|
|
Ukupna količina otpada nastaloga u izvještajnim
jedinicama u 2010. iznosila je 3 157 963 t. Komunalni otpad (kućni otpad i
slični otpad iz industrijskih i zanatskih pogona), uključujući i odvojeno
prikupljene sastojke, činio je 49,1% (1 551 622 t), otpad iz uređaja za
obradu otpada, otpadnih voda izvan mjesta nastanka i pripremu vode za
korištenje ljudi i industrije 14,0% (441 051 t), građevinski otpad i otpad
od rušenja objekata (uključujući iskapanje zemlje na kontaminiranim
mjestima) 8,0% (252 845 t), otpad od prerade drva te proizvodnje ploča i
namještaja, celuloze, papira i kartona 6,3% (199 705 t), anorganski otpad
iz termičkih procesa 5,1% (161 448 t), otpad iz poljodjelstva, vrtlarstva,
akvakulture, šumarstva, lovstva i ribarstva, pripremanja hrane i prerade
4,8% (150 670 t), dok su ostale grupe otpada činile 12,7%.

In 2010, the total quantity of wastes generated in
reporting units amounted to 3 157 963 t. Municipal wastes (household waste
and similar commercial, industrial and institutional wastes) including
separately collected fractions made 49.1% (1 551 622 t), wastes from waste
management facilities, off-site waste water treatment plants and the water
intended for human consumption and water for industrial use made 14.0% (441
051 t), construction and demolition wastes (including excavated soil from
contaminated sites) made 8.0% (252 845 t), Wastes
from wood processing and the production of panels and furniture,
pulp, paper and cardboard made 6.3% (199 705 t), wastes from thermal
processes made 5.1% (161 448 t), wastes from agricultural, horticultural,
aquaculture, forestry, hunting and fishing, food preparation and processing
made 4.8% (150 670 t) and other groups of wastes made 12.7%.

|
Uvezeno je bilo 29 228 t, od čega 41,3% (12 078 t) iz zemalja
(EU-a), a 58,7% (17 150 t) iz drugih zemalja. Od ukupno uvezenog otpada,
63,6% (18 589 t) odnosilo se na građevinski otpad i otpad od rušenja
objekata (uključujući iskapanje zemlje na kontaminiranim mjestima).

Out of the total quantity of imported wastes (29 228
t), 41.3% (12 078 t) were imported from the EU Member States and 58.7% (17
150 t) from other countries. Out of the total imported wastes, 63.6% (18
589 t) consisted of construction and demolition wastes (including excavated
soil from contaminated sites).

|
|
Izvezenog otpada bilo je 310 232 t, od čega 93,7%
(290 664 t) u zemlje EU-a, a 6,3% (19 568 t) u druge zemlje. Od ukupno
izvezenog otpada, 30,8% (95 704 t) odnosilo se na građevinski otpad i otpad
od rušenja objekata (uključujući iskapanje zemlje na kontaminiranim mjestima), otpad iz uređaja za obradu otpada, otpadnih
voda izvan mjesta nastanka i pripremu vode za korištenje ljudi i industrije
25,4% (78 815 t), otpad od prerade drva te proizvodnje ploča i namještaja,
celuloze, papira i kartona 12,0% (37 121 t), komunalni otpad (kućni otpad i
slični otpad iz industrijskih i zanatskih pogona), uključujući odvojeno
prikupljene sastojke, 9,2% (28 542 t), a ostatak od 22,6% činio je
otpad iz drugih grupa.

Out of the total quantity of exported wastes (310 232

Od ukupno 133 640 t spaljenog otpada u 2010. uz
oporabu energije spaljeno je 110 067 t (82,4%), dok je na zemlji bilo
spaljeno 23 573 t (17,6%).
|

In 2010, out of 133 640 t of incinerated waste, 110
067 t (82.4%) were incinerated with recovery of energy and 23 573 t (17.6%)
on the land.
|

