Priopćenje
Broj i struktura poslovnih subjekata po županijama dopunjeno je 1999.
podacima iz registara i administrativnih evidencija drugih državnih
institucija kao što su Registar poreznih obveznika, Registar godišnjih
financijskih izvještaja Fine i Registar aktivnih osiguranika mirovinskog
osiguranja.

The Release titled Number and structure of business
entities, by counties, was supplemented in 1999 by data taken over from
registers and administrative records of other state institutions such as
the Register of Tax Payers, the Fina’s Register of Annual Financial Reports
and the Register of Active Beneficiaries of Pension Insurance.

Sadržaj
Priopćenja promijenjen je radi što boljeg razumijevanja podataka o broju i
strukturi poslovnih subjekata, a povezivanjem je omogućeno da se pravne
osobe iskažu prema aktivnosti i obliku vlasništva te da se podaci o pravnim
osobama dopune podacima o obrtu i slobodnim zanimanjima.

The content of the Release has been changed in order
to achieve as good understanding as possible of data on the number and
structure of business entities, while linking enabled the presentation of
legal entities by activity and type of ownership as well as to supplement
data on legal entities by data on crafts and trades and free lances.

Podaci su iskazani prema teritorijalnom ustroju
objavljenom u Zakonu o područjima županija, gradova i općina u Republici
Hrvatskoj (NN, br. 10/97., 124/97., 68/98., 117/99., 128/99., 129/00.,
92/01., 83/02., 25/03., 107/03., 175/03. i 86/06.). Osnovna metodološka
objašnjenja dana na kraju Priopćenja sadrže definicije i napomene važne za
korištenje podataka.

Data are presented according to the territorial
constitution published in the Act on Territories of Counties, Towns and
Municipalities in the Republic of Croatia (NN, Nos. 10/97,124/97, 68/98,
117/99, 128/99, 129/00, 92/01, 83/02, 25/03, 107/03, 175/03 and 86/06). The
basic notes on methodology, given at the end of the Release, include
definitions and notes necessary in using the data.

o pravnim osobama prema djelatnostima pokazuju da su registrirani i aktivni
subjekti najzastupljeniji u pet područja djelatnosti: Trgovina na veliko i
na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikla, s udjelom registriranih od
31,8% i aktivnih od 24,8%, Ostale uslužne djelatnosti, s udjelom
registriranih od 14,1% i aktivnih od 8,9%, Građevinarstvo, s udjelom
registriranih od 8,7% i aktivnih od 11,5%, Prerađivačka industrija, s
udjelom registriranih od 8,4% i aktivnih od 10,2%, te Stručne, znanstvene i
tehničke djelatnosti, s udjelom registriranih od 8,5% i aktivnih od 12,2%.

Data on
legal entities by activities show that registered and active business
entities were present in five activity sections: Wholesale and retail
trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles with the share of
31.8% of registered and 24.8% of active ones, Other service activities with the share of 14.1% of
registered and 8.9% of active ones, Construction with the share of 8.7% of
registered and 11.5% of active ones, Manufacturing with the share of 8.4%
of registered and 10.2% of active ones and Professional, scientific and technical activities with
the share of 8.5% of registered and 12.2% of active ones.

Podaci
o teritorijalnoj raspoređenosti registriranih pravnih osoba na županijskoj
razini pokazuju da se jedna trećina pravnih osoba nalazi u Gradu Zagrebu,
12,1% u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji i 8,2% u Primorsko-goranskoj
županiji.

Data on
territorial distribution of registered legal entities at the county level
show that one third of legal entities present in the mentioned activities
was situated in the City of Zagreb, 12.1% in the County of Split-Dalmatia
and 8.2% in the County of Primorje-Gorski kotar.

Podaci
o teritorijalnoj raspoređenosti poslovnih subjekata na županijskoj razini
pokazuju da je nešto manje od jedne trećine ukupno registriranih poslovnih
subjekata (pravnih osoba) smješteno u Gradu Zagrebu. Udio Grada Zagreba za
subjekte obrta i slobodnih zanimanja bitno je manji i iznosi 18,9%.
Splitsko-dalmatinska županija na drugom je mjestu po brojnosti
registriranih pravnih i fizičkih osoba, s udjelom od 12,1% odnosno 12,3%.

Data on
territorial distribution of business entities at the county level show that
a little less than one third of the total number of registered business
entities (legal entities) was located in the City of Zagreb. The share of
the City of Zagreb in crafts and trades and free lances was significantly
lower, 18.9%. The County of Split-Dalmatia held the second place in the
number of registered legal entities and natural persons, with the shares of
12.1% and 12.3% respectively.

redoslijed tih županija i kod broja fizičkih osoba.

counties had more than 5% of the share of registered legal entities: the County of Primorje-Gorski kotar (8.2%), the County of Istria (7.6%) and the County of Zagreb (6.2%). Those three counties were equally distributed regarding the number
of natural persons.

Teritorijalna
struktura aktivnih trgovačkih društava, poduzeća i zadruga različita je u
odnosu na strukturu registriranih. Tako je, npr. udio Grada Zagreba u
skupinama ovih subjekata u registriranim subjektima 32,5%, a u aktivnima
33,4%. Udio po brojnosti druge županije, Splitsko-dalmatinske, u registriranim
je subjektima 10,9%, a u aktivnima 12,1%.

territorial structure of active trade companies, enterprises and
co-operatives differed from the structure of the registered ones. Hence,
the City of Zagreb had the share of 32.5% of registered and 33.4% of active
entities, while the share of the second largest county, the County of

in the structure of trade companies by legal organisational forms, with the share of 98.1% of both registered and active companies. Joint stock companies
followed, with the share of 1.0% of registered and 1.1% of active
companies. Other legal forms of trade companies had the share of the

strukturi poduzeća i zadruga udio aktivnih pravnih osoba u odnosu na
registrirane iznosi samo 3,1%. To je zbog toga što ova skupina obuhvaća
pravne osobe koje se nisu uskladile s novim propisima. Iznimka su zadruge
čiji udio u ukupnom broju registriranih iznosi samo 5,9%, dok udio u
ukupnom broju aktivnih iznosi 92,8%.

