Izvozne
cijene izražene u kunama prema NKD-u 2007. u razdoblju od siječnja do
lipnja 2011. u odnosu na razdoblje od siječnja do prosinca 2010. bilježe
rast od 10,6% dok uvozne cijene bilježe rast od 6,4%.

Export prices expressed in kuna, in the period from
January to June 2011, as compared to the period from January to December
2010, according to the NKD 2007., increased by 10.6% and import prices by
6.4%.

|
Porast
izvoznih cijena izražen u kunama prema područjima NKD-a 2007. u razdoblju
od siječnja do lipnja 2011. u odnosu na razdoblje od siječnja do prosinca
2010. ostvaren je u područjima A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (19,8%),
B Rudarstvo i vađenje (11,9%) i C Prerađivačka industrija (9,9%).

U ovom priopćenju Državni zavod za statistiku
Republike Hrvatske objavljuje privremene podatke o indeksima izvoznih i
uvoznih cijena za Republiku Hrvatsku.

In this release, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics
publishes provisional data on export and import price indices for the Republic of Croatia.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvor su podataka Jedinstvene carinske deklaracije o
izvozu i uvozu robe, koje Državni zavod za statistiku Republike Hrvatske
preuzima od Carinske uprave Republike Hrvatske, i koji se također koriste
za redovitu statističku obradu podataka izvoza i uvoza Republike Hrvatske.

The data sources are single administrative documents
on export and import of goods, which the Croatian Bureau of Statistics
takes over from the Customs Administration of the Republic of Croatia. These documents are also used for the regular statistical data processing of export
and import of the Republic of Croatia.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Indeksi izvoznih i uvoznih cijena izračunani su kao
indeksi jediničnih vrijednosti (unit value indices), tj. indeksi
promjene vrijednosti izvoza i uvoza po količinskoj jedinici
izvezenih/uvezenih proizvoda, odnosno po kilogramu kao jedinstvenoj i
usporedivoj količinskoj jedinici za sve proizvode.

Export and import price indices were calculated as
unit value indices, in other words, indices of the change of the export and
import value per quantity unit of exported/imported goods, that is, per
kilogram as a uniform and comparable quantity unit for all goods.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Indeksi su izračunani posebno za vrijednosti
izvoza/uvoza izražene u kunama, a posebno u eurima i američkim dolarima.
|
|
Indices were calculated separately for export/import
values expressed in kuna and for those expressed in euros and American
dollars.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Vrijednosti izvoza i uvoza preračunane su u kune,
eure i američke dolare primjenom tekućih dnevnih tečajnih lista stranih
valuta koje određuje Hrvatska narodna banka, a vrijede na dan carinjenja
robe. Vrijednosti se preračunavaju na osnovi isporuke na hrvatskoj granici,
tj. izvoz na osnovi pariteta fob, a uvoz na osnovi pariteta cif.

Export and import values have been converted into
kuna, euros and American dollars according to the current daily exchange
rate lists of foreign currencies as determined by the Croatian National
Bank, valid on the day when customs duties were levied. Values are
recalculated according to deliveries at the Croatian border, that is,
export on the basis of the FOB parity and import on the basis of the CIF
parity.

|
|
|
Osim utjecaja promjene cijena, ti indeksi sadrže i
utjecaj međuvalutnih promjena u odnosu na kunu, euro i američki dolar te
utjecaj promjene sastava roba koje ulaze u jednu stavku Nomenklature
carinske tarife. Premda se koristi maksimalno moguća raščlanjena nomenklatura
proizvoda, unutar jedne stavke, tj. jedne šifre proizvoda još može
postojati vrlo heterogena skupina proizvoda različite kvalitete i
pojedinačne cijene.

