U
drugom tromjesečju 2012. ukupan promet uslužnih djelatnosti manji je za
2,9% od prometa koji su ostvarile u istom tromjesečju 2011.

In the second quarter of 2012, the total turnover
from the service activities was 2.9% lower than that realised in the same
quarter of 2011.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Najveći
porast prometa zabilježen je u ovim djelatnostima: Uredske administrativne
i pomoćne djelatnosti za 10,1%, Skladištenje i prateće djelatnosti u
prijevozu za 8,7% te Ostale stručne, znanstvene i tehničke djelatnosti za
6,6%.

The greatest increase in the turnover was recorded
in the following activities: Office administrative, office support and
other business support activities by 10.1%, Warehousing and support
activities for transportation by 8.7% and Other professional, scientific
and technical activities by 6.6%.

|
|
Najveći
pad prometa zabilježen je u ovim djelatnostima: Trgovina na veliko uz
naplatu ili na osnovi ugovora za 22,2%, Trgovina motornim vozilima i
motociklima te dijelovima i priborom za 19,6% te Nespecijalizirana trgovina
na veliko za 15,3%.

The greatest decrease in the turnover was recorded
in the following activities: Wholesale on a fee or contract basis by 22.2%,
Sale of motor vehicles, motor vehicle parts and accessories by 19.6% and
Non–specialised wholesale trade by 15.3%.

Promet
od uslužnih djelatnosti ostvaren u drugom tromjesečju 2012. u odnosu na
prvo tromjesečje 2012. veći je u većini uslužnih djelatnosti. Najveći
porast zabilježen je u ovim djelatnostima: Djelatnosti pružanja smještaja
te pripreme i usluživanja hrane, Putničke agencije i organizatori putovanja
te Trgovina na veliko uz naplatu ili na osnovi ugovora.

The turnover from service activities realised in
the second quarter 2012, as compared to the first quarter 2012, increased
in most service activities. Increase in the turnover was recorded in
Accommodation and food service activities, Travel agency, tour operator
reservation services and Wholesale on a fee or contract basis.

|
|
U istom
razdoblju najveći pad prometa zabilježen je u sljedećim djelatnostima:
Ostale stručne, znanstvene i tehničke djelatnosti, Uredske, administrativne
i pomoćne djelatnosti te Održavanje i popravak motornih vozila.

iz ovog priopćenja rezultat su redovitog istraživanja Tromjesečni izvještaj
trgovine i ostalih usluga (obrazac USL-1), osim podataka za djelatnost
trgovine na malo (odjeljak G 47) koji su dobiveni Mjesečnim izvještajem
trgovine na malo (obrazac TRG-1).

Data in this first release are based on the
Quarterly Report on Trade and Other Services (USL-1 form), except of data
on retail trade activities (division G 47) that are calculated on the basis
of the Monthly Report on Retail Trade (TRG-1 form).

Metodologija
za tromjesečno istraživanje USL-1 temelji se na Uredbi o kratkoročnim
statistikama EU-a br. 1165/98 (Dodatak D) te njezinim izmjenama i dopunama.
Potpuno je usklađena s konceptima i definicijama iz te uredbe.

The methodology for the USL-1 quarterly survey is
based on the EU Council Regulation No 1165/98 (Annex D) on short-term
statistics and its amendments. It is fully in line with its concepts and
definitions.

Riječ
je o novom istraživanju koje od prvog tromjesečja 2011. provodi Državni
zavod za statistiku sa svojim područnim jedinicama te upravnim tijelom
Grada Zagreba nadležnim za poslove službene statistike. Tim istraživanjem
zamjenjuju se dotadašnja istraživanja koja su obuhvaćala samo dio uslužnih
djelatnosti, a to su: Tromjesečni izvještaj distributivne trgovine (TRG-2),
Tromjesečni izvještaj ugostiteljstva za pravne osobe (UG-11) i Tromjesečni
izvještaj ugostiteljstva za obrtnike (UG-11/OBRT).

