Vrijednost
otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prvom
tromjesečju 2013. iznosila je 1 717 909 715 kuna. Od toga je vrijednost
prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila 1 342 048 908
kuna ili 78,1%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava iznosila 375 860 807 kuna ili 21,9%.

In the first quarter of 2013, the total
purchase and sale of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing amounted
to 1 717 909 715 kuna, out of which the sale from own production of
business entities and parts thereof was 1 342 048 908 kuna (78.1%) and the
purchase from private family farms was 375 860 807 kuna (21.9%).

U prvom
tromjesečju 2013. u odnosu na isto tromjesečje prethodne godine vrijednost
otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva pala je za
2,9%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje pala za 1,1%, a vrijednost otkupa za
8,8%.

In the first quarter of 2013, as
compared to the same quarter of 2012, the total sale and purchase value of
products of agriculture, forestry and fishing decreased by 2.9%, out of
which the sale value decreased by 1.1% and the purchase value by 8.8%.

U
strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva u prvom tromjesečju 2013. grubo obrađeno drvo sudjeluje s 21,8%,
sirovo kravlje mlijeko sa 17,5%, svinje, žive, s 15,5%, goveda, živa, s
10,8%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene, s 9,3%, perad, živa, sa 6,2%, žitarice s
5,5%, kokošja jaja s 4,6%, vino s 4,2%, ostalo povrće, svježe, dinje i
lubenice s 1,8%, a ostali proizvodi s 2,8%.

In the first quarter of 2013, concerning
the structure of the total purchase and sale value of products of
agriculture, forestry and fishing, wood in the rough contributed with
21.8%, raw cows' milk with 17.5%, pigs, live, with 15.5%, cattle, live,
with 10.8%, fish, fresh or chilled, with 9.3%, poultry, live, with 6.2%,
cereals with 5.5%, hens’ eggs with 4.6%, wine with 4.2%, other vegetables,
fresh, melons and watermelons with 1.8% and other products with 2.8%.

Prodaja
i otkup proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva prate se mjesečno na
obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.
|
|
Sale and purchase of products of
agriculture, forestry and fishing are collected on the monthly basis
through PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i
ribarstva (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te
obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo (osim
skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i
ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju proizvode
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti
prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting
units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of products of
agriculture, forestry and fishing are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M
forms), are legal entities and parts thereof classified into section A
Agriculture, forestry and fishing (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping
and related service activities) as well as other legal entities and
tradesmen engaged in processing and purchasing of products of agriculture,
forestry and fishing, classified in other activities according to the NKD
2007.

Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s
Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU
Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

Regarding its contents, the
questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural Price
Statistics, 2008.

Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba
i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.

The PO-31a/M
form explores the sale of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing
from own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as
tradesmen.

Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase of products of agriculture,
forestry and fishing from family farms with the aim of a further sale or
processing.

|
Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o
prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva
i ribarstva. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne
čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average
producers’ prices of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing. It
should be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do
not represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic
of Croatia.
