Prosječna
mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama Republike
Hrvatske za listopad 2012. iznosila je 5 487 kuna, što pokazuje nominalni
porast za 2,3%, a realni porast za 1,9%, u odnosu na rujan 2012.

paid off net earning per person in paid employment in legal entities in the
Republic of Croatia amounted to 5 487 kuna, which represented the nominal
increase of 2.3% and the real one of 1.9%, as compared to September 2012.

Prosječna mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća po
zaposlenome u pravnim osobama Republike Hrvatske za listopad 2012. u odnosu
na isti mjesec prethodne godine nominalno je viša za 1,5%, a realno je niža
za 3,1%.

Za razdoblje od siječnja do listopada 2012. prosječna
mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama Republike
Hrvatske iznosila je 5 457 kuna, što je u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2011.
nominalno više za 0,9%, a realno je niže za 2,2%.

Podaci
o prosječnim mjesečnim isplaćenim neto plaćama prate se redovitim mjesečnim
istraživanjem kojim je obuhvaćeno 70% zaposlenih iz svakog odjeljka NKD-a
2007. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni zaposleni u pravnim osobama svih oblika
vlasništva, tijelima državne vlasti i tijelima jedinica lokalne i područne
(regionalne) samouprave na području Republike Hrvatske. Nisu obuhvaćeni
zaposleni u obrtu i slobodnim profesijama i zaposleni osiguranici poljoprivrednici
te unutar podataka o prosječnim mjesečnim isplaćenim neto plaćama nedostaju
podaci o njihovim isplatama.

Data on
average monthly paid off net earnings are based on regular monthly survey
covering 70% of persons in employment in each NKD 2007. division. The
survey comprises persons in employment in legal entities of all types of
ownership, government bodies, and bodies of local and regional government
and self-government units, on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Persons employed in crafts and trades and free lances and employed insured persons –
private farmers are not covered, so data on their pays are not included in
the data on average net earnings.

o plaćama prikupljaju se izvještajem RAD-1, koji se u pravnim osobama ispunjava
na temelju evidencija o plaćama.

Data on
earnings are collected by the report form (RAD-1) to be filled in by legal
entities on the basis of their respective payrolls.

Istraživanjem
o prosječnim mjesečnim isplaćenim neto plaćama zaposlenih u pravnim osobama
obuhvaćene su isplaćene neto plaće zaposlenih koji imaju zasnovan radni
odnos bez obzira na vrstu radnog odnosa i duljinu radnog vremena. Ako
zaposleni u pravnim osobama u jednome mjesecu ili nekoliko uzastopnih
mjeseci nisu primili isplatu, ne uključuju se u podatak o broju zaposlenih
pri izračunavanju prosjeka za taj mjesec ili te mjesece.

The
statistical survey on average monthly paid off net earnings of persons
employed in legal entities includes net earnings of persons in permanent
employment, irrespective of the kind of employment and number of
working-hours. In the case when persons employed in legal entities in one
month or during several subsequent months do not get their pays, they are
not included in the data on the number of employed persons when calculating
the average for that month or months.

Podaci
o prosječnoj mjesečnoj isplaćenoj neto plaći po zaposlenome iskazuju se
prema načelu obavljenih isplata u tekućemu za prethodni mjesec, što
odgovara dinamici isplata u najvećem broju pravnih osoba i prosjek plaće po
zaposlenome odnosi se na mjesec za koji je isplata primljena.

Data on
average monthly paid off net earnings are presented according to realised
pay-offs in current for previous month, which is in line with the pay-off
dynamics in most legal entities, so the average earning per person in paid
employment refers to the month for which the pay-off has been received.

Međutim,
kod zakašnjelih isplata za prijašnje mjesece i razdoblja podaci se
uključuju u prosjeke isplata za mjesec koji se obrađuje jer u mjesečnoj
dinamici praćenja nije moguće korigirati već objavljen i korišten podatak.

However,
if the pays are late for previous months and periods of time, the data are
included into average earnings for the referring month, since the monthly
survey dynamics does not allow corrections of data that are already issued
and used.

Prosječna
mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća obuhvaća plaće zaposlenih za
obavljene poslove po osnovi radnog odnosa i naknade za godišnji odmor,
plaćeni dopust, blagdane i neradne dane određene zakonom, bolovanja do 42
dana, odsutnost za vrijeme stručnog obrazovanja, zastoje na poslu bez
krivnje zaposlenoga, naknadu za topli obrok i primitke po osnovi naknada,
potpora i nagrada u iznosima na koje se plaćaju doprinosi, porezi i
prirezi.

Average
monthly paid off net earnings comprise income of a
person in employment earned for work done during regular working hours as
well as annual leave, paid leave, public holidays and day-offs as
prescribed by law, sickness leave up to 42 days, absence for continuing
professional education, during lay-off and job stop caused against person’s
will and of no fault of his own, worker’s meal and net pays on the basis of
compensations, allowances and rewards in sums which are subjects to
contributions, taxes and surtaxes.