Od ukupne količine spaljenog otpada (133 640 t) otpad
od prerade drva te proizvodnje ploča i namještaja, celuloze, papira i
kartona iznosio je 58,1% (77 622 t), pri čemu je uz oporabu energije
spaljeno 99,0% (76 833), a na zemlji 1,0% (789 t), otpad iz
poljodjelstva, vrtlarstva, akvakulture, šumarstva, lovstva i ribarstva,
pripremanja hrane i prerade 7,41% (9 907 t), pri čemu je uz oporabu
energije spaljeno 16,8% (1 662 t), a na zemlji 83,2% (8 245 t),
otpadna ulja i otpadna tekuća goriva (osim jestivih ulja i onih iz 05 00
00, 12 00 00 i 19 00 00) 7,1% (9 479 t) pri čemu je uz oporabu
energije spaljeno 97,8% (9 272 t), a na zemlji 2,2% (207 t), komunalni
otpad (kućni otpad i sličan otpad iz industrijskih i zanatskih pogona),
uključujući odvojeno prikupljene sastojke 6,6% (8 800 t), pri čemu je uz
oporabu energije spaljeno 41,2% (3 627 t) a na zemlji 58,8% (5 173 t),
otpad iz uređaja za obradu otpada, otpadnih voda izvan mjesta nastanka i
pripremu vode za korištenje ljudi i industrije 4,1% (5 425 t), pri čemu je
uz oporabu energije spaljeno 50,7% (2 749 t), a na zemlji 49,3% (2 676 t),
otpad koji nije drugdje specificiran u Popisu 3,9% (5 287 t), pri čemu je
uz oporabu energije spaljeno 71,7% (3 791 t), a na zemlji 28,3% (1 496
t).

on the land; wastes from waste management facilities, off-site waste water
treatment plants and the water intended for human consumption and water for
industrial use to 4.1% (5 425 t) – 50.7% (2 749 t) with the recovery of
energy and 49.3% (2 676 t) on the land; wastes not specified in the List to
3.9% (5 287 t) – 71.7% (3 791 t) with the recovery of energy and 28.3% (1
496 t) on the land.

Od ukupne količine oporabljenog otpada (403 242 t),
anorganski otpad iz termičkih procesa činio je 14,7% (59 146 t), otpad od
oblikovanja i fizikalne i mehaničke površinske obrade metala i plastike
5,5% (22 018 t), komunalni otpad (kućni otpad i sličan otpad iz
industrijskih i zanatskih pogona), uključujući odvojeno prikupljene
sastojke 5,0% (20 173 t), otpad od prerade drva te proizvodnje ploča i
namještaja, celuloze, papira i kartona 8,7% (35 186 t), građevinski otpad i
otpad od rušenja objekata (ukjučujući iskapanje zemlje na kontaminiranim
mjestima) 21,7% (87 536 t), otpad iz poljodjelstva, vrtlarstva,
akvakulture, šumarstva, lovstva i ribarstva, pripremanja hrane i prerade
8,8% (35 356 t), otpadna ambalaža; apsorbensi, materijali za upijanje,
filtarski materijali i zaštitna odjeća koja nije specificirana na drugi
način 9,6% (38 805 t), otpad iz uređaja za obradu otpada, otpadnih voda
izvan mjesta nastanka i pripremu vode za korištenje ljudi i industrije
17,2% (69 239 t), dok su druge grupe otpada u oporabi otpada sudjelovale s
8,8%.

water for industrial use made 17.2% (69 239 t) and wastes from other groups made 8.8%.

odloženo 1 629 385 t otpada. Od ukupne količine odloženog otpada (1 629
385), komunalni otpad (kućni i slični otpad iz industrijskih i zanatskih
pogona), uključujući odvojeno prikupljene sastojke, činio je 73,4% (1 196
480 t), otpad iz anorganskih kemijskih procesa 3,5% (56 290 t), građevinski
otpad i otpad od rušenja objekata (uključujući iskapanje zemlje na
kontaminiranim mjestima) 8,0% (129 845 t), otpad iz poljodjelstva, vrtlarstva,
akvakulture, šumarstva, lovstva i ribarstva, pripremanja hrane i prerade
5,2% (85 340 t), otpad iz uređaja za obradu otpada, otpadnih voda izvan
mjesta nastanka i pripremu vode za korištenje ljudi i industrije 4,6% (74
936 t), dok su ostale
grupe otpada činile 5,3% odloženog otpada.

U 2010. bilo je 418 447 t. ukupnog otpada koji je služio za obradu tla
ili je ispušten u vode. Od te količine otpada najzastupljeniji su bili
komunalni otpad (kućni otpad i slični otpad iz industrijskih i zanatskih
pogona), uključujući odvojeno prikupljene sastojke s 19,7% (82 613 t),
otpad iz poljodjelstva, vrtlarstva, akvakulture, šumarstva, lovstva i
ribarstva, pripremanja hrane i prerade s 39,8% (166 631 t), otpad iz
uređaja za obradu otpada, otpadnih voda izvan mjesta nastanka i pripremu
vode za korištenje ljudi i industrije 40,2% (168 019 t), dok je ostali
otpad bio zastupljen s 0,3%.

