|
U 2010. radila su
52 doma socijalne skrbi za djecu, od toga 37 dječjih domova i 15 domova za
djecu i mlađe punoljetne osobe s poremećajima u ponašanju. Korisnika je
bilo za 5,3% manje nego u 2008., ponajprije zbog smanjenja broja korisnika
u domovima za djecu i mlađe punoljetne osobe s poremećajima u ponašanju.
Ukupan udio ženskih korisnika bio je 38,4%. Od ukupnog broja korisnika u
svim domovima, 52,6% ih je bilo u dječjim domovima. U domovima za djecu s
poremećajima u ponašanju bilo je 27,5% ženskih korisnika.

In 2010
there were 52 social care homes for children; out of which 37 for children
and 15 for children and younger adult persons with behavioural disorders.
There were 5.3% less recipients than in 2008, primarily due to decrease of
number of recipients in homes for children and younger adult persons with
behavioural disorders. The total share of female recipients was 38.4%. Out
of the total number of users in all homes, number of users recorded in
homes for children was 52.6%. There were 27.5% female recipients in homes
for children and younger adult persons with behavioural disorders.

Broj
zaposlenih u 2010. neznatno se smanjio u odnosu na 2008. Udio žena u
zaposlenima bio je 74,2%. S punim radnim vremenom bilo ih je zaposleno
97,1%. Odnos stručnog osoblja prema administrativnom i ostalom osoblju kod
ukupnog broja zaposlenih u svim domovima bio je 2:1.

the number of employees slightly decreased as compared to 2008. The share
of women was 74.2%. There were 97.1% of employees working full-time. The
ratio of expert staff to administrative and other staff in homes was 2:1.

|
U 2010.
radilo je 196 ustanova socijalne skrbi za odrasle i starije osobe. Prema
vrsti ustanova, bilo je 165 domova za starije i nemoćne osobe, 29 domova za
psihički bolesne odrasle osobe te dvije ustanove za osobe ovisne o
alkoholu, drogama ili drugim opojnim sredstvima. Od ukupnog broja korisnika
u domovima socijalne skrbi za odrasle osobe, najbrojnija je dobna skupina
od 80 i više godina s 44,3%, od čega je 77,8% žena. Korisnika s manje od 40
godina bilo je 2,0% i uglavnom su bili smješteni u domovima za psihički
bolesne odrasle osobe te u domovima za osobe ovisne o alkoholu, drogama ili
drugim opojnim sredstvima. Broj domova za starije i nemoćne u 2010.
porastao je za 3,1%. Broj korisnika u tim domovima bio je za 4,0% viši nego
u 2008., a udio ženskih korisnika bio je 71,8%.

In 2010
there were 196 homes for adults and the elderly. Categorised by type there
were 165 homes for the elderly and infirm, 29 homes for mentally ill adults
and 2 institutions for persons addicted to alcohol, drugs and other
narcotic substances. Out of total number of recipients in social care homes
for adults, the most numerous age group was 80 and over with 44.3% of the
total, out of which 77.8% women. There were 2.0% recipients aged under 40
and those were principally placed into homes for mentally ill adults and
homes for persons addicted to alcohol, drugs or other narcotic substances.
The number of homes for the elderly and infirm in 2010 increased 3.1%.
There were 4.0% more recipients than in 2008, while the share of female
recipients was 71.8%.

Najveći
broj korisnika bio je smješten u domove zbog težih kroničnih bolesti
(32,6%) i starosti (25,3%), i to većinom u domove za starije i nemoćne
osobe. Zbog duševnih smetnji bilo ih je smješteno 18,3%, i to uglavnom u
domove za psihički bolesne osobe. Smještaj u domovima 85,1% korisnika plaća
djelomično ili u cijelosti, a 14,9% korisnika smještaj ne plaća.

The
largest number of recipients was placed into homes due to serious chronic
diseases (32.6%) and old age (25.3%), mostly into homes for the elderly and
infirm. Recipients with mental illnesses (18.3%) were mostly placed into
homes for mentally ill adults. Out of the total number, 85.1% recipients
paid the full or partial accommodation charge, while 14.9% lived there free
of charge.

