Prosječna mjesečna bruto plaća po
zaposlenome u pravnim osobama Republike Hrvatske za siječanj 2012. iznosila
je 7 846 kuna, što pokazuje nominalni pad za 0,6%, a realni pad za 0,2%, u
odnosu na prosinac 2011.

For January 2012, the average monthly
gross earning per person in paid employment in legal entities in the
Republic of Croatia amounted to 7 846 kuna, which represented the nominal decrease of 0.6% and
the real one of 0.2%, as compared to December 2011.

Prosječna
mjesečna bruto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama Republike Hrvatske za
siječanj 2012. u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine nominalno je viša
za 2,7%, a realno je viša za 1,5%.

Podaci o
prosječnim mjesečnim bruto plaćama prate se redovitim mjesečnim
istraživanjem kojim je obuhvaćeno 70% zaposlenih iz svakog odjeljka NKD-a
2007. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni zaposleni u pravnim osobama svih oblika
vlasništva, tijelima državne vlasti i tijelima jedinica lokalne i područne
(regionalne) samouprave na području Republike Hrvatske. Nisu obuhvaćeni
zaposleni u obrtu i slobodnim profesijama i zaposleni osiguranici
poljoprivrednici te unutar podataka o prosječnim mjesečnim bruto plaćama
nedostaju podaci o njihovim isplatama.

Data on average monthly gross earnings are based on
regular monthly survey covering 70% of persons in employment in each NKD
2007. division. The survey comprises persons in employment in legal
entities of all types of ownership, government bodies, and bodies of local
and regional government and self-government units, on the territory of the
Republic of Croatia. Persons employed in crafts and trades and free lances
and employed insured persons – private farmers are not covered, so data on
their pays are not included in the data on average gross earnings.

prikupljaju se izvještajem koji se u pravnim osobama ispunjava na temelju
evidencija o plaćama.

Data on earnings are collected by a report form to
be filled in by legal entities on the basis of their respective payrolls.

Bruto
plaće obuhvaćaju sve vrste isplata (plaće iz radnog odnosa) u koje su
uključena i zakonom propisana obvezna izdvajanja: doprinosi, porezi i
prirezi.
|
|
Gross earnings cover all kinds of net pays on the
basis of permanent employment plus participation: contributions, taxes and
surtaxes, as prescribed by law.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Istraživanjem
o prosječnim mjesečnim bruto plaćama zaposlenih u pravnim osobama
obuhvaćene su bruto plaće zaposlenih koji imaju zasnovan radni odnos bez
obzira na vrstu radnog odnosa i duljinu radnog vremena. Ako zaposleni u
pravnim osobama u jednome mjesecu ili nekoliko uzastopnih mjeseci nisu
primili isplatu, ne uključuju se u podatak o broju zaposlenih pri
izračunavanju prosjeka za taj mjesec ili te mjesece.

The statistical survey on average monthly gross
earnings of persons employed in legal entities includes gross earnings of
persons in permanent employment, irrespective of the kind of employment and
number of working-hours. In the case when persons employed in legal
entities in one month or during several subsequent months do not get their
pays, they are not included in the data on the number of employed persons while
calculating the average for that month or months.

Podaci
o prosječnoj bruto plaći po zaposlenome iskazuju se prema načelu obavljenih
isplata u tekućemu za prethodni mjesec, što odgovara dinamici isplata u
najvećem broju pravnih osoba te se i prosjek plaće po zaposlenome odnosi na
mjesec za koji je isplata primljena. Međutim, kod zakašnjelih isplata za
prijašnje mjesece i razdoblja podaci se uključuju u prosjeke isplata za
mjesec koji se obrađuje jer u mjesečnoj dinamici praćenja nije moguće korigirati
već objavljen i korišten podatak.

Data on average gross earnings are presented
according to realised pays in current for previous month, which is in line
with the pay-off dynamics in most legal entities, so the average earning
per employed person refers to the month for which the pay is received.
However, if the pays are late for previous months and periods of time, the
data are included into average earnings for the referring month, since the
monthly survey dynamics does not allow corrections of data that are already
issued and used.
