istraživanjem PRODCOM za potrebe analiza input-outputa na harmoniziranoj
osnovi (iz područja nacionalnih računa).

All
data presented here were calculated by aggregation of individual data on
consumed raw materials and consumables classified in the NRMI 2008., which
is an integral part of the mentioned Statistical Standards. However, the
commentary on main results of REPRO Survey for 2010 (inputs) was shown in
the comparison with results of the PRODCOM Survey for 2010 (outputs) in
order to emphasise the main purpose and aim of this Survey and to provide a
common framework with the PRODCOM Survey aimed at enabling the input-output
analysis on harmonised basis (in the scope of national accounts).

industrijskih područja i odjeljaka NKD-a 2007.) za Republiku Hrvatsku u
2010. Sirovine i materijali (uklj. usluge) mogli su prema podrijetlu biti
nabavljeni na tržištu (domaćem ili stranom) od trećih osoba ili
intermedijarnih proizvoda iz vlastite proizvodnje, a vrijednosno su
iskazani po kupovnim cijenama. Regionalni pregled agregiranih podataka o
vrijednosti utrošenih sirovina i materijala (uklj. usluge) za potrebe
industrijske proizvodnje, također izražen u vrijednosti po kupovnim
cijenama, prikazan je u tablici 2. i grafikonu 6. na razini županija.

Table 1. and graph 3. show the main results on the
value of consumed raw materials and consumables for industrial production
purposes by usage of industrial sections (the NKD 2007. industrial sections
and divisions level) for the total Republic of Croatia in 2010. Concerning
their origin, raw materials and consumables, including services, might be
either purchased on markets (domestic or non-domestic) from third parties
or own-produced intermediate products, but both were calculated in values
of purchase prices. The regional review of aggregated data on the value of
consumed raw materials and consumables, including services, for industrial
production purposes, also expressed in purchase prices, was shown in table
2. and graph 6. at the county level.

razdoblju od 2000. do 2003. istovrsni su se podaci u naturalnom izrazu
prikupljali unutar Tromjesečnog istraživanja o utrošku sirovina i
materijala te finalnog utroška energenata u industriji (IND-1K), a prije
toga unutar zajedničkoga Mjesečnog izvještaja industrije (IND-1), na osnovi
zajedničkih Metodoloških osnova za Mjesečni izvještaj industrije (IND-1),
dio tablice 2.1), za oba istraživanja te na osnovi prve verzije
Nomenklature repromaterijala industrije (NRMI 1997.), koja je bila sastavni
dio spomenute metodologije. Novim Statističkim standardima za istraživanje
REPRO prikupljaju se podaci u godišnjoj dinamici počevši od izvještajne
godine 2004. na razini revidiranih verzija NRMI 2004. i NRMI 2008., kojima
se prikupljaju svi podaci o sirovinama i materijalima industrije. S obzirom
na to da se sve tri nomenklature (NRMI 1997., NRMI 2004. i NRMI 2008.)
temelje na strukturi istovrsne klasifikacije, verzijama KPD 1995., KPD
2002. i KPD 2008.2), izrađene su korespodentne tablice veza i
podaci su međusobno usporedivi na određenoj razini, u naturalnom izrazu
(količinama), jer se u vrijednosnom izrazu prije nisu prikupljali.

In the period from 2000 to 2003, the same kind of
data were collected in natural figures through the Quarterly Survey on Raw
Materials and Consumables and Final Energy Consumption in Industry (IND-1K
form). Before that, they were collected through the joint Monthly
Industrial Report (IND-1 form), both on the basis of the joint Methodology
for Monthly Industrial Report on Industry (IND-1 form), a part of table 2.1),
for both above mentioned surveys as well as on the basis of the first
version of the Nomenclature of Reproduction Materials of Industry (NRMI
1997), which was an integral part of the above mentioned Methodology. The
new Statistical Standards for REPRO Survey are used for collection of data
on annual basis, starting with 2004 as a reference year, on the basis of a
revised version of the NRMI 2004 and NRMI 2008., which is used for the
collection of all data on individual raw materials and consumables in
industry. Since all three nomenclatures, NRMI 1997., NRMI 2004. and NRMI
2008., are based on the structure of the same reference classification, KPD
1995., KPD 2002. and KPD 2008.2) versions, correspondence tables
were done in order to enable data comparability at a certain level, in
natural figures (quantities), because earlier they were not collected in
value terms.

