Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva u drugom tromjesečju 2012. iznosila je 1 763 895 083
kune, od čega je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih
subjekata iznosila
1 212 164 674 kune ili 68,7%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 551 730 409 kuna ili 31,3%.

In the second quarter of 2012, the total
purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products amounted
to 1 763 895 083 kuna, out of
which the sale from own production of business entities was 1 212 164 674 kuna (68.7%) and the
purchase from private family farms was 551
730 409 kuna (31.3%).

U
drugom tromjesečju 2012. u odnosu na isto tromjesečje prethodne godine
vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva
pala je za 2,4%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje pala za 0,7%, a vrijednost
otkupa za 5,9%.

In the second
quarter of 2012, as compared to the same quarter of 2011, the total sale
and purchase value of agricultural, forestry and fishing products decreased by 2.4%, out of which the sale value decreased by
0.7% and the purchase value by 5.9%.

U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u drugom tromjesečju 2012. sirovo
kravlje mlijeko sudjeluje s 20,2%, grubo obrađeno drvo sa 17,8%, svinje,
žive, s 14,8%, goveda, živa, s 10,0%, žitarice s 9,3%, perad, živa, s 8,0%,
vino sa 6,3%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene, s 3,4%, kokošja jaja s 2,9%,
ostalo povrće, svježe, s 2,7%, uljano sjemenje s 1,2%, a ostali proizvodi s
3,4%.

In the second
quarter of 2012, concerning the structure of the total purchase and sale
value of agricultural, forestry
and fishing products, raw cows' milk
contributed with 20.2%, wood in the rough with 17.8%, pigs, live, with
14.8%, cattle, live, with 10.0%, cereals with 9.3%, poultry, live, with 8.0%, wine with 6.3%,
fish, fresh or chilled, with 3.4%, hens’ eggs with 2.9%, other vegetables, fresh, with
2.7%, oil seeds with 1.2% and other products with 3.4%.

Prodaja
i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva prate se mjesečno na
obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.
|
|
Sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products are collected on the monthly basis through
PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te
obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim
skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i
ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti
prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting
units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms),
are legal entities and parts thereof classified into section A Agriculture,
forestry and fishing (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related
service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged
in processing and purchasing of agricultural, forestry and fishing
products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.

Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s
Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU
Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

Regarding its contents, the
questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural
Price Statistics, 2008.

i više zaposlenih te obrtnici s 5 i više zaposlenih.

legal entities employing 10 or more persons and tradesmen employing 5 or
more persons.

Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba
i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.

The PO-31a/M
form explores the sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from
own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.

|
Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase of agricultural, forestry and
fishing products from family farms with the aim of a further sale or
processing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o
prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva
i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne
čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average
producers’ prices of agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should
be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not
represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of
Croatia.
