U 2011. godini 1 016 putničkih agencija i njihovih poslovnica organiziralo je jednodnevne izlete i putovanja za domaće turiste u zemlji i inozemstvu te putovanja stranih turista u Republici Hrvatskoj.

 

In 2011, there were 1 016 travel agencies and their offices that arranged same-day trips and travels in the country and abroad for domestic tourists as well as travels in the Republic of Croatia for foreign tourists.

 

 

 

Broj domaćih izletnika čiji su jednodnevni izleti ostvareni u organizaciji putničkih agencija u 2011. u odnosu na 2010. u Republici Hrvatskoj veći je za 19,2%, a broj izletnika u strane zemlje veći je za 1,3%.

 

In 2011, as compared to 2010, the number of domestic same-day tourists, whose trips were organised by travel agencies, increased by 19.2% for those travelling in the Republic of Croatia and by 1.3% for those travelling abroad.

 

 

 

U 2011. broj domaćih turista koji su putovali u organizaciji putničkih agencija u Republici Hrvatskoj iznosio je 298 627, a broj ostvarenih noćenja 1 197 646. Turisti su prosječno noćili četiri noći.

 

In 2011, the number of domestic tourists whose travels in the Republic of Croatia were arranged by tourist agencies amounted to
298 627 and the number of tourist nights to 1 197 646. There were four tourist nights on the average.

 

 

 

Broj domaćih turista koji su putovali u organizaciji putničkih agencija u zemlji u odnosu na 2010. manji je za 5,2%, a broj noćenja manji je za 11,3%.

 

The number of domestic tourists whose travels were arranged by tourist agencies in the country decreased by 5.2% and the number of tourist nights by 11.3% as compared to 2010, with the average of four tourist nights.

 

 

 

U 2011. broj domaćih turista koji su putovali u organizaciji putničkih agencija u strane zemlje iznosio je 256 596, a broj ostvarenih noćenja
1 093 882. Turisti su prosječno noćili četiri noći.

 

In 2011, the number of domestic tourists whose travels abroad were arranged by tourist agencies  amounted to 256 596  and the number of tourist nights to 1 093 882. There were four tourist nights on the average.

 

 

 

U inozemstvo je putovalo 1,7% više turista i ostvarilo 2,9% manje noćenja nego u prethodnoj godini.

 

There were 1.7% tourists more who travelled abroad and 2.9% tourist nights less than in 2010.

 

 

 

Od 256 596 domaćih turista koji su putovali u inozemstvo u organizaciji putničkih agencija, najviše ih je putovalo u Italiju (15,9%), Austriju (11,7%), Češku (8,0%), Njemačku (7,6%), Francusku (7,5%), Sloveniju (5,6%), Bosnu i Hercegovinu (5,5%) te Mađarsku (4,7%), što čini ukupno 66,5%. U ostale zemlje putovalo je 33,5% turista.

 

Out of 256 596 domestic tourists who travelled abroad through the mediation of travel agencies, most of them (66.5%) went to Italy (15.9%), Austria (11.7%), the Czech Republic (8.0%), Germany (7.6%), France (7.5%), Slovenia (5.6%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (5.5%) and Hungary (4.7%). There were 33.5% of tourists who travelled to other countries.

 

 

 

U 2011. putničke agencije organizirale su putovanja u Republici Hrvatskoj za 1 954 745 stranih turista, koji su ostvarili 13 449 067 noćenja. Turisti su prosječno noćili sedam noći.

 

In 2011, travel agencies arranged travels in the Republic of Croatia for 1 954 745 foreign tourists who realised 13 449 067 tourist nights, with the average of seven tourist nights.

 

 

 

Broj stranih turista koji su u Republiku Hrvatsku došli u organizaciji putničkih agencija u 2011. u odnosu na 2010. veći je za 6,6%, a broj noćenja veći je za 6,0%.

 

In 2011, the number of foreign tourists who came to the Republic of Croatia through the mediation of travel agencies increased by 6.6% and the number of tourist nights by 6.0%, as compared to 2010.

 

 

 

U strukturi noćenja stranih turista u Republici Hrvatskoj koji su došli u organizaciji putničkih agencija najviše noćenja ostvarili su turisti iz Njemačke (26,9%), Češke (8,8%), Italije (8,7%), Poljske (6,2%), Slovenije (5,4%), Ujedinjene Kraljevine (5,3%), Austrije (4,9%), Francuske i Rusije (svaka po 4,8%), što čini ukupno 75,8%. Turisti iz ostalih zemalja ostvarili su 24,2% noćenja.

 

Concerning the structure of nights of foreign tourists in the Republic of Croatia who travelled through the mediation of travel agencies, the most of them (75.8%) were realised by tourists from Germany (26.9%),    the Czech Republic (8.8%), Italy (8.7%), Poland (6.2%), Slovenia (5.4%), the United Kingdom (5.3%), Austria (4.9%), France and the Russian Federation (4.8% each). Tourists from other countries realised 24.2% of tourist nights.

Izvor podataka jest godišnje statističko istraživanje Izvještaj o putničkim agencijama (obrazac TU-14).

 

The data source is a regular statistical survey titled the Report on Travel Agencies (TU-14 form).
 

 
 

Obrazac TU-14 ispunjava se za cijelu putničku agenciju bez obzira na to gdje se nalaze njezine poslovnice.

 

The questionnaire (TU-14 form) must be filled in for the whole tourist agency, irrespective of where its offices may be located.
 

 
 
Istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni svi poslovni subjekti i njihovi dijelovi čija se djelatnost sastoji od organiziranja turističkog prometa za domaće i strane izletnike i turiste, a imaju sjedište u Republici Hrvatskoj.

