SECOND QUARTER OF 2012

U prvih šest
mjeseci 2012. zabilježen je pad u prometu pismonosnih i ostalih pošiljaka
od 3,7% te porast u prometu paketa od 6,0%, u odnosu na isto razdoblje
2011.

first six months of 2012 there was a decrease in traffic of letters and
others consignments by 3.7% and increase in traffic of parcels by 6.0%,
compared to the same period of 2011.

U drugom
tromjesečju 2012. zabilježen je pad u prometu pismonosnih i ostalih
pošiljaka od 5,7% i porast u prometu paketa od 13,6%, u odnosu na drugo
tromjesečje 2011.

In the
second quarter of 2012 there was a decrease in traffic of letters and
others consignments by 5.7% and increase in traffic of parcels by 13.6%,
compared to second quarter of 2011.

U prvih šest
mjeseci 2012. zabilježeno je 11,2% manje razgovora u nepokretnoj mreži, dok
je u pokretnoj mreži ostvaren porast od 8,5%, u odnosu na isto razdoblje
2011.

In the
first six months of 2012 it is realised 11.2% less minutes of conversation
in immobile network, while there was an increase of 8.5% in mobile network,
compared to the same period of 2011.

U odnosu na prvo
tromjesečje 2012. u drugom tromjesečju 2012. ostvareno je za 11,2% manje
razgovora u nepokretnoj mreži. Od toga se 88,4% odvijalo unutar nepokretne
mreže, dok je 7,9% minuta utrošeno na razgovore prema pokretnoj mreži. Više
razgovora ostvareno je u pokretnoj mreži, za 11,6%. Od toga su korisnici
utrošili 68,1% minuta na razgovore unutar vlastite pokretne mreže, a na
razgovore prema drugim pokretnim mrežama utrošeno je 25,6% minuta. I broj
poslanih SMS i MMS poruka pokazuje porast.

As
compared to first quarter of 2012 in second quarter of 2012 it is realised
11.2% less minutes of conversation in immobile network. Out of that 88.4%
in communication between immobile networks while 7.9% of minutes are
towards mobile network. In mobile networks it is realised 11.6% more of
minutes spent. Out of that, users spent 68.1% of minutes to communicate
within their own mobile network and 25.6% for communication with other mobile
networks. Number of sent SMS and MMS messages shows an increase.

U odnosu na drugo
tromjesečje 2011. podaci za drugo tromjesečje 2012. pokazuju pad ostvarenih
minuta za 13,1% u nepokretnoj mreži, porast u pokretnoj mreži za 9,6% i
porast broja poslanih SMS poruka za 14,8%.

compared to second quarter of 2011 data for second quarter of 2012 showed a
decrease of 13.1% of in immobile network, an increase of 9.6% of minutes of
conversation in mobile network and an increase of number of SMS messages by
14.8%.

U prvih šest
mjeseci 2012. ukupan podatkovni internetski promet porastao je za 22,8%, u
odnosu na isto razdoblje 2011.

In the
first six months of 2012 total Internet data traffic increased by 22.8%,
compared to the same period of 2011.

Podaci o poštanskim i kurirskim uslugama prikupljeni su izvještajnom
metodom s pomoću obrasca Tromjesečni izvještaj o poštanskim i kurirskim
uslugama (obrazac P-PT/T-11).

Data on
postal and courier services are collected by using the reporting method
through the Quarterly Reports on Postal Traffic (P-PT/T-11 form).

Podatke
o telekomunikacijskim uslugama dostavlja Hrvatska agencija za poštu i
elektroničke komunikacije na temelju tromjesečnih izvještaja prikupljenih
od svih operatora na tržištu elektroničkih komunikacija u Republici
Hrvatskoj.

Data on telecommunication services are
delivered by the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency based
on quarterly reports collected from all the operators on electronic
communications market in the Republic of Croatia.

traffic, that is, the number of consignments received from abroad and
posted abroad in the international traffic.

broj paketa prispjelih u unutarnjem prometu, odnosno broj paketnih
pošiljaka primljenih iz inozemstva i otpremljenih u inozemstvo u međunarodnom prometu.

the number of parcels received from abroad and posted abroad in the
international traffic.

usluge obuhvaćaju telekomunikacijski promet svih operatora na tržištu
elektroničkih komunikacija ostvaren u nepokretnoj mreži i pokretnim
mrežama.

Utrošene minute u
nepokretnoj mreži obuhvaćaju ukupni odlazni promet ostvaren u unutarnjem i
međunarodnom prometu i izražen u jedinici vremena – minutama. Unutarnji
promet obuhvaća ukupno ostvaren odlazni promet unutar vlastite nepokretne
mreže, prema drugim nepokretnim mrežama, promet prema pokretnim mrežama i
promet prema brojevima usluga s dodanom vrijednošću. Međunarodni promet
obuhvaća ukupno ostvaren promet u nepokretnim mrežama koji počinje unutar
Republike Hrvatske i završava izvan Republike Hrvatske.

Minutes
spent in the immobile telephone network include the total outgoing traffic
in the immobile network realised in the domestic and international traffic
and measured by time units – minutes. The domestic traffic includes the
total outgoing traffic in the own immobile network, the traffic directed to
other immobile networks, the traffic directed to mobile networks as well as
traffic to value added service numbers. The international traffic includes
the total traffic in the immobile network that starts within and ends
outside the Republic of Croatia.

pokretnoj mreži obuhvaćaju ukupni odlazni promet ostvaren u unutarnjem i
međunarodnom prometu i izražen u jedinici vremena – minutama. Unutarnji
promet obuhvaća ukupno ostvaren odlazni promet unutar vlastite pokretne
mreže, prema drugim pokretnim mrežama, promet prema nepokretnim mrežama i
promet prema brojevima usluga s dodanom vrijednošću. Međunarodni promet
obuhvaća ukupno ostvaren promet u pokretnim mrežama koji počinje unutar
