Legal Entities Employing 5 or More Persons¹⁾

U 2010. pravne osobe s 5 i više zaposlenih u građevinskoj djelatnosti imale su prosječno 14,3% manje radnika na gradilištima i 16,4% manje odrađenih sati rada na gradilištima u odnosu na 2009.	In 2010, legal entities employing 5 or more persons engaged in construction activities had on the average 14.3% less workers on sites and 16.4% less working hours done on sites than in 2009.
Vrijednost radova koje su izvršili radnici na gradilištima u 2010. manja je za 26,8% u odnosu na 2009.	In 2010, the value of construction works done by workers on sites decreased by 26.8%, as compared to 2009.
Prema vrstama građevina, 52,2% vrijednosti izvršenih radova ostvareno je na zgradama, a 47,8% na ostalim građevinama.	By types of constructions, 52.2% out of the total works were done on buildings and 47.8% on civil engineering works.
Prema vrstama gradnje, udio vrijednosti izvršenih radova na novogradnji jest 63,1%, a na rekonstrukcijama, adaptacijama, popravcima i održavanju jest 36,9%.	By types of works, 63.1% out of the total works were done on new constructions and 36.9% on reconstructions, adaptations, repairs and maintenance works.

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA		NOTES ON METHODOLOGY
U ovom priopćenju iskazani su podaci prikupljeni izvještajnom metodom pomoću obrasca Godišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima (GRAĐ-12).		Data on construction presented in this publication are collected through reporting methods using the Annual Report on Construction Works (GRAĐ-12 form).

Godišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima prikuplja se za pravne osobe ili njihove dijelove s 5 i više zaposlenih koje su u Registru poslovnih subjekata prema NKD-u 2007. razvrstane u područje F Građevinarstvo.		The Annual Report on Construction Works is collected for legal entities and parts thereof employing 5 or more persons classified in the Register of Legal Entities according to the National Classification of Economic Activities under section F - Construction.
Obuhvat građevinske djelatnosti usklađen je s područjem F  Građevinarstvo u NKD-u 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.), a podaci o vrstama građevina razvrstavaju se prema Klasifikaciji vrsta građevina – KVG (NN, br. 11/98.). Navedene klasifikacije usklađene su s odgovarajućim klasifikacijama koje propisuje Statistički ured Europske unije (NACE Rev. 2., Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).		Coverage of construction activities is harmonised with section F - Construction in the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07 and 72/07) and data on types of constructions are classified according to the Classification of Types of Constructions – KVG (NN, No. 11/98). This Classification is harmonised with the Classification prescribed by the Statistical Office of the European Communities (NACE Rev. 2., Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).
Podaci se odnose na građevinske radove koji su se obavljali na području Republike Hrvatske.		Data refer to all construction works done on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Definicije		Definitions
Vrijednost izvršenih građevinskih radova dana je u tekućim cijenama i uključuje stvarno izvršene radove u izvještajnoj godini bez obzira na to jesu li naplaćeni ili nisu.		Value of construction works done is presented in current prices and includes work really done during the reporting year, irrespective of whether they are paid for or not.
Vrijednost izvršenih radova uključuje vrijednost rada, ugrađenog materijala i gotovih proizvoda za ugradnju, goriva i električne energije, troškove uporabe građevinskih strojeva i opreme te druge troškove u vezi s izvođenjem radova.		Value of construction works done includes the value of work, building material, complete units and structures, propulsion material and electricity, expenses of using construction machinery and equipment and other expenses relating to the work.
U vrijednost izvršenih radova nije uključena vrijednost radova (vlastitih) podizvođača (da se izbjegne dvostruko iskazivanje radova), porez na dodanu vrijednost te troškovi kupnje zemljišta, projektiranja, premjeravanja zemljišta i nadzora.		Value of construction works done excludes works subcontracted to others in order to avoid the duplicity in presenting works, value added tax, costs of purchase of the land, project cost, surveying of land and supervising of services.
Građevine su objekti povezani s tlom na kojima se obavljaju građevinski radovi, napravljene su od građevinskih materijala i gotovih proizvoda za ugradnju.		Constructions are structures connected with the ground, for which construction works are carried out, and which are made of construction materials and components.
Zgrade su stalne građevine koje imaju krovište i vanjske zidove, sagrađene su kao samostalne uporabne cjeline koje pružaju zaštitu od vremenskih i drugih vanjskih utjecaja, a namijenjene su stanovanju, obavljanju neke djelatnosti ili smještaju i čuvanju životinja, robe, opreme za različite proizvodne i uslužne djelatnosti itd. Zgradama se smatraju i građevine koje imaju krov, ali nemaju (sve) zidove, npr. nadstrešnice, te građevine koje su pretežno ili potpuno smještene ispod površine zemlje, npr. skloništa, podzemne garaže, prodavaonice i drugi poslovni prostori u pothodnicima i slično.		Buildings are permanent constructions covered with roof and closed with outer walls. They are built as separate useful units that protect from weather and other conditions, intended for dwelling, performing of a certain activity or for placing and keeping of animals, goods, equipment used in various industrial activities and services etc. Buildings are also constructions covered with roof but without (all) walls, e.g. porches, and underground constructions, e.g. underground shelters, underground garages, underground shopping centres and other business premises in subways etc.
Stambene zgrade jesu građevine u kojima je 50% ili više ukupne korisne podne površine namijenjeno u stambene svrhe.		Residential buildings are constructions in which 50% or more of useful floor area is intended for dwelling purposes.
Nestambene zgrade jesu građevine koje nemaju stambene površine ili je manje od 50% ukupne korisne podne površine namijenjeno u stambene svrhe.		Non-residential buildings are constructions without a dwelling area, or in which less than 50% of the overall useful floor area is used for dwelling purposes.
Ostale građevine jesu sve građevine koje nisu zgrade, npr. ceste, pruge, cjevovodi, mostovi, brane, sportski tereni itd.		Civil engineering works are all constructions not classified under buildings, e.g., roads, railways, pipelines, bridges, dams, constructions intended for sport and recreation, etc.
Novogradnja je gradnja nove građevine na mjestu na kojem prije nije bilo nikakve građevine ili je postojala, ali je uklonjena. U novogradnju je također uključena ponovna izgradnja prostora iza sačuvanih pročelja postojećih zgrada ako su unutrašnji stropovi i zidovi potpuno urušeni (npr. zbog ratnih razaranja, elementarnih nepogoda, starosti zgrade itd.).		New construction works include building of new construction on sites where either no construction existed before, or they existed, but were removed. It also includes complete reconstruction of buildings (ruined in war, elementary disasters, old age etc.) of which only facades are retained but internal ceilings and walls are entirely fallen in.
Rekonstrukcije i adaptacije obuhvaćaju građevinske radove kojima se bitno izmjenjuje konstrukcija postojeće građevine radi proširenja građevine, poboljšanja njezine kvalitete, prilagodbe novoj namjeni, produženja njezinoga uobičajenog trajanja i slično.		Reconstructions and adaptations include construction works  that essentially change the structure of an existing construction in order to increase its capacity or achieve better quality of construction, to adjust it to a new purpose, extend its expected  life span etc.
Vrijednost radova dogradnje i nadogradnje prikazana je zajedno s radovima novogradnje ako je riječ o kompletnoj novoj stambenoj ili poslovnoj cjelini.		Value of extensions and additional construction works are presented together with works on new constructions if the new residential or business entirety is concerned.
Veliki popravci jesu radovi kojima se obnavljaju (zamjenjuju) dotrajali bitni dijelovi građevine bez promjene konstrukcijskog sustava, veličine, kapaciteta, namjene građevine ili rasporeda prostorija.		Major repairs are construction works that comprise renewal (replacement) of significant dilapidated parts of a construction without changing its structural system, size, capacity, use or the arrangement of rooms.
Održavanje i manji popravci jesu građevinski radovi koji se povremeno obavljaju radi održavanja građevine u upotrebnom stanju.		Minor repairs and maintenance works are construction works performed periodically in order to maintain the usable condition of a construction.