It is a new survey that has been carried out since
the first quarter of 2011 by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics together
with its regional offices and the statistical body of the City of Zagreb
competent for the official statistics affairs. This survey substitutes
former surveys, which covered only a part of the service activities, as
follows: the Quarterly Report on Distributive Trade (TRG-2 form), the
Quarterly Report on Hotel and Restaurant Activities for Legal Entities
(UG-11 form) and the Quarterly Report on Hotel and Restaurant Activities
for Tradesmen (UG-11/OBRT form).

je svrha istraživanja mjerenje dinamike kretanja prometa u uslužnim
djelatnostima.

The main purpose of the survey is the measuring of
turnover changes in service activities.

se prikupljaju izvještajnom metodom na obrascu USL-1.

Data are collected by using the reporting method,
on the USL-1 form.

Serije
podataka od prvog tromjesečja 2000. do četvrtog tromjesečja 2010. dobivene
su kombinacijom podataka iz spomenutih istraživanja i iz administrativnih
izvora.

The data series for the period from the first
quarter of 2000 to the fourth quarter of 2010 have been obtained by
combining the data from the mentioned surveys and from administrative
sources.

Podaci
za tromjesečja 2011. i 2012. te indeksi za tromjesečja 2011./2010. i
2012./2011. dobiveni su iz podataka s obrasca USL-1, dok su serije podataka
po tromjesečjima od 2000. do 2010. dobivene iz administrativnih izvora
korištenjem datoteka prijava poreza na dodanu vrijednost Porezne uprave
Ministarstva financija Republike Hrvatske, osim za djelatnosti
distributivne trgovine i ugostiteljstva koje su dobivene iz prethodno
provedenih gore spomenutih statističkih istraživanja.

The data for the 2011 and 2012 quarters and for the
indices of the 2011/2010 and 2012/2011 quarters have been obtained on the
USL-1 form, while the quarterly data series from 2000 to 2010 have been
obtained from administrative sources and by using data bases of value added
tax reports kept by the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance of
the Republic of Croatia, with the exception of the distributive trade and
hotel and restaurant activities, for which data have been obtained from
formerly conducted statistical surveys, mentioned above.

Indeksi
prometa izračunani iz datoteka poreza na dodanu vrijednost dobiveni su iz
podataka o ukupnim (oporezivim i neoporezivim) isporukama. Preračuni
vremenskih serija sa stare klasifikacije NKD 2002. na novu klasifikaciju
NKD 2007. izvedeni su na mikrorazini za pravne osobe (povezivanjem sa
Statističkim poslovnim registrom i preuzimanjem nove šifre djelatnosti za
svaki poslovni subjekt) odnosno na makrorazini (putem korelacijskih tablica
veza između stare i nove klasifikacije) za obrtnike. Isporuke u datotekama
poreza na dodanu vrijednost ne moraju uvijek odgovarati definiciji prometa
koja se primjenjuje u statističkim istraživanjima, što utječe na
usporedivost podataka.

The turnover indices calculated from value added
tax data bases have been obtained from the data on total deliveries (both
taxable and non-taxable ones). The backcasting of time series from the NKD
2002. (former version) to the NKD 2007. (recent version) have been done
either at the micro-level for legal entities (by linking to the Statistical
Business Register and by taking over of a new code for every single
business entity) or at the macro-level (by using correlation tables that
link the former and the latter version of the classification) for
tradesmen. Deliveries recorded in the value added tax data bases may differ
from the definition of turnover applied in statistical surveys, which
reflects on the comparability of data.

USL-1 provodi se metodom uzorka. Na temelju rezultata uzorka ocjenjuje se
cijeli skup. Kvaliteta rezultata dobivenih istraživanjem ovisi o ažurnosti
registra – okvira za izbor uzorka.

The
USL-1 survey is conducted by using the sample method. Sample results are
the base for the estimation of the whole population. The quality of results
depends on up-dating of registers, which serve as a frame for sample
selection.

Okvir
za uzorak izrađen je na temelju Statističkoga poslovnog registra Državnog
zavoda za statistiku. Okvir za uzorak (ukupna promatrana populacija) sadrži
78 245 poslovnih subjekata.

sample frame is based on the Statistical Business Register of the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics. The sample frame (total population) consists of 78
245 business entities.

ukupne populacije, u uzorak je izabrano 6 650 jedinica (veličina uzorka),
od čega 121 velikih, 567 srednje velikih I 5 962 male jedinice. U uzorku je
5 256 pravnih osoba I 1 394 obrtnika.

