U AK. G. 2010./2011.

 

STUDENTS ENROLLED ON POSTGRADUATE SPECIALIST STUDIES,

2010/2011 ACADEMIC YEAR

 

 

 

U akademskoj godini 2010./2011. na poslijediplomski specijalistički studij bila su upisana 1 762 studenata. Udio je žena 1 191 (67,6%). Od ukupnog broja studenata, na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu upisano je 80,1% studenata, na Sveučilištu u Rijeci 7,6%, na Sveučilištu u Osijeku 6,2%, na Sveučilištu u Splitu 4,1%, na Sveučilištu u Puli 1,6% i na Sveučilištu u Dubrovniku 0,3% studenata.

 

In the 2010/2011 academic year, the total of 1 762 students were enrolled on postgraduate specialist studies. The share of women was 1 191 (67.6%). Out of the total number of students, 80.1% enrolled on the University of Zagreb, 7.6% on the University of Rijeka, 6.2% on the University of Osijek, 4.1% on the University of Split, 1.6% on the University of Pula and 0.3% on the University of Dubrovnik.

 

 

 

Prema znanstvenim područjima na koja se odnose studiji, najviše je zastupljeno područje društvenih znanosti (45,5%), slijedi područje biomedicine i zdravstva (42,5%), područje tehničkih znanosti (5,7%), područje prirodnih znanosti (1,9%), interdisciplinarno područje (1,6%), područje biotehničkih znanosti (1,4%), područje humanističkih znanosti (1,0%) i umjetničko područje (0,5%).

 

Regarding the scientific fields of studies, the most often chosen was the field of Social sciences (45.5%), followed by Biomedicine and health (42.5%), Engineering (5.7%), Life sciences (1.9%), Interdisciplinary field (1.6%), Biotechnical sciences (1.4%), Humanities (1.0%) and Artistic field (0.5%).

 

 

 

Promatrajući dobnu strukturu u petogodišnjim dobnim skupinama, najviše studenata ima u skupini 25 – 29 godina (37,6%), a najmanje u skupinama 50 – 54 godine, 55 i više godina (po 2,8%). U skupini do 24 godine ima 5,7% studenata, u skupini 30 – 34 godine 25,7%, u skupini 35 – 39 godina 12,3%, u skupini 40 – 44 godine 7,9% i u skupini 45 – 49 godina 5,3% studenata.

 

According to 5-year age groups, the largest number of students was classified in the 25 – 29 age group (37.6%) and the smallest one in the 50 – 54 and the 55-and-over age groups (2.8% each). There were 5.7% of students in the under-24 age group, 25.7% in the 30 – 34 age group, 12.3% in the 35 – 39 age group, 7.9% in the 40 – 44 age group and 5.3% in the 45 – 49 age group.       

 

 

 

Prema prebivalištu, 97,8% studenata ima prebivalište u Republici Hrvatskoj, a 2,2% izvan nje.

 

By place of usual residence, 97.8% of students were residents of the Republic of Croatia and 2.2% were residents of other countries.

 

 

 

Prema državljanstvu, od ukupnog broja studenata, njih 98,0% državljani su Republike Hrvatske, dok 2,0% ima strano državljanstvo. Od hrvatskih državljana, 97,4% ih je prethodno diplomiralo u Republici Hrvatskoj, 2,0% izvan nje, a za 0,6% država je prethodnog obrazovanja nepoznata.

 

By citizenship, out of the total number of students, 98.0% were the citizens of the Republic of Croatia and 2.0% of foreign counties. Out of the total number of citizens of the Republic of Croatia, 97.4% graduated in the Republic of Croatia and 2.0% in other countries, while for 0.6% of students the country of their previous education was unknown.

 

 

 

Od ukupnog broja studenata, zaposlenih je 90,1%, a nezaposlenih 9,9%. Od svih zaposlenih studenata, najveći je broj u području djelatnosti zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi (36,1%), u području stručnih, znanstvenih i tehničkih djelatnosti (13,1%), u području javne uprave i obrane; obveznoga socijalnog osiguranja (12,4%), u području financijskih djelatnosti i djelatnosti osiguranja (8,1%), u području obrazovanja (5,9%), u području prerađivačke industrije (5,7%), u području informacija i komunikacija (3,9%), u području trgovine na veliko i malo; popravka motornih vozila i motocikala (3,0%), a 11,8% ih pripada svim ostalim područjima djelatnosti.

 

Out of the total number of students, 90.1% were employed and 9.9% unemployed. Out of the total number of employed students, the largest number were employed in Human health and social work activities (36.1%), in Professional, scientific and technical activities (13.1%), in Public administration and defence; compulsory social security (12.4%), in Financial and insurance activities (8.1%), in Education (5.9%), in Manufacturing activities (5.7%), in Information and communication activities (3.9%), in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles (3.0%) and in other activities (11.8%).

 

 

 

Od ukupnog broja studenata, 52,0% sami plaćaju studij, za 46,3% studenata platio je poslodavac, Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i športa snosilo je troškove studija za 0,3% studenata, a 1,4% pripada kategoriji ostalo.

