Proizvođačke
cijene građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu u ožujku 2012. u usporedbi s veljačom 2012. više su za 0,5%,
a u odnosu na ožujak 2011. više su za 0,7%.

Producer prices of building material on the domestic
market in March 2012 creased by 0.5% compared to February 2012 and by 0.7%
compared to March 2011.

Ako
usporedimo proizvođačke cijene građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu u
ožujku 2012. s prosjekom 2005.,
tada su više za 19,6%.

The comparison of the producer prices of building
material on the domestic market shows that in March 2012, as compared to
the 2005 average, they increased by 19.6%.

načinu izračunavanja indeksa proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala.

U
ovom priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornom (neprilagođenom)
obliku, a izračunani su na temelju podataka prikupljenih Mjesečnim
istraživanjem o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije za 2012. (obrazac
IND-3/KPS/M), koje služi za obračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena
industrije ukupno i njegova dva podindeksa – indeksa cijena industrije na
domaćem tržištu i indeksa cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu.

In this
first release, all indices are presented in original (unadjusted) form.
They were calculated on the basis of data collected through the Monthly
Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2012, which is
used for the calculation of industrial producer price index – total as well
as its two sub-indices – the industrial price index on the domestic market
and on the non-domestic market.

proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu čini podskup
indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu objavljen u
priopćenju br. 2.1.1. za 2012. Stoga su svi koncepti i definicije u ovom
priopćenju potpuno usklađeni s onima koji se upotrebljavaju za indeks
proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu.

The
producer building material index on the domestic market is a subset of
industrial producer price indices on the domestic market issued in the
first release No. 2.1.1. for 2012. That is why all concepts and definitions
in this first release are completely harmonised with those used for the
industrial producer price index on the domestic market.

|
|
Indeks
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu važan je
kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu dinamiku
promjena proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu. Prema
konceptu EU-a taj pokazatelj može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije
nego što dođu do potrošača.

The
producer building material index on the domestic market is an important
short-term indicator of a business cycle that shows monthly changes in
producer prices of building material on the domestic market. According to
the EU concept, this indicator may indicate inflationary changes before it
reaches a consumer.

Indeksom
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu mjere se
promjene u razini proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala koji je
proizveden i prodan na domaćem (hrvatskom) tržištu.

building material index on the domestic market measures changes of producer
prices of building material produced and sold by producers on the domestic
(Croatian) market.

Indeks
cijena građevnog materijala nije indeks cijena ukupnih građevinskih radova
jer njime nisu obuhvaćene cijene opreme, mehanizacije, rada i drugi
elementi iz strukture cijena građevinskih radova.

The
building material price index does not represent the price index of
the total construction works, because it does not include the prices of
equipment, machinery, labour and other elements from the price structure of
construction works.

Izvještajne
jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M jesu izabrana poduzeća (pravne osobe i
obrtnici) koja proizvode izabrane industrijske proizvode definirane
Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda (NIP 2011.) iz područja djelatnosti
NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka
industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija
i E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te
djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36).

The
reporting units included in the IND-3/KPS/M survey are
selected enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen) that produce selected
products as defined in the Nomenclature of Industrial Products – NIP 2011.,
classified in the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07 and 72/07) activity sections B
Mining and quarrying, C Manufacturing, D Electricity, gas, steam and air
conditioning supply and E Water supply; sewerage, waste management and
remediation activities (only division 36).

Za
prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu
istraživanjem IND-3/KPS/M za 2012. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak
industrijskih proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a
2007., odnosno svi proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 20
milijuna kuna na domaćem tržištu, a 15 milijuna kuna na nedomaćem tržištu
prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji (obrazac
IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2010. Odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema njihovu udjelu
u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda, posebno za domaće i nedomaće tržište.

In
order to collect data on industrial producer prices on the domestic and
non-domestic market, the IND-3/KPS/M survey for 2012 covers a
representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered
activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products the sale of which
generated more than 20 million kuna on the domestic market and 15 million
kuna on the non-domestic market according to the results of the PRODCOM
Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for 2010., while
the selection of enterprises has been done according to their share in the
production of selected products, separately for the domestic and
non-domestic market.

za građevni materijal u sklopu odabranih industrijskih proizvoda i artikala
za prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu.

