FIRST QUARTER OF 2012

U prvom
tromjesečju 2012. zabilježen je pad u prometu pismonosnih i ostalih
pošiljaka te u prometu paketa u odnosu na prvo tromjesečje 2011.
|

In the
first quarter of 2012 there was a decrease in traffic of letters and others
consignments as well as parcels, compared to first quarter of 2011.
|
|
|
|
|
|
U odnosu na
četvrto tromjesečje 2011. u prvom tromjesečju 2012. ostvareno je manje
razgovora u nepokretnoj mreži za 4,5%. Od toga se 89,7% odvijalo unutar
nepokretne mreže, dok je samo 6,8% minuta utrošeno na razgovore prema
pokretnoj mreži. Manje razgovora ostvareno je i u pokretnoj mreži za 1,1%.
Od toga su korisnici utrošili 73,2% minuta na razgovore unutar vlastite
pokretne mreže, a na razgovore prema drugim pokretnim mrežama utrošeno je
21,2% minuta. I broj poslanih SMS i MMS poruka pokazuje pad.

As
compared to fourth quarter of 2011 in first quarter of 2012 it is realised
4.5% less minutes of conversation in immobile network. Out of that 89.7% in
communication between immobile networks while only 6.8% of minutes are
towards mobile network. In mobile networks it is realised 1.1% less of
minutes spent. Out of that, users spent 73.2% of minutes to communicate
within their own mobile network and 21.2% for communication with other
mobile networks. Number of sent SMS and MMS messages shows a decrease.

U odnosu na prvo
tromjesečje 2011. podaci za prvo tromjesečje 2012. pokazuju pad ostvarenih
minuta za 9,6% u nepokretnoj mreži, porast u pokretnoj mreži za 7,3% i
porast broja poslanih SMS poruka za 3,2%.

As
compared to first quarter of 2011 data for first quarter of 2012 showed a
decrease of 9.6% of in immobile network, an increase of 7.3% of minutes of
conversation in mobile network and an increase of number of SMS messages by
3.2%.

tablicama može se dogoditi da ukupni zbroj ne odgovara zbroju pojedinačnih
podataka zbog zaokruživanja apsolutnih vrijednosti.

In
certain tables, the sum total may not equal the sum of individual figures
due to the rounding of absolute values.

|
Od 2011. zasebno
se prikupljaju podaci i o neadresiranim pošiljkama koje su do tada
izvještajne jedinice prikazivale u ukupnom podatku o pismonosnim
pošiljkama. Radi kvalitetnijeg prikazivanja podataka o poštanskim i
kurirskim uslugama od 2012. neadresirane pošiljke ne prikazuju se u
pismovnim i ostalim pošiljkama. Kako bi se osigurala usporedivost, podaci
za 2011. preračunani su i ne sadrže podatke o neadresiranim pošiljkama.
Zbog toga se podaci za 2011. u ovom priopćenju različiti od objavljenih
tromjesečnih podataka u prethodnim priopćenjima. Podaci po tromjesečjima
bit će objavljeni u Mjesečnome statističkom izvješću br. 5/2012., a
godišnji detaljni podaci u Statističkom izvješću pod naslovom “Transport i
komunikacije u 2011.” koje će, prema Kalendaru objavljivanja statističkih
podataka, biti objavljeno u kolovozu 2012.

From
2011 data on non-addressed consignments, that were included in the total
number of postal letters, are collected separately. In order to increase
quality of data on postal and courier services, from 2012 non-addressed
items are not included in letters and other consignments. To ensure
comparability of data for year 2011 have been recalculated and do not
contain non-addressed consignments. Because of the recalculation, data for
2011 in this publication are different from the published quarterly data in
previous first releases. Quarterly data will be published in Monthly
Statistical Report 5/2012 and annual detailed data in Statistical Report
“Transport and communication, 2011”, which, according to Calendar of
statistical data issues, will be published in August 2012.

Prateći
promjene na tržištu i orijentiranost na nove tehnologije od ovog priopćenja
više se ne objavljuju podaci o ukupno ostvarenim internetskim dial-up
minutama. Uveden je pokazatelj ukupnoga podatkovnog prometa putem svih
širokopojasnih pristupnih tehnologija internetu.

Following
the changes in the market and focus on new technology in this release data
on total dial-up Internet minutes is no longer published. Introduced is an
indicator of the total data traffic via all broadband access technologies
to internet.

the Quarterly Reports on Postal Traffic (P-PT/T-11 form).

o telekomunikacijskim uslugama dostavlja Hrvatska agencija za poštu i
elektroničke komunikacije na temelju tromjesečnih izvještaja prikupljenih
od svih operatora na tržištu elektroničkih komunikacija u Republici
Hrvatskoj.

delivered by the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency based
on quarterly reports collected from all the operators on electronic
communications market in the Republic of Croatia.

broj paketa prispjelih u unutarnji promet, odnosno broj paketnih pošiljaka
primljenih iz inozemstva i otpremljenih u inozemstvo u međunarodnom
prometu.

the number of parcels received from abroad and posted abroad in the
international traffic.

usluge obuhvaćaju telekomunikacijski promet svih operatora na tržištu
elektroničkih komunikacija ostvaren u nepokretnoj mreži i pokretnim

Utrošene minute u
nepokretnoj mreži obuhvaćaju ukupni odlazni promet ostvaren u unutarnjem i
međunarodnom prometu i izražen u jedinici vremena – minutama. Unutarnji
promet obuhvaća ukupno ostvaren odlazni promet unutar vlastite nepokretne
mreže, prema drugim nepokretnim mrežama, promet prema pokretnim mrežama i
promet prema brojevima usluga s dodanom vrijednošću. Međunarodni promet
obuhvaća ukupno ostvaren promet u nepokretnim mrežama koji počinje unutar
Republike Hrvatske i završava izvan Republike Hrvatske.

spent in the immobile telephone network include the total outgoing traffic
in the immobile network realised in the domestic and international traffic
and measured by time units – minutes. The domestic traffic includes the
total outgoing traffic in the own immobile network, the traffic directed to
other immobile networks, the traffic directed to mobile networks as well as
traffic to value added service numbers. The international traffic includes
the total traffic in the immobile network that starts within and ends
outside the Republic of Croatia.