 

Out of the total number of students, 52.0% paid for the study themselves; 46.3% were supported by the employer and 0.3% were supported by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, while 1.4% were classified in the category Other.

Podaci su rezultat godišnje obrade podataka o studentima upisanima na poslijediplomski specijalistički studij. Prikupljaju se upitnikom Prijavni list za studente upisane na poslijediplomski specijalistički studij (obrazac ŠV-30), koji ispunjavaju studenti pri upisu na svaku godinu poslijediplomskoga specijalističkog studija.

 

Data are the result of the annual data processing on students enrolled on postgraduate specialist studies. They are collected through the questionnaire titled the Registration Sheet for Students Enrolled on Postgraduate Specialist Studies (ŠV-30 form), which is filled in by students at enrolment on each year of postgraduate specialist studies.

Ovim statističkim istraživanjem obuhvaćeni su studenti upisani na poslijediplomski specijalistički studij na visokim učilištima u Republici Hrvatskoj u akademskoj godini 2010./2011.

 

This statistical survey covers all students enrolled on postgraduate specialist studies at institutions of higher education in the Republic of Croatia in the 2010/2011 academic year.

Studenti prikazani u ovom priopćenju upisali su poslijediplomski specijalistički studij u skladu sa Zakonom o znanstvenoj djelatnosti i visokom obrazovanju (NN, br. 123/03.) i Zakonom o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o znanstvenoj djelatnosti i visokom obrazovanju (NN, br. 105/04. i 107/07.).

 

Students presented in this first release on the postgraduate specialist study in line with the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education (NN, No.123/03) and the Act on Amendments to the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education (NN, Nos. 105/04 and 107/07).

 

 

 

Poslijediplomski studiji klasificiraju se prema Pravilniku o znanstvenim i umjetničkim  područjima, poljima i granama (NN, br. 118/09.).

 

Postgraduate studies are classified according to the Rule Book of Scientific and Artistic Fields (NN, No. 118/09).

 

 

 

Visoko učilište jest svaka ustanova visoke naobrazbe ovlaštena za ustroj i izvedbu studija te znanstvenog, visokostručnog ili umjetničkog rada. Visoka učilišta jesu sveučilište te fakulteti i umjetničke akademije u njegovu sastavu, veleučilišta i visoke škole. Visoka učilišta mogu biti javna i privatna.

 

Institution of higher education – any institution of higher education authorised to organise and implement courses of study, as well as scientific research, highly professional or artistic work. Institutions of higher education are university and adjoining faculties and art academies, polytechnic and school of higher educational institutions of higher education may be public and private.

 

 

 

Sveučilište je ustanova koja osniva i provodi sveučilišne studije u najmanje dva znanstvena ili umjetnička područja u većem broju polja te interdisciplinarne studije kao autonomni i integrirani proces, neposredno ili putem svojih fakulteta, umjetničkih akademija i odjela.

 

University is an institution that establishes and conducts university and interdisciplinary studies in at least two areas of scientific or artistic activity in a number of fields, as an autonomous and integrated process, indirectly or through its faculties, art academies and departments.

 

 

 

Fakultet je visoko učilište koje kao sastavnica sveučilišta ustrojava i izvodi sveučilišne studije te razvija znanstveni i stručni rad u jednom ili više znanstvenih i stručnih polja, a može izvoditi i stručne studije.

 

Faculty is an institution of higher education, a component part of a university, where university studies are organized and conducted, and where scientific and professional work in one or more scientific or professional areas are developed. Professional studies can also be conducted there.

 

 

 

Umjetnička akademija jest visoko učilište koje kao sastavnica sveučilišta ustrojava i izvodi sveučilišne umjetničke studije, razvija vrhunsko stvaralaštvo i znanstvenoistraživačku djelatnost u području umjetnosti te može izvoditi i stručne studije.

 

Art academy is an institution of higher education, a component part of a university, where artistic study is organised and conducted, and where top artistic endeavours and scientific activity in the field of art are nourished. Professional studies can also be conducted there.

 

 

 

Sveučilišni odjel osniva se kao sastavnica sveučilišta koja sudjeluje u izvedbi studijskih programa te razvija znanstveni, umjetnički i stručni rad u jednome znanstvenom polju ili interdisciplinarnome znanstvenom području te sudjeluje u izvedbi studija.

 

University department is a component part of a university where university courses are taught, and scientific, artistic or professional work in a particular filed of science or an interdisciplinary area are developed.

 

 

 

Poslijediplomski specijalistički studij može organizirati sveučilište u trajanju od jednu do dvije godine i njime se stječe akademski naziv sveučilišni specijalist uz naznaku struke (univ. spec.).

 

The university may organise a postgraduate specialist study which shall last from one to two years and by which a university specialist title for a particular area (Spec.) shall be awarded.

 

 

 

Poslijediplomski studij može se izvoditi i u suradnji sa znanstvenim institutima (interdisciplinarni studij).

 

The postgraduate study may also be conducted in co-operation with scientific institutes (interdisciplinary study).

 

 

 

Akademska godina počinje 1. listopada tekuće godine, a završava 30. rujna sljedeće kalendarske godine.