From
the total population, 6 650 units are chosen in the sample (sample size),
out of which there are 121 large ones, 567 medium-sized ones and 5 962
small-sized ones. There are 5 256 legal entities and 1 394 tradesmen.
|
|
|
|
|
|
U
drugom tromjesečju 2012. odazvalo se 95,6% jedinica (stopa odgovora). Stopa
prihvatljivosti iznosi 75,1% od ukupnog uzorka (neke jedinice nisu uzete u
obzir jer ne obavljaju uslužnu djelatnost, prestali su s obavljanjem
djelatnosti i slično). Stopa neodaziva (jedinice o kojima nije dobivena
nikakva informacija) iznosi 4,4%.

In the
second quarter of 2012, there were 95.6% of responses (response rate). The
acceptability rate was 75.1% of the total sample (some units were not taken
into account because they are not engaged in service activities, they
ceased to run business in service activities etc.). The non-response rate
(units for which no information was provided whatsoever) was 4.4 %.
|

|
|
Svi
podaci dobiveni uzorkom pokazuju određeni stupanj nepouzdanosti jer na njih
utječe uzoračka pogreška. Uzoračka pogreška jest bilo koji tip pogreške
koji nastaje zbog razlika između uzorka i promatrane populacije, tj. stoga
što se ispituje samo dio populacije. Uzoračka pogreška iskazana je u
tablici 2. Osim uzoračke pogreške, na rezulatate utječe i neuzoračka
pogreška. Neuzoračka pogreška jest bilo koji tip odstupanja od stvarnih
veličina koji nije uzrokovan uzorkom, kao što su pogreške okvira te dizajna
i provedbe istraživanja.

All
sample-based data show a certain degree of unreliability, having in mind
that they are affected by a sample error. The sample error is any type of
error caused by the difference between a sample and observed population,
that is, because only a part of the population is observed. The sample
error is presented in table 2. In addition, the results are also affected
by a non-sample error. The non-sample error is any type of deviation from
actual values that is not caused by a sample, e.g. errors in the framework,
design or the conduct of a survey.

Istraživanjem
su obuhvaćeni svi veliki i srednje veliki poslovni subjekti (oni koji imaju
više od 50 zaposlenih), dok su vrlo mali i mali poslovni subjekti izabrani
stratificiranim uzorkom. Stratifikacija uzorka radi se prema pretežnoj
djelatnosti i veličini poslovnog subjekta.

The
sample covers all large and medium-sized (employing 50 or more persons),
while micro-sized and small business entities were selected by using a
random stratified sample method. Stratification is done according to the
main activity and the size of a business entity.

Pretežna
djelatnost određena je za svaki poslovni subjekt u skladu s Nacionalnom
klasifikacijom djelatnosti, verzija 2007. (NKD 2007.). Istraživanjem su
obuhvaćene uslužne djelatnosti navedene u Popisu na stranici 4.

main activity is defined for each business entity according to the NKD
2007. Activities covered by the survey are listed in the List on page 4.

tromjesečja bez obzira na to jesu li naplaćene ili ne. Iz prometa je

value of all goods sold and services provided on the market during a
quarter, irrespective of whether paid for or not. Value added tax is
excluded.

Standardna
pogreška jest prosječno

error is an average square deviation of a numerical

of dispersion.

prilagodbe napravljene su metodom TRAMO-SEATS na tromjesečnoj seriji
indeksa koja počinje od prvog tromjesečja 2000. Produživanje serije indeksa
dodavanjem novih tromjesečnih opažanja za svako iduće tromjesečje može zbog
svojstava primijenjene metode prouzročiti naknadne ispravke već objavljenih
kalendarski prilagođenih indeksa.

Seasonally
adjusted indices are used for comparison of the turnover of a current quarter
with the one of a previous quarter. Working-day adjusted indices are used
for comparison of turnover of a current quarter with the one of the same
quarter of a previous year. Both adjustments were done by applying the
TRAMO-SEATS method to the quarterly index series, which has started since
the first quarter of 2005. Due to the character of the implemented
adjustment method, the extension of index series by adding of new quarterly
observations for each new quarter may cause subsequent corrections of already
published working-day adjusted indices.