The total quantity of wastes
used in land treatment or was released into a water body amounted to 418
447 t in 2010. Out of that, municipal wastes
(household waste and similar commercial, industrial and institutional
wastes) including separately collected fractions with 19.7% (82 613 t),
wastes from agricultural, horticultural, aquaculture, forestry, hunting and
fishing, food preparation and processing with 39.8% (166 631 t) and
wastes from waste management facilities, off-site waste water treatment
plants and the water intended for human consumption and water for
industrial use with 40.2% (168 019 t) had the greatest share, while the
share of other wastes was 0.3%.

Podaci o
otpadu prikupljeni su dvogodišnjim Izvještajem o otpadu (OTP) na osnovi
Godišnjega provedbenog plana statističkih aktivnosti Republike Hrvatske za
2011. godinu (NN, br. 71/11.).
|

Data on wastes were collected through the Biannual
Report on Wastes (OTP form) in compliance with the 2011 Annual
Implementation Plan of Statistical Activities of the Republic of Croatia
(NN, No.71/11).
|

Izvještajne jedinice jesu svi poslovni subjekti i
dijelovi poslovnih subjekata ili obrtnici iz Registra poslovnih subjekata
koji su prema NKD-u 2007. razvrstani u jedno od područja djelatnosti, imaju
više od 20 zaposlenih koji proizvode otpad, odnosno oni s manje zaposlenih
ako proizvode veće količine otpada.

Reporting units are all business entities and parts
thereof or tradesmen that were taken over from the Register of Business
Entities and classified according to the NKD 2007. into one of activities,
employing 20 persons providing that they produce wastes as well as those
employing less than 20 persons if they produce a larger amount of wastes.

|
Otpad je svaka
tvar ili predmet određen kategorijama otpada propisanima provedbenim
propisom Zakona o otpadu (NN. br. 178/04.), koje posjednik odbacuje,
namjerava ili mora odbaciti.

Waste is any
substance or object defined by categories of wastes as prescribed by
implementation regulations of the Wastes Act (NN, No. 178/04), which are
thrown away or disposed by legal entities and natural persons, or those
that they plan to or must dispose.
|
|
|
|
|
Inertni
otpad
jest otpad koji ne podliježe bitnim fizikalnim kemijskim i/ili biološkim
promjenama, a određen je propisom iz članka 2. Zakona.

|
Inert
waste is a waste that is not subject to
significant physical, chemical and/or biological changes. It is defined by
the regulation from Article 2 of the Wastes Act.

Processing
of waste is a treatment by which characteristics
of the waste are changed by application of mechanical, physical, thermal,
chemical or biological processes, including sorting, in order to lower its
volume and hazard (toxicity) as well as to facilitate its handling and
improve its utility.

otpad
jest svaki otpad koji je po sastavu i svojstvima određen kao opasni otpad
propisom iz članka 2. Zakona.

|
Hazardous
waste is any waste defined as such, according to its
contents or characteristics, by the regulation from Article 2 of the Wastes

jest proizvođač otpada ili pravna ili fizička osoba koja ga posjeduje.
|
|
Holder
of waste is either a producer of waste or either
legal entity or natural person who holds it.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Proizvodni
otpad
jest otpad koji nastaje u proizvodnom procesu u industriji, obrtu i drugim
procesima, a po sastavu i svojstvima razlikuje se od komunalnog otpada.
Proizvodnim otpadom ne smatraju se ostaci iz proizvodnog procesa koji se
upotrebljavaju u proizvodnom procesu istog proizvođača.

Production
waste is a waste generated in a production process in
industry, trade or other processes, which, according to its contents,
differs from the municipal waste. Remnants made in the production process
used in the production process of the same producer are not considered the
production waste.

caused the emerging of waste (original producer) and/or who changes the
contents or characteristics of waste by previous processing, mixing or some
other treatment.

|
|
Skupljanje
otpada
jest prikupljanje, razvrstavanje i/ili miješanje otpada u svrhu prijevoza.
|
|
Waste
collection is the process of collection, sorting
and/or mixing of waste for transport purposes.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Termička
obrada
jest obrada otpada uporabom toplinske energije, spaljivanje i suspaljivanje
propisana propisom iz članka 104. stavka 1. točke 5. Zakona.
|
|
Thermal
treatment is a treatment of waste by using thermal
energy, incineration and co-incineration as defined in Article 104,
Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 5, of the Wastes Act.