Besides effects caused by the change in prices, these
indices are also affected by inter-currency changes in relation to kuna,
euro and American dollar as well as by changes in the composition of goods

Iz obračuna indeksa cijena isključuju se dijelovi
proizvoda koji se, prema posebnim propisima Carinske uprave, razvrstavaju u
istu tarifnu stavku kao i gotov proizvod; skupine proizvoda Carinske
tarife: 71, 88, 89, 93, 99; proizvodi čija pojedinačna cijena (unit
value) odstupa od prosječne cijene za više od +/- 2d
(standardna devijacija) te proizvodi čiji je pojedinačni indeks cijena
izvan utvrđenog intervala. Zbog tih isključivanja lista proizvoda za koje
se izračunavaju indeksi cijena nije stabilna, tj. razlikuje se u svakome
pojedinom tromjesečju. Promjena liste obuhvaćenih proizvoda utječe na
dobivene indekse.

Excluded from the price index calculation are
parts of products that are, according to the special regulations of the
Customs Administration, classified into the same tariff item as a final
product; groups of products of the Customs tariff: 71, 88, 89, 93, 99;
products with a unit value that deviates from the average value by more
than +/- 2d (standard deviation) as well as products whose single price index cannot be found within
the interval. Due to the mentioned exclusions, the list of goods for which indices
are calculated is not stable, that is, it is different in each quarter. The
change in the list of goods included affects the given indices.

Od 1. siječnja 2004. za izračun indeksa cijena u
primjeni je nova metodologija koja se razlikuje od dosadašnje po
sljedećemu:

use in the calculation of price indices. It is different from the previous
one in the following:

obračun su uključeni poslovi oplemenjivanja
- inputirane

struktura vrijednosti izvoza/uvoza.

Treba napomenuti da se pri svakoj obradi podataka
ponavlja postupak isključivanja proizvoda. Budući da se u godini mijenjaju
podaci za prijašnja razdoblja, moguća su odstupanja od prethodno
objavljenih podataka. Godišnji podatak indeksa cijena najkvalitetniji je s
obzirom na to da se izračunava iz sveobuhvatnih podataka.

It must be pointed out that the process of excluding
the products is repeated with each data processing. Since data on previous
periods are changed in the course of a year, there may be certain
aberrations from previously published data. The calculation of the annual
price indices by using the most comprehensive data resulted in their higher
quality.

U prikazivanju podataka po djelatnostima primjenjuje
se klasifikacija NKD 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.), koja je stupila na
snagu 1. siječnja 2008. Utemeljena je na europskoj klasifikaciji NACE, Rev.
2, koja je obvezatna za zemlje članice Europske unije. Uvođenje NKD-a 2007.
katkad dovodi do prekida vremenskih serija s obzirom na promjene u
strukturi klasifikacije. Sve bitne promjene koje su se dogodile u
klasifikaciji objavljene su u Metodologiji za statističku primjenu
Nacionalne klasifikacije djelatnosti 2007. – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 102/07. i
123/08.).

Data by type of activities are presented according to
the NKD 2007. (NN, Nos. 58/07 and 72/07), which entered into force on 1
January 2008 and is based on the European classification NACE, Rev. 2,
which is obligatory in the EU Member States. The implementation of NKD
2007. leads occasionally to the break in time series due to the changes in
classification's structure. All relevant changes in the classification were
published in the Methodology for Statistical Implementation of the National
Classification of Activities, 2007 version – NKD 2007. (NN, Nos. 102/07 and
123/08).

Podaci se iskazuju prema proizvodnom načelu kod kojeg
se podaci za izvoz i uvoz dobivaju prema djelatnosti koja proizvodi dotični
proizvod, odnosno iz koje proizvod potječe.

according to which export and import data are reported according to the
manufacturing activity from which the product originates.

Roba koja se pojavljuje u izvozu i uvozu za potrebe
statistike razvrstava se prema Standardnoj međunarodnoj trgovinskoj
klasifikaciji (SMTK, Rev. 4).

Goods listed under export and import, for statistical
needs, are classified according to the Standard International Trade Classification
(SITC, Rev. 4).
