Vrijednost
otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u 2012.
iznosila je 9 594 511 516 kuna. Od toga je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite
proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila
5 959 856 380 kuna ili 62,1%, dok je
vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 3
634 655 136 kuna ili 37,9%.

In 2012, the total purchase and sale of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products amounted to 9 594 511 516 kuna, out of which
the sale from own production of business entities was 5 959 856 380
kuna (62.1%) and the purchase from private family farms was 3 634 655 136 kuna (37.9%).

U 2012. u
odnosu na 2011. vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede,
šumarstva i ribarstva povećana je za 2,2%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje
povećana za 1,4%, a vrijednost otkupa za 3,4%.

In
2012, as compared to 2011, the total sale and purchase of agricultural,
forestry and fishing products increased by 2.2%, out of which the sale
increased by 1.4% and the purchase by 3.4%.

|
U
strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva u 2012. žitarice sudjeluju s 19,3%, grubo obrađeno drvo s 14,8%,
sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 13,7%, svinje, žive, s 11,5%,
goveda, živa, s 8,2%, uljano sjemenje sa 7,2%, perad, živa, s 5,3%, vino s
4,4%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene, s 3,2%, kokošja jaja s 2,8%, ostalo
povrće, svježe, dinje i lubenice s 2,1%, šećerna repa i sjemenje šećerne
repe s 1,9%, ostalo voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo voće s 1,8%,
neprerađeni duhan s 1,0%, a ostali proizvodi s 2,8%.

In 2012, in the structure of the total purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishing products,
cereals contributed with 19.3%, wood in the rough with 14.8%, raw cows'
milk with 13.7%, pigs, live, with 11.5%, cattle, live, with 8.2%, oil seeds
with 7.2%, poultry, live, with 5.3%, wine with 4.4%, fish, fresh or
chilled, with 3.2%, hens' eggs with 2.8%, other vegetables, fresh, melons
and watermelons with 2.1%, sugar beets and sugar beets seeds with 1.9%,
other fruits, nuts and similar stone-fruits with 1.8%, unmanufactured
tobacco with 1.0% and other products with 2.8%.

Prodaja i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva prate se mjesečno na obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.
|
|
Sale
and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are collected
on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te
obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim
skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i
ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti
prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting units, for which monthly reports on sale
and purchase of agricultural, forestry and fishing products are submitted
(PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms), are legal entities and parts thereof
classified into section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing (except for
group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related service activities) as well as
other legal entities and tradesmen engaged in processing and purchasing of
agricultural, forestry and fishing products, classified in other activities
according to the NKD 2007.

Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

deset i više zaposlenih te obrtnici s pet i više zaposlenih.

Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba
i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.

The PO-31a/M form explores the sale of
agricultural, forestry and fishing products from own production of legal
entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.

Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase
of agricultural, forestry and fishing products from family farms with the
aim of a further sale or processing.

|
Svrha istraživanja
jest prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama
proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog
selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na
teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average
producers’ prices of agricultural, forestry and fishing products. It should
be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not
represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