 
The survey covers all business entities and parts thereof whose seat is in the Republic of Croatia, whose activity includes organising of tourist transport for domestic and foreign same–day visitors and tourists.

 

 

 

Putnička agencija jest trgovačko društvo ili trgovac pojedinac, obrtnik ili njihova organizacijska jedinica koji pružaju usluge organiziranja ili posredovanja usluga vezanih uz putovanje i boravak turista ako ispunjava uvjete pružanja usluga utvrđenih Zakonom o pružanju usluga u turizmu (NN, br. 68/07. i 88/10.).

 

A travel agency is a trade company or an individual trader, a tradesman or their organisational unit rendering services of organising or intermediation of services related to travel and stays of tourists if it fulfils the conditions of rendering of services as regulated in the Provision of Tourism Services Act (NN, Nos 68/07 and 88/10).

 

 

 

Prema Pravilniku o identifikacijskom kodu putničke agencije (NN, br. 78/96., 47/97. i 80/98.) putnička agencija prema vrsti usluga koje pruža može biti: putnička agencija organizator putovanja, putnička agencija posrednik, putnička agencija posrednik u pružanju usluga turističke asistencije i ugostiteljskih usluga u kućanstvu, putnička agencija koja prodaje karte za izlete i priredbe te pruža usluge mjenjačnice ili turističkih informacija i putnička agencija koja je organizator putovanja i posrednik.

 

According to the Regulation on the identification code of travel agencies (NN, Nos 78/96, 47/97 and 80/98) by type of travel agency services provided a travel agency may be: a tour operator, a travel agency – intermediary, a travel agency – intermediary engaged in rendering passenger assistance service and mediation in private accommodation, in selling tickets for trips or performances and exchange office or tourist information services and a tourist agency that is both a tour operator and travel agency – intermediary.

 

 

 

Ovim istraživanjem nisu obuhvaćene putničke agencija posrednici koje pružaju samo usluge prodaja karata za priredbe, usluge mjenjačnice ili pružanje usluge turističkih informacija.

 

This survey does not include travel agency intermediaries that provide services only sells tickets for events, exchange services or the provision of tourist information services.

Definitions

 

 

 

Turist je svaka osoba koja u mjestu izvan svog prebivališta provede najmanje jednu noć u ugostiteljskom ili drugom objektu za smještaj turista radi odmora ili rekreacije, zdravlja, studija, sporta, religije, porodice, poslova, javnih misija ili skupova. U turiste se ne uključuju migranti, pogranični radnici, diplomati, članovi vojnih snaga na redovitim zadacima, prognanici i nomadi.

 

Tourist is every person who, outside his or her place of usual residence, spends at least one night in an accommodation facility or in another facility intended for accommodating tourists for rest or recreation, health, studying, sports, religion, family, business, public missions or gatherings. Migrants, cross-border workers, diplomats, military members at regular missions, refugees and nomads are not considered tourists.

 

 

 

Izlet jest unaprijed utvrđena kombinacija od najmanje dvije pojedinačne usluge koje se sastoje od prijevoza ili drugih turističkih i ugostiteljskih usluga, a traju kraće od 24 sata i ne uključuju noćenje.

 

The trip is pre-arranged combination of at least two individual services consist of transportation and other tourism and hospitality services, which last less than 24 hours and does not include an overnight stay.

 

 

 

Izletnik je osoba koja odlazi na jednodnevni izlet izvan svog mjesta prebivališta i vraća se isti dan (ne prenoći u mjestu posjeta).

 

Same-day visitor is every person who goes for a same-day trip outside his place of usual residence and comes back the same day (he does not spend a night in the place he visits).

 

 

 

Kružnim putovanjem smatra se turističko putovanje u trajanju od nekoliko dana prema određenom itineraru (razrađenom planu putovanja) kružnog tijeka. To je paušalni aranžman s različitim prijevoznim sredstvima i svim turističkim uslugama u tijeku putovanja uključujući vodiča i pratitelja.

 

Tour or cruise is a tourist journey lasting for several days according to a specific tour (cruise) itinerary (elaborated plan of the journey). It is an inclusive tour that comprises various transportation means and all tourist services during the journey, including a guide and tour conductor.

 

 

 

U tablici 5. iskazani su podaci o jednodnevnim izletima koje putničke agencije organiziraju ili kod kojih posreduju pri organizaciji za turiste koji borave u nekome turističkom mjestu. Na taj način turistima se pruža jedan oblik razonode tijekom njihova boravka u nekome turističkom mjestu. Broj polazaka odnosi se na  ostvaren broj izleta tijekom godine.

 

Table 5. contains data on same-day trips that travel agencies either arrange or intermediate in arrangement for tourists who stay in a particular tourist resort. This provides a type of leisure to tourists during their stay in a particular tourist resort. The number of departures refers to the realised number of trips in the course of a year.

 

 

 

U tablici 6. prikazani su podaci samo za glavno prijevozno sredstvo kojim su domaći turisti putovali u Republici Hrvatskoj odnosno iz Republike Hrvatske (ne odnosi se na jednodnevne izlete). Prijevoz može organizirati putnička agencija ili to može biti osobno organiziran prijevoz bilo kojim prijevoznim sredstvom.

 

Table 6. shows data on only the main transportation mean in which domestic tourists travelled in the Republic of Croatia or from the Republic of Croatia, respectively (it does not refer to same-day trips). The transport may be arranged by a travel agency or it can be individually arranged transport by using any transportation mean.