Izvještajne
jedinice istraživanja REPRO o utrošku sirovina i materijala industrije za
2010. jesu sva trgovačka društva, obrtnici i druge pravne osobe te njihovi
dijelovi s više od 10 zaposlenika koji su utrošili sirovine i materijale za
potrebe industrijske proizvodnje unutar industrijskih područja B, C, D i E
(samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007. u izvještajnome godišnjem razdoblju.
Ciljane statističke jedinice jesu industrijska poduzeća i lokalne jedinice
industrijskih i neindustrijskih poduzeća koji su utrošili sirovine i
materijale definirane NRMI-jem 2008. za industrijsku proizvodnju iskazanu u
istraživanju PRODCOM za 2010., osim statističkih jedinica i njihovih
dijelova koji su “fizički“ izvan teritorija Republike Hrvatske. U
profiliranju statističkih jedinica – industrijskih lokalnih jedinica –
uzeto je u obzir načelo županije. U slučajevima kada promatrana
jedinica djeluje na području nekoliko različitih županija, npr. u pet
županija, jedinica je dodatno raščlanjena na pet lokalnih jedinica. Obuhvat
istraživanja REPRO o utrošku sirovina, materijala i energenata industrije
za 2010. (inputa) identičan je obuhvatu istraživanja PRODCOM o industrijskoj
proizvodnji za 2010. (outputa) za potrebe analize robnih tokova u okviru
input-output koncepata na konzistentan i usporediv način. Stoga je obuhvat
izvještajnih i statističkih jedinica određen Adresarom statističkih
jedinica industrije, koji je izradio Odjel statistike industrije i energije
te slijedi iste koncepte i kriterije obuhvata statističkih jedinica kao i
Adresar za istraživanje PRODCOM-a.

Reporting units in the REPRO Survey on the
Consumption of Raw Materials and Consumables in Industry in 2010 are all
trade companies, tradesmen and other legal entities and parts thereof
employing 10 and more persons that consumed raw materials and consumables
for industrial production purposes within the NKD 2007. industrial sections
B, C, D and E (only division 36) in a referent annual period. Target
statistical units are industrial enterprises and local units of industrial
and non-industrial enterprises that consumed raw materials and consumables
defined in the NRMI 2008. for industrial production purposes already
recorded in the PRODCOM Survey for 2010, except statistical units or parts
thereof that are “physically” situated outside the territory of the
Republic of Croatia. In profiling of statistical units – industrial local
units – the county principle was taken into account. In cases when the
observed unit operates on the territory of several different counties, e.g.
in five counties, it is further divided into five local units. The coverage
of the REPRO Survey on Raw Materials and Consumables and Energy Consumption
in Industry for 2010 (Inputs) is identical to the coverage of the PRODCOM
Survey on Industrial Production for 2010 (Outputs) in order to analyse the
commodity flow in a consistent and comparable way, taking into account the
input-output concepts. For this reason, the coverage of reporting and
statistical units is defined in the Address Book of Industrial Statistical
Units, which was established by the Industry and Energy Statistics
Department, having the same scope, concept and criteria of coverage as the
Address Book for the PRODCOM Survey.

dodatna objašnjenja koja služe za iskazivanje rezultata istraživanja REPRO
i nemaju smisao definitivnih značenja tih riječi jer u drugim kontekstima
mogu imati drugačije značenje. Namijenjeni su korisnicima rezultata
istraživanja REPRO kako bi ih oni ispravno interpretirali.

