BUILDING PERMITS ISSUED, 2010

 

 

U 2010. izdano je 10 087 odobrenja za građenje, što je za 14,1% manje nego u 2009.

 

There were 10 087 building permits issued in 2010, which was by 14.1% less than in 2009.

 

 

 

Za izdana odobrenja za građenje u 2010. predviđena je vrijednost radova u iznosu od 29 636 903 tisuće kuna, što je za 8,0% manje nego u 2009.

 

The planned value of works for the building permits issued in 2010 amounted to 29 636 903 thousand kuna, which was by 8.0% less than in 2009.

 

 

 

Prema izdanim odobrenjima za građenje u 2010., predviđeno je građenje 13 378 stanova, što je za 21,4% manje nego u 2009.

 

According to the permits issued in 2010, there were 13 378 dwellings planned to be built, which was by 21.4% less than in 2009.

U ovom priopćenju iskazani su podaci prikupljeni izvještajnom metodom s pomoću obrasca Mjesečni izvještaj o izdanim odobrenjima za građenje (GRAĐ-44a).

 

Data on construction presented in this publication are collected through reporting methods using the Monthly Report on Building Permits Issued (GRAĐ-44a form).

Mjesečni izvještaj o izdanim odobrenjima za građenje prikuplja se od nadležnih upravnih tijela županija, velikih gradova i gradova sjedišta županija, Grada Zagreba te Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva, koja izdaju akte kojima se prema Zakonu o prostornom uređenju i gradnji (NN, br. 76/07.) odobrava građenje (građevinske dozvole, potvrde glavnog projekta, rješenja o uvjetima građenja te rješenja za građenje na temelju Zakona o postupanju i uvjetima gradnje radi poticanja ulaganja (NN, br. 69/09.).

 

The monthly Report on Building Permits Issued is collected from the services in county state administration offices, administrative bodies of big towns and county seats, the City of Zagreb and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, which issue documents, specified in the Construction and Urban Planning Act (NN, No. 76/07), by which the construction is approved (building permits, approval of the main project and settlement of construction conditions as well as legal decisions for construction on the basis of the Act on Methods and Building Conditions for the Stimulation of Investments (NN, No. 69/09).

 

 

 

Podaci o vrstama građevina i radova razvrstani su prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji vrsta građevina – NKVG (Metodološke upute br. 41, ISBN 953-6667-33-9, DZS, 2002.). Ta je  klasifikacija usklađena s klasifikacijom koju propisuje Statistički ured Europske unije (Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).

 

Data on type of constructions and works are classified according to the National Classification of Types of Constructions − NKVG (Methodologies No. 41, ISBN 953-6667-33-9, CBS, 2002). This Classification is harmonised with the classification prescribed by the Statistical Office of the European Union (Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).

Građevine su objekti povezani s tlom, nastali izvođenjem građevinskih radova, a načinjene su od građevinskih materijala i gotovih proizvoda za ugradnju.

 

Constructions are structures connected with the ground, for which construction works are carried out, and which are made of construction materials and components.

 

 

 

Zgrade su stalne građevine koje imaju krovište i vanjske zidove. Sagrađene su kao samostalne uporabne cjeline koje pružaju zaštitu od vremenskih i drugih vanjskih utjecaja, a namijenjene su stanovanju, obavljanju neke djelatnosti ili smještaju i čuvanju životinja, robe, opreme za različite proizvodne i uslužne djelatnosti itd.

 

Buildings are permanent constructions covered with roof and closed with outer walls. They are built as separate useful units that protect from weather and other conditions, intended for dwelling, performing a certain activity or for placing and upkeeping animals, goods, equipment used in various industrial activities and services etc.

 

 

 

U ovom istraživanju zgradama se smatraju i građevine koje imaju krov, ali nemaju (sve) zidove, npr. nadstrešnice, i građevine koje su pretežno ili potpuno smještene ispod površine zemlje, npr. skloništa, podzemne garaže, prodavaonice i drugi poslovni prostori u pothodnicima i slično.

 

In this survey buildings are also constructions covered with roof but without (some of the) walls, e.g. porches, and underground constructions, e.g. underground shelters, underground garages, underground shopping centres etc.

 

 

 

Stambene zgrade jesu građevine u kojima je 50% ili više ukupne korisne podne površine zgrade namijenjeno stambenim svrhama.

 

Residential buildings are constructions in which 50% or more of useful floor area is intended for dwelling purposes.

 

 

 

Nestambene zgrade jesu građevine koje nemaju stambene površine ili je manje od 50% ukupne korisne podne površine zgrade namijenjeno stambenim svrhama.

 

Non-residential buildings are constructions without dwelling area, in which less than 50% of the total useful floor area is used for dwelling purposes.

 

 

 

površina zgrade jest zbroj površina svih etaža u zgradi koje su obuhvaćene vanjskim zidovima.

 

Floor area of buildings is a sum total of area of all floors of the building placed inside the outer walls.

 

 

 

Korisna površina stana jest podna površina stana mjerena unutar zidova stana.

 

Useful floor area of a dwelling is a floor area of the dwelling, measured inside the walls of the dwelling.

 

 

 

Volumen zgrade jest zbroj volumena svih natkrivenih dijelova zgrade uključujući vanjske zidove.

 

Volume of building is sum total of volumes of all roofed over space of the building, including outer walls.

 

 

 

Ostale građevine jesu sve građevine koje nisu zgrade, npr. ceste, pruge, cjevovodi, mostovi, brane, sportski tereni itd.

 

Civil engineering works are all constructions not classified under buildings, e.g., roads, railways, pipelines, bridges, dams, constructions intended for sport and recreation, etc.

 

 

 

Novogradnja je gradnja nove građevine na mjestu na kojem prije nije bilo nikakve građevine ili je postojala, ali je uklonjena.

 

New construction is a newly-built structure built on a location where no structure existed or on a location previously cleared by demolition.

 

 

 

rekonstrukcije su građevinski radovi kojima se utječe na bitna svojstva postojećih građevina, npr. dogradnja i nadogradnja, prenamjena i drugi radovi kojima se bitno poboljšava uporabna vrijednost građevine (npr. kapacitet, kvaliteta, funkcija) i/ili kojima se produžuje ili barem obnavlja njezino trajanje.

 

Reconstructions are construction works which effect on main characteristics of already existing construction, e.g. additions and extensions, conversions and other works which significantly improve the use value of construction (e.g. capacity, quality, function) and/or which prolong or at least to restore its duration.

 

 

 

Vrijednost radova određuje se prema troškovniku koji prilaže investitor, a koja se koristi za izračunavanje pristojbe za izdavanje odobrenja za građenje.

 

Value of works is defined according to the bill of costs submitted by an investor, which is used for defining a tax paid for issuing of building permit.
