Prema
izvornim indeksima, građevinski radovi u studenome 2012. u odnosu na
studeni 2011. manji su za 11,6%.

According
to basic indices, in November 2012, as compared to November 2011,
construction works decreased by 11.6%.

Prema
kalendarski prilagođenim indeksima, građevinski radovi u studenome 2012. u
odnosu na studeni 2011. manji su za 12,0%.

to working-day adjusted indices, in November 2012, as compared to November
2011, construction works decreased by 12.0%.

|
|
|
|
Prema
desezoniranim indeksima, građevinski radovi u studenome 2012. u odnosu na
listopad 2012. manji su za 2,3%.

to seasonally adjusted indices, in November 2012, as compared to October 2012,

U ovom
priopćenju iskazani su podaci prikupljeni izvještajnom metodom s pomoću
obrazaca Mjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva (GRAĐ-21/M) i Tromjesečni
izvještaj građevinarstva (GRAĐ-21/3M).

Data on
construction presented in this publication are collected through reporting
method by using the Monthly Report on Construction (GRAĐ-21/M form) and the
Quarterly Report on Construction (GRAĐ-21/3M form).

|
Mjesečni i Tromjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva
prikupljaju se za pravne osobe ili njihove dijelove s 20 i više zaposlenih
koji su u Registru poslovnih subjekata prema NKD-u 2007. (NN,
br. 58/07.) razvrstani u područje F
Građevinarstvo. Prosječno se godišnje obuhvaća oko 900 izvještajnih
jedinica.

The
Monthly and the Quarterly Report on Construction are collected from legal
entities and parts thereof employing 20 or more persons classified in the
Register of Business Entities to section F Construction according to the
NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07). About 900 reporting units are included in the average annual
dynamics.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Podaci
se odnose na građevinske radove (na novim građevinama, rekonstrukcijama,
popravcima i održavanju postojećih građevina) izvršene na području
Republike Hrvatske. Razvrstavanje građevina i radova izvršeno je prema
Klasifikaciji vrsta građevina, koja je usklađena s klasifikacijom koju
propisuje Eurostat (Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final
version).

Data
refer to all construction works (new constructions and reconstructions,
maintenance and repair works on existing constructions) done on the
territory of the Republic of Croatia. Constructions and works are classified
according to the Classification of Types of Constructions – KVG, which is
harmonised with the classification prescribed by the Eurostat (the
Classification of Types of Constructions − CC, final version).

is based on the number of hours worked on sites, according to the
Methodology of short-Term
Business Statistics, Interpretation and Guidelines, Theme: Industry, Trade
and Services, ISSN 1725-0099, European Communities, 2006.

Indeksi
fizičkog obujma građevinskih radova u ovom se priopćenju prikazuju kao
izvorni (neprilagođeni) indeksi, desezonirani indeksi (iz kojih je
isključen utjecaj kalendarskih dana i sezonske komponente), kalendarski
prilagođeni indeksi (iz kojih je isključen utjecaj kalendarskih dana, npr.
broj radnih dana, nacionalni blagdani, učinak Uskrsa itd.) te trend-indeksi
(desezonirani indeksi iz kojih je isključen utjecaj slučajne komponente).

Total
volume indices of construction works are presented in this release as basic
(non-adjusted) indices, seasonally adjusted indices (in which the effect
of certain calendar days and the seasonal effect have been excluded), the
working-day adjusted indices (in which the effect of certain calendar days
has been excluded, e.g., the number of working days, national holidays,
Easter etc.) and the trend indices (seasonally adjusted indices from which
the random component effect has been excluded).

Desezoniranje
i kalendarska prilagodba provedeni su s pomoću programskog sučelja
„Demetra“ – Eurostat, verzija 2.2. iz 2008., upotrebom metode TRAMO-SEATS
na mjesečnoj seriji indeksa (Ø 2005. = 100), koja
počinje indeksom za siječanj 1998. Izračunane serije indeksa fizičkog
obujma građevinskih radova usporedive su s onima koje objavljuje Eurostat.

The
seasonal and working-day adjustment were done by applying the
"Demetra" programme interface – Eurostat, version 2.2 of 2008, by
using the TRAMO/SEATS Method on the monthly index
series (Ø 2005 = 100), which begins with the
index for January 1998. Calculated series of volume indices of construction
works are comparable to those published by the Eurostat.

Produžavanje
serije indeksa dodavanjem novih mjesečnih podataka može zbog značajki
primijenjene metode desezoniranja prouzročiti naknadne promjene
desezoniranih indeksa te trend-indeksa za protekla razdoblja.
|
|
The
prolongation of the index series by adding new monthly data may cause
subsequent changes in seasonally adjusted series and trend indices for
several previous months, due to characteristics of the applied method of
seasonal adjustment.