They provide a further description of some of the terms used in the
presentation of REPRO results, but they are not intended to provide

NRMI 2008. sastavni je dio spomenutih Statističkih standarda za
istraživanje REPRO i nalazi se u Dodatku 3. Hijerarhijski strukturirana
Nomenklatura sirovina i materijala uklj. usluge, verzija 2008., namijenjena
je za mjerenje godišnjeg utroška sirovina i materijala za potrebe
industrijske proizvodnje u fizičkim mjernim jedinicama i
vrijednosno. Verzija NRMI 2008., za razliku od NRMI-ja iz 1997., izrađena
je posebno za utrošak u svakoj industrijskoj skupini djelatnosti (od 05.1
do 36.0) prema NKD-u 2007. stoga prve tri brojčane oznake označuju
industrijsku skupinu djelatnosti u kojoj se uobičajeno troši određena vrsta
sirovina i materijala (uklj. industrijske usluge). Sljedećih šest brojčanih
oznaka u šifri označuje sirovine i materijale NRMI-ja 2008., a i to je
zapravo stavka KPD-a 2008. Verzija NRMI 2008. izrađena je na osnovi verzije
KPD 2008., a usklađena je na razini sirovina/proizvoda s Kombiniranom
nomenklaturom 2008. (CN) EU-a i Carinskom tarifom Republike Hrvatske
za 2008.4) preko
korespondentnih tablica veza. Šifra sirovina i materijala iz NRMI-ja 2008.
sastoji se od upisanih deset brojčanih oznaka, ali se za svaku pojedinačno
iskazanu sirovinu i materijal iz NRMI-ja 2008. treba upisati jedanaesta
brojčana oznaka koja upućuje na podrijetlo sirovine (vlastito, domaće ili
strano) te je ispunjava izvještajna jedinica upisom u obrazac IND-21/REPRO.
Raščlamba sirovina i materijala u NRMI-ju 2008. koje troši neka industrija
za proizvodnju industrijskih proizvoda na razini skupina djelatnosti NKD-a
2007. zadana je okvirom KPD-a 2008., a uglavnom pokriva sirovine
proizvodnih područja KPD-a 2008. od A do E (samo odjeljak 36). U iznimnim
slučajevima stavke KPD-a 2008. dodatno su raščlanjene ako je bila riječ o
sirovinama i materijalima koji su važni za određenu proizvodnju, a nisu
prepoznatljivi unutar potkategorije proizvoda KPD-a 2008. Sveukupno ima oko
7 800 šifara sirovina i materijala s pridruženom mjernom jedinicom u kojoj
se trebaju iskazati podaci o godišnjem utrošku sirovina i materijala.

The NRMI 2008 is an integral part of the above
mentioned Statistical Standards for the REPRO Survey and it can be found in
Annex 3. The hierarchically structured Nomenclature of Raw Materials and
Consumables, including services, version 2008, was created for measuring
the annual consumption of raw materials and consumables for industrial
production purposes in volume and value
terms. The NRMI 2008. version, as opposed to the NRMI 1997. version, was
specially made to be used in monitoring the consumption in each of the NKD
2007. industrial activity group separately (05.1 to 36.0). Therefore, the
first tree digits indicate an industrial group of activity in which certain
raw materials or consumables are usually used (including industrial services),
while the following six digits indicate a particular code of individual raw
materials or consumables classified in the NRMI 2008, but it is, in fact, a
KPD 2008. item. Namely, the, NRMI 2008. version is based on the KPD 2008.
version and harmonised up to the level of raw materials/products with the
EU Combined Nomenclature 2008 (CN) as well as with the Customs Tariff of the Republic of Croatia for 20084) via correspondence tables. The NRMI
2008. code of raw materials and consumables comprises 10 digits, providing
that, concerning individual raw material or consumable classified in the
NRMI 2008., reporting units are obliged, while filling in the IND-21/REPRO
form, to add the eleventh digit to this code, which indicates its origin
(own-produced, domestic or non-domestic). The breakdown of raw materials
and consumables classified in the NRMI 2008., which are consumed by
industries for the industrial production purposes at the NKD 2007. activity
group level, is defined with the KPD 2008. and mostly covers raw materials
and consumables classified in the KPD 2008. production sections A to E