The producer building material index on the domestic
market is calculated on the basis of a special list of products and clearly
defined items – representatives for the building material within the
selected industrial products and items used in the collection of industrial
producer prices on the domestic market.

istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M za 2012. za proizvođačke cijene industrije na
domaćem tržištu obuhvaćeno je 1 555 cijena artikala unutar izabranih
proizvoda NIP-a 2011. u 1 165 poduzeća (pravnih osoba i obrtnika). Za proizvođačke
cijene građevnog materijala izabran je podskup koji čini 250
reprezentativnih cijena artikala unutar 23 odabrana razreda djelatnosti
NKD-a 2007. koji karakteristično proizvode građevni materijal.

monitoring of the industrial producer prices on the domestic market, the
sample for the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2012 covers 1 555 item prices within
the selected NIP 2011. products in 1 165 enterprises (legal entities and

2012. izabrani su reprezentativni industrijski proizvodi za građevinarstvo
(tj. građevni materijal) i njihovi artikli za praćenje cijena. Lista
reprezentanata sadrži 250 artikala cijena u 23 odabrana industrijska
razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. u sklopu kojih se proizvode građevni
materijali. Izvještajne jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M mjesečno
dostavljaju podatke o proizvođačkim cijenama prodanog/naručenoga građevnog
materijala na domaćem tržištu, tj. u Republici Hrvatskoj. Građevni
materijali koji se nisu prodali na domaćem tržištu ili koji se ne proizvode
u Republici Hrvatskoj nisu uključeni u obračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih
cijena građevnog materijala u ovom priopćenju.

In 2012, representative industrial products for
construction (that is, building material) and its items for price
monitoring were selected. The list of representatives comprises 250 item
prices within the selected 23 activity classes of the NKD 2007. engaged in
producing of the building material. Reporting units of the IND-3/KPS/M survey
submit data on producer prices of
sold/ordered building material on
the domestic market, that is, in the Republic of Croatia, on the monthly
basis. The building material that was not sold/ordered on the
domestic market or that was not manufactured in the Republic of Croatia is not included in the calculation of the producer building material price index in
this first release.

Iskazuju se cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje vlastito proizveden
građevni materijal redovitim kupcima na domaćem tržištu.

Producer prices of the building material in the IND-3/KPS/M Survey
are recorded as transaction prices in effect on the 15th day
of a month indicated. Prices at which a producer sells the self-produced
building material at the domestic market in the largest quantities to known
buyer on the domestic market are recorded.

Proizvođačke
cijene jesu cijene po kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode (građevni
materijal) redovitim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama
franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili cijene po kojima
proizvođač obračunava drugim proizvođačima.

Producer prices are prices at which a producer sells
the products (building material) to regular buyers at the domestic market
in the largest quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at factory gate at
the location of a producer, or a price charged to another company by a
producer.

Indeks proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala izračunava
se na temelju odabranih proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda za
građevinarstvo (lista reprezentativnih artikala) definiranih NIP-om 2011.
unutar odabranih industrijskih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. za potrebe
obračuna tog pokazatelja.

The producer building material price index is
calculated on the basis of selected producer prices of industrial products
for construction (the list of representative items) defined according to
the NIP 2011. Within selected industrial activity classes of the NKD 2007.
for the purpose of calculation this indicator.

U izračun indeksa cijena građevnog materijala prema
kriteriju obuhvata ulaze 23 industrijska razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. i
250 reprezentativnih, jasno specificiranih artikala građevnih materijala
unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2011. za uporabu u građevinarstvu.

The building
material price index calculation, according to the coverage
criteria, includes 23 industrial
activity classes of the NKD 2007. and 250 representative, clearly specified
items of the building material within the selected NIP 2011. products for
construction purposes.

Pri izračunavanju indeksa cijena građevnog materijala
primjenjuje se ponderacijska metoda u kojoj su ponderi izračunani iz
strukture ukupne prodaje izabranih proizvoda (udjelima pojedinih proizvoda)
na domaćem tržištu iz rezultata PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj
proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G). U 2012. izračunana je nova
struktura prema rezultatima istraživanja PRODCOM za 2011.

This index is calculated by using the weighting
method in which the weights were calculated on the basis of the structure
of the total sales of selected products (the share of individual products)
on the domestic market, according to the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production
(IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) results. In 2012,
a new structure was calculated according to the PRODCOM Survey
results for 2011.