U 2010. radilo je
49 ustanova socijalne skrbi za tjelesno ili mentalno oštećene osobe
(djecu/odrasle). Udio ženskih korisnika bio je 41,5%. Najbrojnija je dobna
skupina od 30 do 39 godina sa 16,3%, od čega je 43,9% žena. Zatim slijedi
dobna skupina od 7 do 14 godina s 15,7% te dobna skupina od 22 do 29 godina
s 14,0%.

there were 49 homes for physically or mentally disabled (children/adults).
The share of female recipients was 41.5%. The most numerous age group was
30 to 39 with 16.3%, out of which 43.9% women. Following age group was 7 to
14 with 15.7% and age group 22 to 29 with 14.0%.

Najveći broj
korisnika bio je smješten u domove zbog tjelesnog ili mentalnog oštećenja
(75,2%), od čega je 42,8% žena. Od ukupnog broja korisnika, 58,7% ih ima
oba roditelja, a 20,8% korisnika je bez oba roditelja. Smještaj u domovima
60,6% korisnika ne plaća, a 39,4% korisnika smještaj plaća djelomično ili u
cijelosti.

osobe (djecu/odrasle) bio je 83,2%. Najbrojnija skupina u zaposlenima
(30,8%) bila je ostalo stručno osoblje (predškolski odgajatelj,
njegovatelj, učitelj itd.). S punim radnim vremenom radilo je 98,2%
zaposlenih.

Radi potpunijeg prikaza sustava socijalne skrbi, prikazuje se i djelatnost centara/podružnica socijalne skrbi. U 2010. djelovalo je 113 centara/podružnica socijalne skrbi s 2 026 zaposlenih. Udio žena bio je 87,6%.

With a
better presentation of social care system in view, this Release contains
also presentation of the activity of social centres/branches. In 2010 there
were 113 centres/branches with 2 026 persons employed. The share of women
was 87.6%.

Podaci su rezultat
statističke obrade izvještaja koje ispunjavaju domovi socijalne skrbi za
djecu na temelju Izvještaja ustanova socijalne skrbi za djecu i mladež
(obrazac SS-20), domovi za tjelesno ili mentalno oštećene osobe
(djecu/odrasle) na Izvještaju domova za tjelesno ili mentalno oštećene
osobe (djecu/odrasle) (obrazac SS-30), domovi socijalne skrbi za odrasle
osobe na Izvještaju ustanova socijalne skrbi za odrasle (obrazac SS-50) i
centri/podružnice socijalne skrbi na Izvještaju centara za socijalnu skrb
(obrazac SS-11).

are the result of the statistical processing of reports provided by social
homes for children through the Report of Social Care Homes for Children
(SS-20 form); homes for physically or mentally disabled persons
(children/adults) through Report of social care homes for physically or
mentally disabled persons (children/adults) (SS-30 form); social care homes
for adult through Report of social care homes for adult and elderly persons
(SS-50 form) and social care centres and branches through Report of
social care centres and branches.

promjenama proizašlim iz Pravilnika o vrsti doma za djecu i doma za odrasle
osobe (NN, br. 64/09.), istraživanje je metodološki prilagođeno, a podaci
su usporedivi s podacima iz prijašnjih godina.

to changes in the Regulation on Types of Homes for Children and Adults (NN,
No. 64/09), survey has been methodologically adjusted and data are
comparable with data for previous years.

Domovi socijalne
skrbi za djecu i odrasle osobe osnivaju se prema Zakonu o socijalnoj skrbi
(NN, br. 73/97., 27/01., 59/01., 82/01., 103/03. i 44/03.) i Pravilniku o
vrsti doma za djecu i doma za odrasle osobe (NN, br. 101/99., 120/02. i
64/09. ) te pružaju stručnu i socijalnu pomoć osobama kojima je takva pomoć
potrebna.