Prema
konceptu istraživanja REPRO, pojam sirovina i materijala definiran je
prošireno i odnosi se na sva dobra koja imaju fizičku dimenziju ili
industrijske usluge koje se pod posebnom šifrom i nazivom nalaze u NRMI-ju
2008., pod uvjetom da se koriste kao inputi u industrijsku proizvodnju
izvještajne jedinice gdje se mogu transformirati ili potpuno utrošiti u
procesu proizvodnje. NRMI 2008. sadrži detaljne sirovine i materijale koji
uključuju energente namijenjene transformaciji energije ili neenergetskoj
potrošnji (isključujući one namijenjene finalnoj energetskoj potrošnji
industrije), rezervne dijelove, sitni inventar, ambalažu, gume za vozila i
drugi materijal za potrošnju prema svakoj industrijskoj skupini djelatnosti
NKD-a 2007. (od 05.1 do 36.0).

According to the concept of the REPRO Survey, the
term “raw materials and consumables” is defined in a wider context and
refers to all goods with physical dimension as well as to industrial
services that can be found in the NRMI 2008. under a separate code,
providing that they are used as inputs in the production process of
reporting units, where they may either be transformed or used up in the
production process. The NRMI 2008. comprises detailed raw materials and
consumables, which includes energy for transformation purposes or
non-energy consumption (excluding those used for final energy consumption in
industry), spare parts, small tools, containers, tubes and tires for
vehicles and other consumables to be consumed by each NKD 2007. industrial
activity group (05.1 – 36.0).

Potrošnja
sirovina i materijala u industriji pokriva sve sirovine i materijale
statističke jedinice nabavljene i utrošene u proizvodnom procesu za
proizvodnju proizvoda u sektoru industrije. Bilježe se sirovine i
materijali koji su vlastito proizvedeni (intermedijarni proizvodi
izvještajne jedinice) ili nabavljeni na domaćem i stranom tržištu (iz
uvoza) te utrošeni za industrijsku proizvodnju u istome izvještajnom
razdoblju. U istraživanju REPRO svaka pojedinačno utrošena sirovina i materijal
po NRMI-ju 2008. bilježi se u količinama (za utvrđenu mjernu jedinicu) i
vrijednosno u tisućama kuna.

It covers the consumption of raw materials and
consumables purchased and consumed by industrial statistical units in their
production process in the industry sector. It also covers the consumption
of own-produced raw materials and consumables (intermediate products of a
reporting unit) as well as those purchased by industrial statistical units
on domestic or non-domestic market (imports) and consumed in their
production process in the same reference period. In the REPRO Survey, the
consumption of each raw material and consumable classified in the NRMI
2008. is recorded in volume (using a defined measurement unit) and in
values in thousands of kuna.

se po tekućim kupovnim cijenama istovrsnih sirovina i materijala u vrijeme
kada ulaze u proizvodni proces, tj. kada se troše, a ne kada su
nabavljeni/kupljeni i stavljeni u skladište (na zalihe). Potrošnja
sirovina i materijala industrije usklađena je s definicijama ESA-e 95 u
dijelu koji se odnosi na intermedijarnu potrošnju5). Ne uključuje potrošnju fiksne aktive
(zgrade, strojevi, oprema, zemljište) čija se potrošnja bilježi kao
potrošnja fiksnoga kapitala.

