STOČNA PROIZVODNJA U 2011. – KONAČNI REZULTATI

LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION, 2011 – FINAL RESULTS

 

 

Prema konačnim podacima stočne proizvodnje, u 2011. u odnosu na 2010. prirast goveda povećan je za 20,0%. Broj ukupno oteljene teladi manji je za 12,8% kao i broj ukupno zaklanih goveda (za 11,7%). Ukupan broj uvezenih goveda povećan je za 8,6%, dok se za ukupan izvoz bilježi znatnije povećanje (za 222,2%). Gubici goveda manji su za 4,3%, dok je proizvodnja kravljeg mlijeka povećana za 1,5% u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne godine.

 

According to the final results of the livestock production, in 2011, as compared to 2010, the increase of cattle was by 20.0% higher. The total number of calves brought forth decreased by 12.8% and the total number of slaughtered cattle by 11.7%. The total number of imported cattle increased by 8.6% and the total export by as much as 222.2%. Cattle losses decreased by 4.3%, while the production of cows’ milk increased by 1.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.

 

 

 

Prirast svinja u 2011. manji je za 3,4% u odnosu na prošlu godinu. Broj ukupno oprašenih odojaka manji je za 20,5%, dok je ukupan broj zaklanih svinja manji za 17,8%. Uvoz svinja svih kategorija smanjen je za 2,4%, dok je ukupan izvoz povećan za 104,2%. Gubici svinja bilježe smanjenje za 18,2%.

 

The pig increase in 2011 was by 3.4% lower compared to the last year. The total number of piglets brought forth decreased by 20.5% and the total number of slaughtered pigs by 17.8%. The import of pigs of all categories decreased by 2.4%, while the total export increased by 104.2%. Pig losses decreased by 18.2%.

 

 

 

U 2011. prirast ovaca manji je u odnosu na 2010. za 13,6%. Broj ukupno ojanjene janjadi bilježi smanjenje za 6,6%. Ukupan uvoz ovaca manji je za 67,9%, dok je izvoz statistički beznačajan. Ukupno klanje ovaca u 2011. bilježi smanjenje za 12,4%, dok su ukupni gubici ovaca manji za 17,6%. Proizvodnja ovčjeg mlijeka veća je za 82,0%, dok je proizvodnja vune veća za 17,8%.

 

In 2011, the sheep increase was by 13.6% lower compared to 2010. A decrease was recorded in the total number of lambs brought forth (6.6%). The total import of sheep decreased by 67.9%, while the export was statistically insignificant. The total slaughtering of sheep decreased in 2011 by 12.4% and the total losses by 17.6%. The production of sheep’s milk increased by 82.0% and the production of wool by 17.8%.

 

 

 

Prirast koza povećan je za 44,0% u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. U broju ojarenih jarića bilježi se povećanje za 7,6%. Ukupan broj zaklanih koza veći je za 14,3%. Gubici koza u 2011. ostali su na istoj razini kao u  prethodnoj godini.

 

The goat increase was by 44.0% higher than last year. The number of kids brought forth increased by 7.6%. The total number of slaughtered goats increased by 14.3%. Goat losses in 2011 remained at the same level as in the previous year.

 

 

 

Kod proizvodnje kozjeg mlijeka bilježi se povećanje za 2,8%. Ukupan broj uvezenih koza statistički je beznačajan.

 

The production of goats’ milk increased by 2.8%. The total number of imported and exported goats was not statistically significant.

 

 

 

Kod proizvodnje peradi u 2011. u odnosu na 2010. bilježi se smanjenje prirasta za 6,7%, dok je broj izvaljenih pilića ostao na približno istoj razini kao i u 2010. Ukupan uvoz veći je za 26,7%, dok je izvoz povećan za 48,7%. Ukupno klanje peradi manje je u broju za 4,5% kao i ukupni gubici koji su smanjeni za 0,3%.

 

Concerning the production of poultry, their increase was by 6.7% lower in 2011 than in 2010, while the number of hatched chicks remained at the approximately same level as in 2010. The total import increased by 26.7% and the export by 48.7%. The number of slaughtered poultry decreased by 4.5% and the total losses by 0.3%.

 

 

 

Smanjenje proizvodnje bilježi se kod kokošjih jaja (za 1,8%) i jaja ostale peradi (za 41,5%).

 

A decrease was recorded in the production of hens’ eggs (1.8%) as well as in the production of eggs of other poultry (41.5%).

 

 

 

Proizvodnja meda povećana je za 35,6% u odnosu na prethodnu godinu.

 

The production of honey increased by 35.6% compared to the last year.

Sources and collecting methods

 

 

 

Podaci o broju stoke i peradi te stočnoj proizvodnji prikupljeni su posebno za poslovne subjekte i dijelove poslovnih subjekata, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.

 

Data on the number of livestock and poultry as well as on the livestock production are collected separately for legal entities and parts thereof and for private family farms.

 

 

 

Tim izvještajima prikupljaju se podaci o broju i težini stoke i peradi, bilanci goveda, svinja, ovaca, koza i peradi, bilanci jaja, bilanci mlijeka na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima, proizvodnji mlijeka (kravljega, ovčjega i kozjega), vune i jaja.

 

Data collected on these farms include data on the number and weight of livestock and poultry, balance of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and poultry, balance of eggs, balance of milk on private family farms, milk production (cows’, sheep’s and goats’), wool and eggs.

 

 

 

Podaci za poslovne subjekte prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

 

Data for business entities are collected on reports, which are then submitted to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics by postal service.