Social
care homes for children and adults are established in line with the Law on
Social Care (NN, Nos. 73/97, 27/01, 59/01, 82/01, 103/03 and 44/03) and the

koje su smještena djeca bez roditelja, djeca koju roditelji zanemaruju ili
zlorabe svoje roditeljske dužnosti, djeca i mlađe punoljetne osobe kad je
to iz drugih razloga u njihovu interesu i trudnica 3 mjeseca prije poroda
ili roditelj s djetetom do 6 mjeseci njegova života, a iznimno ako je to u
interesu djeteta do 1 godine djetetova života, ako roditelj nema stana niti
osiguran smještaj ili zbog poremećenih odnosa u obitelji ne može ostati s
djetetom u obiteljskom domu.

neglected or abused by their parents or children and younger adult persons
placed there for other reasons acting in child’s interest and pregnant
women 3 months before childbirth or parent with child up to 6 months old,
exceptionally if it is in interest of child, up to one year, if the parent
has no place to live in or has disturbed relations in family and can not
stay in family home.

Domovi za djecu i
mlađe punoljetne osobe s poremećajima u ponašanju osiguravaju
stalni i tjedni smještaj, cjelodnevni ili poludnevni boravak, zbrinjavanje,
odgoj, školovanje, razvijanje radnih navika te pružanje odgovarajućih
oblika stručne pomoći djeci i mladeži koji iskazuju poremećaje u ponašanju
i osobnosti.

for children and younger adult persons with behavioural disorders provide
permanent and weekly accommodation, all-day and half-day stay possibility,
care, upbringing, education, working habits development and expert
assistance for children and youth with behavioural disorders in accordance
with their needs.

aktivnosti i stručnog tretmana.

for the elderly and infirm are institutions
providing accommodation for adults outside their family. They provide
beneficiaries with organised accommodation, meals, help and care, health
and social care, leisure time and recreational activities and other
activities and expert therapy services.

|
Domovi za psihički
bolesne odrasle osobe jesu ustanove za stalni smještaj psihički bolesnih
odraslih osoba. Korisnicima pružaju usluge stanovanja, prehrane, brige o
zdravlju, održavanja osobne higijene, psihosocijalnu rehabilitaciju te
pomoć i njegu koja je takvim osobama potrebna.

for mentally ill adults are institutions
providing permanent accommodation for mentally ill adults. Beneficiaries
are provided with accommodation, meals, health care, personal care,
psychosocial rehabilitation as well as help and care in required for that
sort of patients.

ovisne o alkoholu, drogama ili drugim opojnim sredstvima jesu ustanove
koje nakon medicinskog liječenja pružaju ovisnicima o alkoholu i drogama
usluge zbrinjavanja, psihosocijalne rehabilitacije, radne okupacije i
društvene reintegracije.

for persons addicted to alcohol, drugs and other narcotic substances are
institutions that after the completion of medical treatment provide the
addicts with services of accommodation, psychosocial rehabilitation, occupational
rehabilitation work, and social reintegration.

ili odrasle osobe s mentalnim oštećenjem i psihičkom bolesti kod kojih je
oštećenja ustanovilo nadležno tijelo vještačenja prema posebnim propisima.

and/or mental disabilities, adult persons with

domovima pruža se odgovarajuća pomoć i njega, prehrana, briga o zdravlju,

za prehranu, nabavu ogrjeva, odjeće, obuće itd.) ili stručna
(osposobljavanje za rad, rehabilitacija, pomoć u smještaju u ustanove,
obitelji i sl.).

providing expert and material assistance for persons in need of such
assistance. Material assistance covers: one-time financial support,
personal disability benefit, allowance for food, fuel, clothing etc. Expert
assistance covers: work preparation, rehabilitation, help with placing into
institutions, families etc.

|
Rad u centrima
odnosno službama socijalne skrbi provodi se timski, tj. u radu sudjeluje
stručni tim sastavljen od socijalnih radnika, psihologa, pedagoga,
defektologa, liječnika, pravnika i drugih stručnih osoba.

social care centres or branches is organised as a team work; the work is
performed by an expert team built-up of social workers, psychologists,
pedagogues, defectologists, medical doctors, lawyers and other expert
staff.

Centre za
socijalnu skrb osniva Republika Hrvatska na temelju rješenja ministarstva
nadležnoga za poslove socijalne skrbi.
