Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva u trećem tromjesečju 2012. iznosila je 3 481 149 466
kuna, od čega je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih
subjekata iznosila
1 802 324 544 kune ili 51,8%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 1 678 824 922 kune ili 48,2%.

In the third quarter of 2012, the total
purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products amounted
to 3 481 149 466 kuna, out of
which the sale from own production of business entities and parts thereof
was 1 802 324 544 kuna (51.8%)
and the purchase from private family farms was 1 678 824 922 kuna (48.2%).

U
trećem tromjesečju 2012. u odnosu na isto tromjesečje prethodne godine
vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva
porasla je za 12,1%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje porasla za 10,9%, a
vrijednost otkupa za 13,4%.

In the third
quarter of 2012, as compared to the same quarter of 2011, the total sale
and purchase value of agricultural, forestry and fishing products increased by 12.1%, out of which the sale value increased
by 10.9% and the purchase value by 13.4%.

U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u trećem tromjesečju 2012. žitarice
sudjeluju s 34,2%, uljano sjemenje s 12,5%, grubo obrađeno drvo s 9,9%,
svinje, žive, s 8,3%, sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 8,1%, goveda, živa, sa 6,9%,
perad, živa, s 4,2%, vino s 3,7%, ostalo povrće, svježe, s 2,5%, ribe, svježe
ili ohlađene, s 2,1%, kokošja jaja s 2,0%, šećerna repa s 1,1%, ostalo
voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo voće s 1,0%, a ostali proizvodi s 3,5%.

In the third
quarter of 2012, concerning the structure of the total purchase and sale
value of agricultural, forestry
and fishing products, cereals
contributed with 34.2%, oil seeds with 12.5%, wood in the rough with 9.9%,
pigs, live, with 8.3%, raw cows' milk with 8.1%, cattle, live, with 6.9%,
poultry, live, with 4.2%, wine with 3.7%, other vegetables, fresh, with
2.5%, fish, fresh or chilled, with 2.1%, hens’ eggs with 2.0%, sugar beets
with 1.1%, other fruits, nuts and similar stone-fruits with 1.0% and other

Prodaja
i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva prate se mjesečno na
obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.
|
|
Sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products are collected on the monthly basis through
PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te
obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim
skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i
ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti
prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting
units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms),
are legal entities and parts thereof classified into section A Agriculture,
forestry and fishing (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related
service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged
in processing and purchasing of agricultural, forestry and fishing
products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.

Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s
Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU
Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

Regarding its contents, the
questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural
Price Statistics, 2008.

Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba
i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.

The PO-31a/M
form explores the sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from
own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.

|
Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase of agricultural, forestry and
fishing products from family farms with the aim of a further sale or
processing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o
prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva
i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne
čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average
producers’ prices of agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should
be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not
represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of
Croatia.