The
share of active legal entities in the structure of enterprises and
co-operatives was only 3.1% compared to the registered ones. The reason for
this lies in the fact that this group covers legal entities that are still
not harmonised with new regulations. Co-operatives represent the exception,
with the share in the total number of registered legal entities of only

vlasništvu je 0,8% subjekata; u mješovitom vlasništvu je 1,1% subjekata, u
zadružnom vlasništvu je 1,5% subjekata, a za 13,9% pravnih osoba vlasništvo
se ne prati.

Na temelju
Zakona o Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti (NN, br. 98/94.), Odluke o
Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.)
i Pravilnika o razvrstavanju poslovnih subjekata prema Nacionalnoj
klasifikaciji djelatnosti – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 80/07.), Državni zavod za
statistiku vodi Registar poslovnih subjekata, koji obuhvaća sljedeće pravne
osobe: trgovačka društva, poduzeća, zadruge, ustanove, tijela, udruge,
društva, političke stranke, zaklade, fundacije, vjerske i druge
organizacije te dijelove tih subjekata.

On the
basis of the Law on the National Classification of Economic Activities (NN,
No. 98/94), the Decision on the National Classification of Activities
− NKD 2007. (NN, Nos. 58/07 and 72/07) and the Regulation on
Classification of Business Entities According to the National
Classification of Activities – NKD 2007. (NN, No. 80/07), the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics keeps the Register of Business Entities that comprises
the following business entities: trade companies, enterprises,
co-operatives, institutions, bodies, associations, political parties,
foundations, religious and other organisations as well as parts of these
entities.

Upisom u
Registar svakom poslovnom subjektu dodjeljuje se sedmeroznamenkasti matični
broj, a dijelu poslovnog subjekta određuje se četveroznamenkasti redni broj
uz matični broj. Svim poslovnim subjektima i njihovim dijelovima dodjeljuje
se i šifra djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.

By
entering the Register, each business entity is assigned a seven-digit
registration number, while its parts, beside that number, are assigned an
additional ordinal number as well. All business entities and their parts
are also assigned activity code numbers according to the NKD 2007.

obavljaju djelatnosti u skladu s propisima te tijela državne vlasti i tijela
jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave.

entities are legal entities and natural persons
that perform activities according to regulations as well as state
government bodies and bodies of local and regional self-government units.

Registrirane
pravne osobe jesu jedinice upisane u Registar poslovnih subjekata
Državnoga zavoda za statistiku. Odnose se na trgovačka društva, poduzeća,
ustanove, zadruge, udruge, političke stranke i ostale neusklađene jedinice
koje su imale pravni subjektivitet prema prije važećim zakonima, tijela
državne vlasti i tijela jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne)
samouprave.

Registered
business entities are units registered in the Register of
Business Entities of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics that refers to trade
companies, enterprises, co-operatives, associations, political parties and
other uncoordinated units that held the status of legal entity according to
formerly valid laws as well as state government bodies and bodies of local
and regional self-government units.

Aktivne
pravne osobe jesu jedinice upisane u Registar poslovnih
subjekata, spomenute u predhodnoj definiciji, za koje je status aktivnosti
određen prema podacima Registra poreznih obveznika (Godišnja prijava poreza
na dobit za 2009.) i podacima Registra godišnjih financijskih izvještaja
Fine (Godišnji financijski izvještaj za 2009.). Da bi se dobilo ažurno
stanje podataka, uparenim podacima dodane su sve promjene jedinica Registra
poslovnih subjekata (osnivanja, brisanja i promjene) u razdoblju od
siječnja 2010. do prosinca 2011. prema postupcima vođenja u Registru
poslovnih subjekata.

Active
legal entities are units registered in the Register of
Business Entities, as mentioned in the previous definition. Their activity
status has been established according to the data taken from registers of
other state institutions, such as the Register of Tax Payers (the Annual
Registration of Taxes on Profit for 2009) and data of the Fina’s Register
of Annual Financial Records (the Annual Financial Report for 2009). In
order to get updated data, matched data were supplemented with all changes
in units of the Register of Business Entities (creations, deletions and
movements) that occurred in the period from January 2010 to December 2011,
according to procedures used in keeping the Register of Business Entities.

Fizičke
osobe
jesu jedinice koje obavljaju djelatnost u skladu s propisima, a odnose se
na obrt i raznovrsne oblike slobodnih zanimanja. Podaci o tim jedinicama
dani su prema evidencijama aktivnih osiguranika mirovinskog osiguranja.

Natural
persons are units that perform activities in
line with law and refer to crafts and trades and various types of free
lances. Data on these units are given according to lists of active
beneficiaries of pension insurance.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Pravno
ustrojbeni oblik jest obilježje jedinica Registra
poslovnih subjekata određeno zakonom na temelju kojeg je jedinica osnovana
(npr. dioničko društvo i društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću prema Zakonu o
trgovačkim društvima).
|
|
|
|

Oblik vlasništva
jest obilježje
jedinica Registra poslovnih subjekata koje pokazuje vlasničku strukturu
jedinice.