It has to be recorded in current purchase prices
obtainable for the same kind of goods or services at the moment they are
actually entering the production process, that is, when they are consumed,
and not when they are purchased and put on stock (inventories). The
consumption of raw materials and consumables is harmonised with the
definition from the European System of Accounts (ESA) 95 in the part referring to the intermediate consumption5). This definition
excludes the consumption of fixed assets (buildings, machinery, equipments,
lend) which is recorded as the consumption of fixed capital.

vrijeme nabave kupovna cijena jest cijena koju kupac stvarno plaća za
proizvode, a uključuje sve poreze i pristojbe osim PDV-a i ostalih odbitnih
poreza na proizvode (npr. trošarine) te subvencija na proizvode. U kupovnu
cijenu treba uključiti i bilo koji trošak prijevoza koji kupac plaća
odvojeno na mjestu isporuke, a treba odbiti cjelokupni popust na količinu
ili kupnju izvan sezone i kamatu ili naplaćenu uslugu u kreditnim
aranžmanima ili neke naplate kao rezultat neplaćanja u roku. U istraživanju
REPRO vrijednost potrošenih sirovina i materijala od industrije bilježi se
po tekućim kupovnim cijenama istovrsnih sirovina i materijala u vrijeme kada
ulaze u proizvodni proces (kada se troše), a ne kada su kupljeni
(nabavljeni) i stavljeni na skladište (zalihe), a usklađena je s konceptom
ESA-e 95.

At the time of purchase, a purchase price is the
price purchaser actually pays for products. It includes taxes and charges
on products, but excluding VAT and other deductible taxes (e.g., excises)
and subsidies. It also includes any transport charges paid separately by
the purchaser at a place of delivery and excludes any discount for bulk or
off-peak purchase as well as interest or services charges added under
credit arrangements or any charge paid as a result of failing to pay within
a stated period of time. In the REPRO Survey, the value of raw materials
and consumables consumed by industries has to be recorded in current
purchase prices obtainable for the same kind of goods or services at the
moment when they actually enter the production process, that is, when they
are consumed, and not when they were purchased and put on stock
(inventories). It is in line with the ESA 95 concept.

industrijske usluge, a definiran je Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda
(NIP) i sastavni je dio istraživanja PRODCOM o industrijskoj proizvodnji
Republike Hrvatske. Istraživanje REPRO za 2010. povezano je s proizvodnjom
industrijskih proizvoda definiranih verzijom NIP 2010., dok će se za
sljedeća istraživanja REPRO/2011. i nadalje koristiti revidiranim verzijama
NIP-a za svaku sljedeću izvještajnu godinu. Te verzije bit će dostupne na
internetskim stranicama Državnog zavoda za statistiku, osim njihove objave
u Narodnim novinama početkom svake sljedeće godine.

is an outcome of a certain economic activity. It is a generic term applied
to products that have a physical dimension as well as for industrial
services. It is defined by the headings of the Nomenclature of Industrial
Products – NIP and it is an integral part of the PRODCOM Survey on
Industrial Production of the Republic of Croatia. The REPRO Survey for 2010
corresponds to the industrial production defined by the 2010 version of
NIP, while for the annual REPRO Survey 2011 and further on it will be
necessary to use revised versions of NIP for every subsequent reporting
year. These versions will be available on the website of the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics, besides their publication in Narodne novine (NN) at
the beginning of each year.

se na osnovi prodajne cijene koju je ostvario ili će ostvariti proizvođač u
izvještajnom razdoblju (fakturirane vrijednosti). U vrijednost prodaje
uključeni su i troškovi pakiranja i kada su obračunani (naplaćeni) posebno,
a isključeni su sljedeći izdaci: bilo koji obračun poreza na promet i
potrošnju (PDV i trošarine), troškovi otpreme kada su obračunani posebno
ili bilo koji popusti potrošačima. Za proizvode koji su dani u zakup ili
leasing trećim osobama određene su cijene koje su se za njih mogle postići
na tržištu kao procijenjene vrijednosti.

It is calculated on the basis of the selling price
obtained/ obtainable during the reporting period (invoiced values). The
value of production includes packaging costs, even if they are charged
separately, but the following costs are not included: any turnover and
consumer tax charged (VAT and excises), separately charged freight costs,
any discount granted to customers. If finished products are hired out or
leased to third parties, the price obtainable on the market for the product
in question is recorded as an estimated value.

simetričnih input-output tablica. Pojam je definiran u kontekstu ESA-e 95.