 

 

 

Podaci za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću anketara metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Novi uzorak izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava kao baze, a ima oko 8 000 jedinica.

 

Data for private family farms are collected by using the interview method applied to a selected stratified sample. The new sample has been selected on the basis of the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings and numbers about 8 000 units.

 

 

 

Elementi za obračun stočne proizvodnje dobivaju se iz istraživanja (obrazac PO-51) jer upitnici sadrže pitanja o težini stoke i peradi te o proizvodnji mlijeka, jaja i vune.

 

Elements used in the calculation of the livestock production are obtained through surveys (PO-51 form), because they contain questions on the weight of the livestock and poultry as well as on the production of milk, eggs and wool.

 

 

 

Podaci o uvozu i izvozu stoke preuzimaju se od Odjela statistike robne razmjene s inozemstvom.

 

Data on export and import of livestock are taken over from the External Trade in Goods Statistics Department.

 

 

 

Podaci o proizvodnji meda za 2010. preuzeti su iz administrativnih izvora (Hrvatska poljoprivredna agencija – konvencionalna proizvodnja, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede – ekološka proizvodnja). Podaci za 2011. procijenjeni su na temelju raspoloživih podataka.

 

Data on the production of honey for 2010 have been taken over from administrative sources (the Croatian Agricultural Agency – conventional production, the Ministry of Agriculture – ecological production). Data for 2011 were estimated on the basis of available data.

Izvještajne jedinice jesu poslovni subjekti i dijelovi poslovnih subjekata koji su preuzeti iz Registra poslovnih subjekata, a definirani su područjem A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti, verzija 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.). Obuhvat je selektivan. Podaci se prikupljaju izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

 

Reporting units are business entities and parts thereof taken over from the Register of Business Entities and defined in section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to the National Classification of Activities, 2007 version (NN, Nos. 58/07 and 72/07). The selective coverage is applied. Data are collected on reports, which are then submitted to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics by postal service.

 

 

 

Izvještajne jedinice su i obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja se bave uzgojem stoke i peradi. Uzorak za Godišnji izvještaj o stočarstvu 1. prosinca 2011. izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

 

Reporting units are also private family farms engaged in the production of livestock and poultry. The sample for the Annual Report on Livestock Production of 1 December 2011 has been selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings.

Definitions

 

 

 

Prirast goveda, ovaca, koza, svinja i peradi izračunan je tako da se razlika težine izvoza i uvoza pribroji težini zaklane stoke i razlici težine stada na kraju i na početku promatranog razdoblja.

 

Increase of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and poultry is calculated by adding the difference in the weight of export and import to the weight of the slaughtered livestock and the difference of the weight of the herd at the end and at the beginning of a reference period.

 

 

 

Priplod. Oteljeno, oprašeno, ojanjeno, ojareno, izvaljeno. Obuhvaća ukupan broj dobivenoga živorođenog podmlatka stoke i peradi (telad, prasad, janjad, jarad, pilići).

 

Newborns. Calved, farrowed, lambed, kidded, hatched. It comprises the total number of obtained live born offspring of livestock and poultry (calves, piglets, lambs, kids, chicks).

 

 

 

Mlijeko. Iskazana je proizvodnja kravljeg, ovčjeg i kozjeg mlijeka kod pravnih osoba te na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima. Iskazano je ukupno pomuženo mlijeko u promatranom razdoblju bez obzira na način mužnje.

 

Milk. The production of cows’, sheep’s and goats’ milk in legal entities as well as on private family farms is presented. The total milked quantity in a reference period is presented, irrespective of the way of milking.

 

 

 

Ukupno klanje. Obuhvaća svu stoku i perad zaklanu na području Republike Hrvatske bez obzira na podrijetlo. Označuje zbroj klanja stoke i peradi u klaonicama te klanja stoke i peradi kod pravnih osoba (prisilno klanje) i na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima.

 

Total slaughtering. Covers all livestock and poultry slaughtered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, irrespective of origin. It represents the sum of livestock and poultry slaughtered in abattoirs and livestock and poultry slaughtered at legal entities (compulsory slaughtering) and on private family farms.

 

 

 

Vuna. Iskazuju se količine ostrižene (ošišane) vune s odraslih ovaca i šilježadi (runska vuna i podstrig), i to kao neprana vuna.

 

Trimmed wool. The quantities of trimmed (clipped) wool from the grown up and young sheep (matted wool and cropped wool) are reported as the raw wool.

 

 

 

Proizvodnja jaja. Iskazuju se podaci o ukupnom broju snesenih jaja svih rasa kokoši i ostalih vrsta peradi. Obuhvaćena su jaja za nasad i konzumna jaja za potrošnju/ishranu stanovništva.

 

Eggs production. Data for the total number of laid eggs by all categories of hens and other kinds of poultry (eggs for setting and eggs for human consumption) are reported.

 

 

 

Proizvodnja meda. Iskazana proizvodnja meda za 2011. ocijenjena je na temelju raspoloživih podataka.

 

Honey production. Data on honey production for 2011 are calculated based on available data.

 

 

 

Gubici. Iskazuju se podaci o broju stoke i peradi (podmladak i odrasla grla) uginulih od zaraznih bolesti, iscrpljenosti, nezgoda i o broju nestalih i ubijenih grla zbog bolesti, čije meso nije upotrebljivo za ljudsku hranu.

 

Losses. Reported are data on the number of livestock and poultry (offspring and adult head) that died due to infectious diseases, exhaustion and accidents as well as on the number of head missing or killed because of diseases, whose meat is not suitable for human consumption.
